En entrant, nous trouvons un salon spacieux avec cuisine ouverte. Cette chambre est très lumineuse, car elle possède un balcon qui donne sur la façade principale du bâtiment. Le salon dispose d’un canapé-lit double, permettant à l’appartement d’accueillir jusqu’à 8 personnes, de 2 fauteuils et d’une Smart TV de 55 pouces. De plus, il dispose d’une grande table à manger.

The apartment is well decorated and facilitated. Perfect size for 7 of us with 2 kids. The location is amazing, 2 mins walking to the Mushroom and most of the tourists interests are within walking distance too. There are loads of bars, shops and Flamenco shows in the neighbourhood, never had a problem finding place to eat and drink in the early morning or late night. Highly recommended.

The apartment was so well located right in the centre of the old town of Seville. We were able to check in early on our day of arrival as the management company were easily contactable by Whatsapp. Half way through our stay our towels and bed linen were changed. The apartment itself was excellent and was even better than the pictures on the site. There were 7 of us staying so to have 3 double bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room was perfect for us. Everything you could possibly need was in the apartment so it felt like a home away from home. I would highly recommend this apartment for any family coming to stay in Seville.

Top location! Spacious and beautiful apartment.
The opening hours of the swimming pool were very disappointing to us too late in the morning open only at 11.00 hours and the afternoon closure (just when you would like to splash). The use of, the coffee machine, the safe, how to get into the pool was not well explained to us. The girl from the reception was very nice but new and did not give the right information. 1 shower was defective and can only be used as a hand shower.

The location was excellent and the space was fantastic. Also the shutters that made the rooms black out, were superb! Great space for a family.
The bathrooms weren’t very clean. The toaster was temperamental. And the bathroom door was really squeaky which was annoying when someone went to the toilet in the night.

Apartamento grande y cómodo, instalaciones muy bonitas, aparato de aire acondicionado (que es importante en Sevilla) que funciona bien. Fue un lugar genial para nuestra compañía de seis! El apartamento está ubicado bastante céntrico, lo que también es muy agradable.

Lamentamos que en el día de su salida no pudiéramos ofrecerle un servicio de consigna; al tener otra reserva después de su salida, nuestro equipo de limpieza debía entrar y preparar el apartamento para que los próximos huéspedes lo encontraran con el mismo nivel de limpieza con el que se le presentó a ustedes. De otro modo, hubiéramos estado encantados de acomodar su petición.

The couch was not comfortable so 2 people were not comfortable but for 6 is highly recommended. We had some difficulties with the agency, they asked for a deposit previously not asked and the payment via credit card had problems.
