Tolles Appartment in zentraler Kage
Sehr modern eingerichtete Wohnung mit viel Raum und super Ausstattung. Liegt quasi in der Altstadt, fußläufig ist man in kürzester Zeit im Zentrum, netter Spielplatz und Supermarkt sowie Lokale in ein paar Gehminuten erreichbar Service des Personals war auch sehr gut, es wurde schnell auf unsere Anliegen eingegangen.
Der Boden schien zu Beginn sehr dreckig, wir haben dies gemeldet und es wurde sofort eine Reinigung organisiert. Auch die Ausstattung fürs Babybett, die gefehlt hat, wurde schnell vorbeigebracht. Der Boden ist aufgrund der Erdgeschoßlage im Winter sehr kalt, wer also in der Zeit anreist, sollte auf seine Hausschuhe oder dicke Socken nicht vergessen.

The communication is excellent. Questions were answered and information was forthcoming. Alba met us at the centrally located apt. and went through appliances, keys, etc. It was a quick checkin. There is a Tapa Bar a few feet away La Estrella and they have, when they’re opened, two matador paintings hanging up outside that served as a landmark for us for walking. The apt is very quiet even though people annd horse carriages go by. The apt has everything needed with comfortable bed, sofa and kitchen chairs. Shower is large and fabulous. TV but we didn’t use it. Heater, AC but we didn’t use it. A washer is in the bathroom too. The cathedral and Alcazar are maybe 4 to 6 minutes away walking and the bells can be heard but they are not loud. They’re nice. You have to open the back door to hear the bells. Literally most everything is walking distance from 4 minutes to 35. Perfect location. A big plus is Genteel has concierge and that’s Alex. Alex provides recommendations and also books activities!! Alex replies back quickly and reservations are done seamlessly. Brilliant!! Alex made reservations and recommendations and the one we loved so much was Flamenco show. There are so many to choose from but working with Alex helped us choose. Some are dinner shows, shows with drinks, etc. Alex explains everything clearly. We will stay at a Genteel property again. Hopefully Sevilla!!! Fabulous apt.!!

Popolna lokacija, prijazen in odziven gostitelj, uredili so nam tudi prevoz s taxijem do letališča, sprejeli so nas ob pozni uri zaradi poznega leta. Stanovanje je bilo čisto in lepo, problem je bil samo ker je bil slab zrak po naših prepostavkah zaradi vlage.

Nice location, quiet but not too far from main attractions. Has a very nice shower.

Great location for acces to Cathedral, River, restaurants and shops.

Great break for my friend and I after staying in hostels most of our trip. So much space and the price was only slightly more than what we would have paid in a dormitory room in Sevilla. Comfy with all the amenities we needed. Great location too!

Great cosy apartment, plenty of amenities, air conditioning and a lovely patio. Very close to all the beautiful sights.

Perfect location of the apartment, right in the middle of the old center and within short walking distance of all relevant sights and fine restaurants. Spacious apartment with all facilities. Apartment is on the ground floor and bedroom has a window towards the street, BUT absolutely not bothered by it, on the contrary. Very quiet apartment!!! Service by Genteelhome is great: fast and smooth communication via phone and clear manuals for all devices. We recommend this location and will definitely return on our next visit to Seville!!

The property was in a great location for visiting many of the historic site in Seville, with most in walking distance. The apartment was clean and well equipped. Booking in was well managed by the management company staff, who provided a website link for lots of practical information about property and places to visit. The property description does not mention the apartment is on the ground floor, we experienced some noise from traffic that passed close to the bedroom window and a bar opposite. However the double glazing meant it wasn’t too much of a problem.

A great little spot right in the heart of Seville. Super central and a few minutes’ walk from main attractions , yet also neatly tucked in a quite street away from the hustle and bustle. The apartment was clean and pristine — towels and amenities were well supplied. The place is also finished to a very good standard with a nicely designed interior. Our check-in was very smooth. We were contacted a day before, to confirm the time our arrival. Our host was friendly and responsive, and also gave us some tips about places of interest and good places to eat around the city. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely keep in mind for our next visit to Seville!
