My understanding is that I paid more because I chose a room with a balcony. On the confirmation it was no longer a balcony but a terrace (shared), but I must have chosen the bigger and more expensive one because it was listed as a balcony on Booking.

The location is excellent, and the apartment is nice and new, internet worked well.
We had a very terrible stay since the hot water did not work the entire time we were there. Despite the freezing outside temperatures of 5 degrees in the morning and evening in winter, the hot water stops running after 3 minutes on each shower, making it nearly impossible to shower with hot water to the conclusion. The management seemed to care, but we still didn´t have running hot water the entire time until the end of our 3-night stay.

We are sorry to hear about the problem you had with the water heating system. as it is an electric system, the boiler has a storage capacity of hot water that, if it is completely used up, we must wait for some time for the hot water to be regenerated again. However, we have solved this problem by increasing the stored hot water capacity to avoid similar situations in the future.
We regret that our efforts to make up for this inconvenience, such as allowing you access to another flat or giving you a partial refund for your stay, were not sufficient to make up for this shortcoming.
If your travels bring you back to the area, we would appreciate the opportunity to host you again and provide you with a much-improved stay.
