La ubicació es immillorable, just al costat de la catedral. Com dona a una plaça tancada, no es sent gens de soroll del carrer. El pis es molt ampli i confortable, molt adequat per a grups.

FIX the entry gate lock!!!! Dangerous!!!! Minimal to no light in hallway access to door! Again… very dangerous! Last bathroom molding on shower walls- that bath needs renovation, leaking shower as well. needs . Questionable trash dump?? Instructions were to take into Public area? Really? Those cans are always full. We used all 4 bedrooms, not enough toilet paper supplied. Location was the next, but apartment management, poor!

biggest complaint for me is they advertise toiletries and kitchen supplies but they only gave us a very tiny amount of salt so that we could only cook one meal. also, a tiny bit of oil. When i contacted them they said “The apartment counts with complimentary bath and kitchen amenities upon check-in as courtesy. If you need more during your stay, we will be delighted to provide them to you at our office . . . Monday-Friday.” so, why are they advertising toiletries and basic supplies but they only provide 1 days worth? also, they made an exception and allowed us to pick up salt at the office on Sunday. when we got there we asked for a bit more oil, they said no. and only gave us a few spoonfuls of salt. This really annoyed me as I paid €1300 for a weekend stay and they cant even just supply salt that cost €1. I don’t want to have to go to the store to buy salt on my vacation. its not hard, its just annoying. And i think its an oversight. Why i prefer staying places that are family run and not business run. Family run businesses are much more logical and better at caring for you.

1/ Le logement n´était pas celui réservé: les 69 photos du logement sur Booking correspondent en fait à plusieurs logements différents. 2/ L´appartement était sombre et peu convivial. 2 lampes et l´éclairage de la table de la cuisine ne fonctionnaient pas. Une 4e avait une prise défaillante. La 4e chambre n´avait aucun éclairage en tête des lits. Malgré la promesse du passage d´un réparateur le samedi matin, personne n´est venu. 3/ La propreté peut être largement améliorée. 4/ Aucun sèche-cheveux. 5/ Rapport qualité-prix décevant. Pour le prix payé, quelques sachets de thé et/ou d´infusion pourraient être offerts.

De ligging was ideaal, elke bezienswaardigheid binnen wandelafstand en toch zeer rustig gelegen. Ruim appartement alles wat we nodig hadden was aanwezig. Veel eetgelegenheden zeer dichtbij. Ook heel leuk dat we bij aankomst direct over het appartement konden beschikken zodat we onze bagage niet naar een opslag moesten brengen.
De wegbeschrijving naar het appartement kon beter. We hebben toch zeker een half uur lopen zoeken, als je het weet is het nochtans heel makkelijk te vinden. We werden wel goed verder geholpen na telefonisch contact.

Lo primero que queremos agradecerle es la comprensión que nos mostraron en todo momento por el inconveniente de última hora sufrido en el apartamento que habían reservado, y estamos encantados de saber que han disfrutado de su estancia en el apartamento en el que les reubicamos, que como bien dice, está ubicado exactamente en el mismo edificio. Estamos a su entera disposición si vuelve por Sevilla!
