Superb apartment, well located, spacious, tastefully decorated, comfortable, good bedding, smart tv, Nespresso machine, bottle of water, ritual bath products, soft towels that smell good: everything was top! Catering available at the bottom of the hotel or on the terrace!
To improve: The noise of the air conditioning. -we were on the ground floor, when people talking in the corridors or in front of the elevator, it sounds a lot, we hear everything -- the cleanliness of the pool is to be reviewed

Por ponerle una pega, en el apartamento que nos tocó no puedes abrir las cortinas porque dan al patio- bajo y entonces estás totalmente a la vista del resto de personas que ocupan el edificio.

Die Unterkunft liegt direkt am Ufer des Guadalviquir mit Blick auf den Goldturm (Torre del Oro). Von der bemerkswert gut ausgestatteten Dachterrasse, mit Gastronomiebereich, hat man einen perfekten Blick auf Sevilla und den Fluss. Durch die Lage im Trianaviertel ist die Auswahl an Restauranten, Bars, etc. überbordend. Ein großer moderner Supermarkt (Mercadona) ist mit fünf Minuten Fussweg erreichbar. Die Punte de Isabel II, kurz Triana Brücke, ist schnell erreicht. Dort lohnt es sich ganzjährig einen Drink im Biergarten zu geniessen. Über die Essensstände in der Markthalle kann man sicherlich unterschiedlicher Auffassung sein...aber für Kaffee oder/und Bier immer eine gute Lokation.
Den Lichtschacht als Patio zu bezeichnen sei verziehen aber hier wäre das nicht erwähnen schon ein Gewinn.

This exceptional climatic condition, rather than a structural deficiency, was mainly responsible for the poor lighting inside the apartment.
Regarding the hot water issue. As mentioned during the incident, after the water heater´s capacity is depleted, it is necessary to wait approximately 20 minutes for it to regenerate, after this period, the system will resume functioning smoothly as happened in your case. Finally, we are pleased to know that our staff was friendly and even offered to switch you to another apartment to make your stay as comfortable as possible; however, your preference was to maintain the originally reserved apartment, as you declined the offered alternative. We regret not meeting your expectations. We look forward to welcoming you in the future, ensuring a more pleasant stay tailored to your need.
