Overall, this is a comfortable, private apartment right in the middle of most things you’d want to do in Sevilla. Since I was there for 3 weeks, I’m going to break down what I did and didn’t like- take what matters to you and leave the rest. First, the good: Location was FANTASTIC and although very central, the building was extremely quiet and peaceful. Unit is beautiful and looks just like the photos, but was bigger than I expected with tons of useful closet and counter space. The not so good: Be prepared for camp showers - hot water lasts MAYBE 2 minutes, I had to turn off water and freeze while I washed my hair. Weirdly stocked- I had 2 irons but no ironing board, 2 bread knives but nothing to put leftover food in, etc. They did bring an ironing board after a couple days. Management - super responsive but service was hit or miss. Left me waiting in hot sun almost 20 mins to get in, demanded entry to install a fire extinguisher but never came (twice) etc. Apt guide is useless.

Beautiful apartment in a peaceful block. The location could not be any better! The hosts were very helpful and replied to messages instantly. Would highly recommend this flat to explore the city of Seville :)

O apartamento é exatamente como nas fotos, muito espaçoso, localização excelente, apartamento muito confortável. Fica em um prédio residencial, portanto é muito amigável. Mesmo com a localização muito central, não se ouvia nenhum barulho no apartamento. Questões a considerar: o apartamento fica em uma rua bem estreita que dificulta passagem de carros. Na nossa estadia de uma semana, a única questão não positiva foi o chuveiro da casa de banho, uma vez que o chuveiro era bem ruim e a água quente não durava 5 minutos. Fizemos uma reclamação para a empresa, mas, nada foi resolvido. Fora este acontecimento, não temos nada a apontar.

Très beau séjour dans l’appartement d’Esther qui est très bien situé à quelques minutes de marches des principaux sites à visiter au centre-ville de Séville. L’hôte a été très réactif à nos demandes et facile à joindre. Très bons conseils également de la part d’Experiences 4U pour visiter Séville, faire des réservations et planifier des excursions!

L’hébergement est très propre, moderne et confortable. Les seuls bémols sont aucune insonorisation, nous étions pas souvent là la journée, mais le soir ou en fin d’après midi nous entendions vraiment beaucoup les voisins. Nous n’avons pas eu de télécommande de la TV, aucune importance pour nous mais à signaler. Il n’y a aucun condiment ( sel, poivre, ou torchon) L’accueil fut très positif et très clair. Je recommande très bien situé !

Amazing location. Contact was friendly. Apartment was good. Bed was comfy. Building had a lift. Bare minimum of salt, oil and laundry detergent.

Muy buena opción para alojarse. Deberían mejorar algunas cosas cómo la cerradura de la puerta de entrada (cuesta ingresar), la ducha pierde agua y se moja el piso del baño. De todas formas estuvo muy bien.

We loved our stay in Seville! The apartment was spacious, beautifully decorated, very clean and so comfortable! It was also centrally located - just a short walk from the Cathedral and a 15-minute walk from Plaza España.

this place exceeded our expectations. the location is great and the major attractions of Seville are within walking distance. we didn´t need a car at all except for airport. very safe area and it is very nice to walk in the neighborhood. a lot of restaurants are new by. the apartment is new and classy. super clean. staff are nice and helpful. all amnesties are available even hairdryer with diffuser, bed linens, towels, microwave and coffee machine.
check in time is restrictive as it is limited and arrangements had to be done in order to receive the keys and check in. we arrived after 10 pm and we could not check in until 4 pm the next day so we had to spent a day in a different hotel. so keep in mind the check in time before booking a flight or train for better experience.

Smještaj je odlično lociran u samom centru. Restorani, dučani, znamenitosti, sve je pristupačno pješice. Apartman je uredan i onako kako je prikazano na slikama. Odličan smještaj za upoznavanje Seville.

Lovely apartment, very clean and well-equipped.
Lack of windows to outside made it very restrictive as no view of sky, people or other buildings.

Large apartment, comfortable bed, very central, clean and with washing machine and equipped kitchen. Very nice and design apartment.
Light up stairs very poor or not working. Thin walls that you can hear guests from other apartments. However, at night it was quiet. Wi fi sometimes unstable

Moderne schöne Ausstattung und saubere Wohnung. Küchenausstattung minimalistisch aber in Ordnung. Sehr gute Lage in der Innenstadt.
Der Blick aus den Fenstern war nur in einen Schacht auf unmittelbar gegenüberliegende Wände möglich. Den Himmel haben wir gar nicht gesehen. Im Wohnzimmer musste man zu jeder Zeit das Licht einschalten. Naturlicht kam so gut wie gar nicht rein. Lüften des Bades war nicht möglich, da der Zigarettenrauch des Mieters im Erdgeschoss permanent nach oben zog. Die auf der Website angepriesene Dachterrasse war zwar vorhanden, für Gäste dieser Ferienwohnung aber nicht zugänglich, da angeblich nur privat.

I liked the place and the apartment very much. It was a new apartment.
First we had a another apartment but this one was not ready. We waited till somebody showed up to clean. We lost several hours. Then at the end they offered another place and the host promised to compensate the cost of cleaning. After 2 months I´m still waiting for this compensation. No parking available and even no parking to unload the car.
