La struttura gode di un’ottima posizione per spostarsi a piedi per la città,ha vicinissimo un supermercato e altri servizi e negozi a brevissima distanza. Comode le due stanze e i doppi servizi,ideale per 4 persone.
Purtoppo quando siamo arrivati stavano ancora finendo le pulizie e non avevano lenzuola per il lettino del bimbo (cosa che avevo io ma per altri poteva essere un problema). Non abbiamo avuto contatto diretto con lo staff ma per messaggio sono comunque stati disponibili.

Die Lage der FeWo ist super, kurzer Weg zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Ausstattung ist gut und die zwei Bäder sind ein schöner Bonus. Die FeWo wurde in dieser Zeit auch gereinigt, die Betten frisch bezogen und die Handtücher gewechselt. Das habe ich bis jetzt bei einer Ferienwohnung noch nicht erlebt.👍😊

The location was very good, showers were good, the washing machine worked well, and the apartment was clean. The refrigerator was nice and a good size. A good supermarket was very close, and it´s easy to pick up a taxi from the corner.
I don´t recall any information about not having an elevator. One of my party has a bad knee and the steps were steep up to the apartment. The living room furniture was not very comfortable (the chairs were very low/short) and the sofa fabric looked very worn. We were surprised there wasn´t a coffee pod type coffee maker.

Purtroppo anche se c´era il wifi nn ha mai funzionato è una piccolezza cmq rispetto a tutto il resto che era perfetto.i letti sono singoli ma vicini,con ognuno le sue lenzuola e piumetto,in pratica nn matrimoniali.riscaldamento gestito autonomamente, cucina completa di tutto(noi facevamo la colazione a casa).lavastoviglie e forno micronde presenti ma mai usati.la tv c´è ma solo in spagnolo,ti lasciano 2 paia di chiavi di casa.fermata autobus Torneo che è il capolinea sia andata che ritorno dall´aereoporto al costo di 4 euro a testa i biglietti li fai sopra al bus.appartamento in zona san laureano a 10-15 min a piedi dal centro e dalle maggiori attrazioni.
Gli armadi all´interno sapevano un pò di chiuso,magari qualche deodorante appeso all´interno nn sarebbe male.

Os apartamentos são confortaveis e têm os equipamentos necessários para a confecção de refeições como também utensilios necessarios para a limpeza. Correspondem exatamente as fotografias publicadas. Decoração moderna.
Na hora do check in (15h) tivemos de esperar cerca de 2 horas para que terminassem a limpeza dos apartamentos, tendo dado entrada num dos apartamentos apenas às 17h30.
Muy buen apartamento. Hemos pasado un fin de semana y nos ha encantado. Muy limpio y cómodo. Recomendable al 100%.

L´appartement est très confortable, il y avait même des petit produits dans les salles de bain. Il est aussi très bien placé, nous avons fait toutes nos visites à pied.

Très bien situé en proximité du centre-ville Calme, très propre Le fait d´avoir deux salles de bain est très appréciable

it had a washer and decor was nice.
it was a little further out from the center than I had thought (not hosts fault- my incorrect analysis).

Tuvimos que esperar varias horas hasta que nos dejaron entrar. Ponía a las 14 y no entramos hasta las 17.

Estimado Ricardo, en primer lugar, nos gustaría darle las gracias por elegir nuestro apartamento para su estancia en Sevilla y por compartir su opinión.
Nos gustaría aprovechar esta oportunidad para confirmar que el horario de llegada en nuestros apartamentos es siempre a partir de las 15.00. Lamentamos mucho los inconvenientes por la espera excepcional que experimentó a su llegada, dado a un problema puntual. Queremos hacerle llegar nuestras más sinceras disculpas y nos aseguraremos de discutir su opinión internamente con el objetivo de evitar este tipo de situaciones en futuro.

Tot i que no crec que hi hagi res crític, comentaria que el barri, Santa Cruz; que era el lloc on turísticament trobes els principals monuments: La Giralda i els alcaceres reales; quedaven una mica lluny del apartament (aprox.25 minuts caminant).
