The check-in is a little complicated as you have to arrange to meet the host. Although we arrived around 4pm, the apartment had not been cleaned yet and was only ready around 5.30 pm. The fact that only one key was provided for the building entrance was a little restrictive for our party.

Amazing location! You can get to all the main sights within a 15 minute walk. You are right in the heart of Seville but you would never know once in the apartment as it was nice and quiet.
We stayed for 5 nights and could have done with an extra set of fresh towels during the stay.

Amazing view of the church at night from the lounge room windows. Great location, lovely unit (although a little smaller than expected) and very comfy beds. Seville was hot so they air-conditioning was great. Also very convenient to have a coffee machine, large fridge, kitchen crockery/utensils and washing machine. Nice welcome process too - thanks Salva!
Construction noise - the property manager/owner wasn’t transparent about this or responsive to our complaints about the noise. This is an old unit block and there was loud construction work underway in the unit directly above us that started at 8am and finished at 5pm. It consisted of drilling and loud hammering with falling plaster. It continued for our whole time in the unit. We had two late nights, but couldn’t sleepin or have an afternoon siesta. Not the luxury experience we signed up for. Front door key - you needed it to get both in and out of the apartment. So it was difficult to checkout of the building and leave the key in the apartment.

Regarding keys, most of the buildings in Spain operate with a traditional lock using a key, which is why you need a key to enter and exit the building. Thank you for your understanding, and we hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future for a much more enjoyable stay.

the only issue was that the elevator did not work on our last night there, and although the owners called the technicians a couple of times, it was not fixed by the next morning.

Our apartment booking incorrectly stated that parking was included. However, like at most places located within central districts of Spain, there was no car parking at the apartment so we had to park at a nearby public car park. It cost us 16.50 Euro per day. It was not a material issue but we would have preferred for the booking.com advertisement to be correct on this matter.

Solo un inconveniente, el día que llegamos el elevador estaba dañado y subir 5 pisos con muchas maletas fue un poco complicado. El día antes de irnos, llegamos tarde al apartamento y también estaba dañado, el día que nos vamos aun no funciona por lo que nos toca bajar todos los pisos con el equipaje. El aptartamento ea espectacular pero situaciones así es cuando suguiero una estadí en un hotel quien tiene su equipo de mantenimiento 24/7.

El apartamento es fantástico, todo nuevo y super limpio. Dos habitaciones con baño completo incluido, toallas y gel de cortesía. La cocina estaba completísima, cafetera de cápsulas, lavadora, lavavajillas y vitro. Además nos dejaron azúcar, cápsulas de café, aceite, sal y vinagre. La ubicación inmejorable, desde la ventana veíamos la Giralda y estábamos en el centro. Recomiendo 100 x 100 esta cadena de apartamentos. La comunicación con ellos fue muy bien en todo momento, nos estaban esperando para abrirnos el apartamento y explicarnos brevemente todo.
No hay nada que no nos gustara porque todo era perfecto.

A ultima hora cambiaron el departamento que yo había elegido anteriormente, pero la verdad el que me dieron super supero mis expectativas. Estaba super bien ubicado y muy lindo.
La comunicación entre el personal que esta en la oficina y el personal que entrega las llaves del departamento. En la oficina nos informaron que no había lugar cercano para estacionarnos y bajar las maletas y caminamos muchísimo. Cuando llegamos la persona que nos entrego las llaves nos dijo que perfectamente podríamos haber bajado las maletas a un lado del departamento. El departamento recibe visitantes de todo el mundo, las lavadoras, los símbolos, etc funcionan diferente en todos lados, hubiera sido mejor dejar una hoja que explicara cómo usarla.
