L’appartement est situé au premier étage d’une belle maison située sur rue Abades, au coeur du quartier Santa Cruz. Il dispose de 3 chambres et de deux salles de bains et dispose d’un ascenseur à l’entrée de l’appartement.
En entrant dans l’appartement, nous trouvons un hall de distribution à travers lequel nous accédons à un beau salon, très spacieux, meublé et décoré avec un design, moderne avec des touches classiques, et en même temps élégant. De l’autre côté se trouve la cuisine, indépendante, moderne et entièrement équipée, qui ouvre également sur la terrasse privée.

The apartment was perfect, lovely and clean and in a perfect location for attractions.
Beautiful, clean and comfortable apartment in a lovely building. Very spacious with great amenities. Perfect location - central but quiet. Staff were amazing, always happy to help and quick to respond.
De locatie is super. Midden in het centrum, vlakbij kathedraal en mooie pleinen. Door de regen konden we helaas niet van het mooie dakterras gebruik maken.
Het koffiezetapparaat had kuren en we misten wat keuken uitrusting zoals voldoende (yoghurt) schaaltjes. Ook de eetkamer stoelen stonden niet meer helemaal stabiel. We waren verder een t- doek vergeten en zout en kruiden potjes. Misschien handig om deze in het appartement te zetten.
Only 2 bathrooms. 1 en suite and one for other 2 rooms. The Nespresso coffee maker did not work on arrival. They fixed the machine on first day after we arrived - it worked but still seemed to leak. The shower in shared bathroom did not work very well - water leaking from the hand held hose and dripping from fixed overhead. Needs a little work to sort both these problems. Otherwise a great place to stay.

Chciałoby się ponarzekać ale nie ma na co.
Piso decorado con mucho encanto, precioso, grande, limpio y bien cuidado. Ubicación ideal en el centro de Sevilla, muy recomendado para moverse por el centro.
Hay que pagar una fianza de 200€ por si hay daños en el apartamento que te serà devuelta al finalizar la reserva, normalmente en Booking no hay que pagar finanzas.

Location, real nice decoration, very well equipped, wide spaces in whole apartment including the terrace. A quiet neighborhood but very close to everything. Excellent communication and service from the hosts.
They should advise the guest to check that the portal door is unlocked before left the keys inside the unit when checking out. We got stuck in the lobby and lost the train. It was early in the morning and nobody was able to unlock the portal for us until an hour later.

Spacious common spaces with clean, comfortable, stylish furniture. Excellent location in a quiet neighborhood great for exploring historic central Seville. Prompt and cordial communications, easy meet-up with host representative for access. Bedrooms a little cramped, but fine for sleeping. Kitchen and linens were well appointed. The terrace was a lovely extra. Wide range of excellent dining options and groceries within a short walk (if you don´t take a wrong turn!)
Being in the narrow, winding, one-way streets of the Jewish quarter, the apartment is a bit difficult to locate and get to via van from the airport. Neighbors across and below on the courtyard could at times be seen and heard on the terrace. Terrace shade structure is due for a refresh.

La température de la douche très difficile à gérer. l’entretien de la terrasse mériterait plus d’efforts ( treillis d’ombrage tout abîmé, plantes mortes, housses de coussins tachés). C’est dommage qu’aucune chambre n’ait un lit double mais c’est un détail et c’est bien indiqué.

Nothing we didn´t like but just be aware that regulating the hot/cold water temp can be a little tricky, if you had young children. We had a taxi from the airport 25 euros fixed fare for 4 of us. I would not recommend driving a car in the very narrow streets if you are not used to it.

Not a fault of the property but large cars could not access the road - so luggages had to be lug in / out to a larger street for taxi. So be warned if you are travelling large suitcases and wobbly wheels - it´s cobble stone roads.

L´emplacement est idéal. L´appartement est spacieux.
La promiscuité avec les voisins quand on est sur la terrasse. L´appartement est pour 6 personnes et il n´y a qu´un jeu de clés.

Fantastic location. On a quiet street but only a few minutes walk to tapas bars and the buzz of Seville. A great sized apartment.
Nothing major. Would have been nice to have a cafetière to make fresh coffee although there was a coffee machine with a few pods. We did get quite a lot of ants in the kitchen but managed to keep them at bay!

the location was perfect! right next to a parc and lively plaza de la alfalfa The view from the main bedroom was beautiful.
The kitchen was poorly equipped. not enough pots and pans and other things to cook unfortunately. The plants on the balcony could have been renewed for our stay.

The girl who greeted us was not very helpful. We had lots of suitcases with a baby no help for our suitcases. Lack of dishes and problem of ants in the living room and kitchen.

Perfect appartments in the heart of the citty in 5 min distance to all places of interests. Appartments are located in a fully restored ancient building. There are huge living room, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a huge terrace. They are equiped with all the stuff the family can require during the staying..All the rooms are nicely decorated and properly conditioned. People from managing company are very helpfull. For sure we will stay here again if come back.

Très bel appartement à la décoration soignée, très bien placé au cœur du quartier de Santa Cruz, bel espace de vie et grande terrasse ensoleillée le matin jusqu’en début d’après-midi , les lits sont très confortables et beaucoup de rangement dans les chambres.
Il manque du matériel dans la cuisine.

cuando uno va con coche no se deberia poder acceder con coche a ese sitio ya que el apto esta situado en pleno casco antiguo;; las calles sumamente angostas ademas de que no esta autorizado circular sin autorizacion.
