Excelente ubicación, cerca de la Giralda, la Catedral y el Alcázar. Apartamento bien distribuido y limpio perfecto x 4 personas con todas las comodidades. Lamentablemente, el servicio comenzó con la ausencia del personal a nuestra llegada al apartamento durante mucho tiempo. Otro problema al estar en la planta 4th: el ascensor no funcionó inmediatamente el segundo día y nunca lo arreglaron. Una verdadera pena ya que el apartamento está muy Cómodo.
A localização é impecável e tem muitos restaurantes em volta
A catedral toca o sino a cada hora e o barulho é muito alto dentro do quarto, principalmente pela manhã e no final do dia (o último sino toca a meia noite e o 1o do dia às 7 da manhã). Para quem tem sono leve ou viaja com crianças, não recomendo o apto.

Había mal olor en las habitaciones que no daban a la Giralda. Al llegar, nos informaron que tuvieron un problema con la limpieza y que uno de los apartamentos no iba a estar listo para el horario del check in. Demoraron tres horas en entregarlo, lo cual nos generó un perjuicio. Nos ofrecieron devolvernos el equivalente a la limpieza para subsanar de alguna forma el inconveniente.

Staff are horrible and very argumentative !! Utterly poor service and the worst !!! They have very screwed up policy: AVAILABLE ONLY AS WE PLEASE FROM 9am till 9pm ANYTHING OUTSIDE THESE OURS “GO F*** YOURSELF” . If they automate the whole process , this place would be a gem. Suggestion rather than criticism: we found it very hard to locate as there is no street number or sign on the door. Apartment is located above some offices and there is no way of seeing there are flats above. Needed some clearer indication as when we asked locally no one was able to locate it in the map we were given so we called the office who asked us to take a photo of where which we sent . Told them we were were waiting outside the Santander bank which seemed the clearest place to identify however message didn’t reach colleague who was letting us undo we were both waiting in different places. We saw other Genteel properties had signs. The smell in one bathroom made it unusable. Contacted office who said someone would come around while we were out but it didn’t dissipate someone came again the next day. Perhaps we were unfortunate that that’s was a water leak in the building that required(noisy)work and loss of water for 7 hours which of course was not good for us but beyond the management’s control who did what they could.

Lo mejor de todo, es la amplitud del mismo. Su limpieza es un punto a añadir. Los colchones y almohadas eran cómodas. Otro aspecto a reseñar el lo céntrico que se encuentra este apartamento.
Por poner peros, faltaban piezas de cubertería ( habían dos cucharas de postre para cuatro personas) y la cafetera, no se había limpiado desde que se compró.

En las fotos era precioso, pero estaba muy deteriorado y había hormigas. En uno de los baños la taza del WC era más pequeña que la taza y era increíblemente incómodo sentarse. Además los cristales con vistas a la giralda estaban muy sucios.

I highly recommend Genteel Home Constitucion! The apartment is beautiful, everything looked new, excellent location, comfy beds, spotless and clean, amazing hot showers, cold AC, quiet at night, safe location. The hosts responded quickly to messages. They helped us with local information. We felt completely at home and loved the view of the cathedral. We will definitely stay here again!
We did not like the walk to the parking garage. It’s a 10 minute walk with luggage. We paid 19 euro per night for the garage.

In a very central location, easy to get to anywhere. This home is so homey I feel like it’s better than my home 😆 It has everything you need and more. It also has THE perfect view of the cathedral.
