Magnifique appartement de deux chambres avec terrasse privée, situé dans l’une des principales artères de Séville.
Il est situé dans un bâtiment moderne avec ascenseur et a été décoré et meublé avec un grand luxe de dètails, avec des meubles de qualité et des éléments de design.

Il dispose de 2 chambres, une avec un lit doublé de 1,50 x 2,00 et l’autre avec un lit simple de 0,90 x 2,00. Il a une salle de bain séparée, une cuisine moderne, et un beau salón.

De plus, Il dispose d’une terrase privée meublée avec du mobilier de jardin et parfait pour jouir du climat et du soleil de Séville.

L’appartement est situé dans une zone privilégiée pour visiter Séville. D’une part, traversant l’avenue Recaredo nous sommes dans le zone le plus ancien et le plus historique du centre de Séville, mais d’autre part, la zone arrière est une bonne zone résidentielle pour la population locale, où vous pouvez trouver beaucoup de bars et restaurants typiques de Séville, magasins, marchés de gros et produits typiques, et bien sûr les supermachés.

Would recommend and would return.
We really liked how the location was within walking distance to the center and everywhere we wanted to go. Quiet, safe area with restaurants near by. Apartment was well equipped, with comfy bed and very clean.
The only unfavorable thing was it was difficult to reach anyone after hours. Somehow the hot water switch was turned off and there was no hot water in unit and I could not locate the switch. I did not get a response until the next day and they did send someone to the unit to take a look.

L´emplacement proche de l´alfafa et de l´alcazar,, le calme de la résidence, la propreté et les équipements de l´appartement notamment la terrasse, quelques denrées (sel, cafe, produi vaisselle), des climatisations distinctes par pièce, les commerces proches nous ont particulièrement plu. Le changement du linge à la moitié du séjour, la disponibilité et la réactivité du contact sur place via WhatsApp pour toute question sont très appréciables.
La climatisation fait un léger bruit régulier pouvant occasionner une gêne notamment la nuit.

Buena ubicacion. Zona tranquila y segura con servicios en el barrio.
Que no hubiese opcion de cerrar con pestillo estando dentro del alojamiento. Tampoco se podia cerrar con llave al salir del alojamiento. La puerta se cierra de portazo y alguien con una radiografia o tarjeta podria abrir la puerta.

Quick renovations needed, pictures in booking are looking 3x better than reality
Location is good, not far from Santa Cruz (old part of town), aces able by taxi, good connections to airport or others town districts. Parking in soundings is a challenge but this is the same in all Sevilla.
Bathroom was really small and bad quality facility The shower cabin was super small ( we call it hobbits cabin) and not new. Fridge was warking so well that every morning my water was frozen so I have ice instead 😂

The apartments are nice and very comfortable. There is a place to park in the next street, supermarket 300m away.
The bathroon in the 1 bedroom apartament is really tiny, I had to shower with the door open. The neighborhood is not so inviting and I found it a bit far from the Sevilha main attractions....

The flat looks exactly like the photos, and is in a great location! Check in was easy, we managed to check in about 2 hours earlier than usual check in time which worked out great. The flat was very clean when we arrived. Bathroom is a little small, as is mentioned in other comments, but this wasn’t a problem for us. Overall, would highly recommend staying here!

We stayed here for 3 nights with our 2 young kids, it was very clean, childproof, quiet/private and the kitchen had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable, air conditioning in both bedrooms, the shower was hot. I´m very sensitive to artificial smells inside and especially with linens and these sheets/towels were unscented! We really enjoyed our time in Sevilla, we walked everywhere and would recommend and stay here again.

A great apartment for exploring Seville; about 15 mins or so from the centre, and from the cathedral and Alcazar. It was really easy to communicate with Esther. We were met by Celia who also gave us loads of recommendations for great places to eat. I would definitely stay here again.

we stayed at Calle Recaredo 6 for a week. the apartment was nice and very clean. It´s also very quiet, you don´t hear any traffic noise. All important things are available, you can quickly walk to the old town (about 10´). There is only one small thing to complain about: the bathroom, and especially the shower, is very small, but that didn´t really bother us. The communication was very fast, the reception by Paula was super friendly. So all in all a clear recommendation!

Everything was perfect during our stay. The old city center is 10 minutes by walking. The appartement is clean and confortable. The communication was great. The only negative point is the shower which is really small.

Excellent apartment with all you need for the night and morning. Didn´t spend much time on the rooms.
No recycling bins no outside bins to dispose of waste bin if full. No hoover/broom if floor needs cleaning

The stay was great, the appartement looks exactly like in the pictures if not better. As for the check-in. This went very well the person who checked us in gave us some recommendations on the city. The location was also very good, we were not far from the city center neither. Allowing us to sightsee a lot.

El piso está genial y tal cual se ve en la fotos, es súper cómodo para pasar unos días de vacaciones en el. El baño me pareció un poco pequeño, pero de resto, todo bien.
