Avevamo appartamento a piano terra, quindi le numerose finestre che c´erano in casa non si potevano aprire perché sarebbe stato come stare per strada. gli altri inquilini passano davanti alle finestre. Quindi sempre le tapparelle abbassate e non entra la luce del sole praticamente mai. In tutta la struttura, compreso l´atrio all´aperto e la terrazza comune, è proibito fumare. quindi bisogna uscire dal palazzo e stare in strada. lo trovo assurdo, folle. Un conto è non poter fumare in stanza per ovvi motivi, ma non vedo quale sia il problema di fumare all´aperto. Lo trovo discriminatorio. Capisco che c´è qualcuno a cui da fastidio il fumo, però seguendo questo ragionamento, anche a me davano fastidio i bambini che piangevano tutto il giorno o gli altri inquilini che a tardissima notte rientravamo e facevamo casino nell´atrio svegliandoci più volti. Quindi come è vietato fumare deve essere vietato anche fare entrare bambini che piangono e gente che urla di continuo.

Fantastic location. Great bars and restaurants all around. Overlooking the river. Just a short stroll to the town. Very nice apartment. Very comfortable bed and everything we needed. Nice to have the rooftop bar area. Pool is tiny but some people enjoyed it.

We loved the modern decor and as a group of 3 ladies the two bathrooms were great. Kitchen well equipped.
Only that there were no shelves or drawers for our T shirts, underwear etc. Also it’s good if you have twin beds to be able to split them with a table in between for a tiny bit more distance if you are sharing a room with a friend.

The bedrooms have no windows and the living room faces the inner patio, so we had to have the curtains closed the whole time and got very little natural light. The hot water was hard to regulate in one of the bathrooms.

El alojamiento es sensacional. Súper nuevo, todo cuidado al detalle y extremadamente cómodo. Está todo recién construido / reformado y es una maravilla. Es muy silencioso y se descansa fenomenal, y el apartamento está espectacular. tiene de todo, perfectamente equipado! Estuvimos 5 noches y cuando necesitamos algún producto adicional (geles, papel de baño, etc.) nos lo proporcionaron sin problema alguno. Volveremos cuando regresemos a Sevilla sin lugar a dudas! En cuanto a la ubicación, está en plena calle Betis, a 5 minutos de la Torre del Oro y en pleno Triana.
Nada, todo fue a pedir de boca! Quizá recomendaría que promocionasen más el negocio de desayunos que tienen en el piso superior del edificio, puesto que lo descubrimos de casualidad y está genial!

Keinerlei Schränke in den Schlafzimmern und keine Ablagen in den Bädern. Keine deutschen Fernsehkanäle. Totale Hinterhoflage obwohl River View gebucht war. WLAN hatte erst nach 1 Woche funktioniert. Oftmals Probleme mit dem Schloß der Eingangstüre. Zweimal Handtuch und Bettbezugwechsel aber keinerlei Reinigung der Bäder und Böden!!!

On the other hand, we are glad to hear that our customer service tried to solve the problem as soon as possible by offering you an external Wi-Fi connection which is available to all our guests in case they need it. In addition, our reservations department was comprehensive to you and offered you a discount to compensate for this situation, trying to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
We are particularly concerned about the issues you raised with the lock of the front door, it was solved as soon it was possible. Regarding the housekeeping service, we apologize for the misunderstanding, our intermediate cleaning service only includes the change of sheets and towels, as stated in the booking conditions.
Finally, regarding the characteristics of the flat, we always want to be transparent with our guests, that is the reason that before the confirmation of your booking we always send an email where our guests can confirm that it is the flat with the characteristics they want to book. We regret any misunderstanding in this regard.

Pool had too much chlorine dosing so we could not relax in it. Internet was not available at our stay as they were installing it.
