La ubicación
El trato recibido a la llegada no nos gustó, nos retrasamos por culpa del tren y cuando llegamos al apartamento nos hicieron pagar 30€ en efectivo y sin recibo. No lo cual no me pareció nada bien. La terraza que anuncian como reclamo para el apartamento no se encuentra en la casa, sino dos pisos más arriba. Enfrente hay una discoteca que está toda la noche sin parar de entrar y salir gente, no se puede dormir, además toda la calle está llena de orines de la gente. En definitiva estoy muy disgustada.

The appartment is very comfortable and well groomed. It has all amenities and it was very clean. It also features a lovely roof terrace where one can enjoy some free time. Located in the heart of the city it’s a perfect starting point to visit everything.

A good accommodation for a family trip. The size of all 3 rooms was good, and I was satisfied with all the kitchen facilities. There is no reception, but the staff in charge waited in front of the accommodation on time to arrive and kindly explained everything. Any problems with the accommodation were quickly resolved.
There is a club right in front of the accommodation... It was winter and it was a weekday, not a weekend, but people were drinking and chatting on the street right in front of the house from 3 am to 6 am... I really couldn´t sleep that day. Instead, among the 3 rooms, they said that they couldn´t hear the room inside the building, not the road, and the room with a bathroom was not a big problem, but the room with a terrace like a glass greenhouse can hear noise in surround.

Noisy street life all night at the weekends owing to night club a few doors away. No oven, so don´t buy pizza! Not enough wine glasses and no sherry glasses. Air conditioning - no instruction manual - remote controls didn´t function as expected.

Hay una discoteca justo enfrente y por las noches hay muchísimo ruido la discoteca esta abierta de miércoles a domingo y la calle se llena de gente muy escandalosa lo que imposibilita el descanso.

the property was a great location, very clean, very comfortable. amenities were great. contact with the property was very efficient, prompt and informative. Roof terrace was a bonus and beautiful.
Only thing was the kettle was not sufficient, it was very slow and very small. the bed were incredibly comfortable but the beds in the en-suite bedroom were very dangerous in the sense that they were angled upright bars. on 2 occasions i sat on the end of the bed which is covered by the bed covers and hurt myself. If someone was to fall or sit in a certain on the end of the bed it could be a serious injury. Overall i would highly recommend this property id both these issues were resolved.

Appartamento in ottima posizione, a dieci minuti a piedi dalla Cattedrale, spazioso e luminoso. La presenza di una cucina accessoriata garantisce la possibilità di gestire i pasti in autonomia. Spazi ampi e due bagni consentono agio e vivibilità anche in presenza di 6 persone. Ottima la comunicazione con i gestori, anche rispetto alle richieste di altri servizi.
La strada sotto l´appartamento è piuttosto rumorosa nelle serate del fine settimana. L´appartamento era sì, pulito, ma non in modo accurato. Questo, comunque, non ha pregiudicato il nostro soggiorno.

Nous sommes heureux de savoir que vous avez apprécié notre appartement et à propos de ce qu´il nous a dit à propos du bruit, il est vrai que Séville est une ville très vivante qui peut être très vivante, mais si les fenêtres sont fermées, le bruit de la rue est à peine perceptible à l´intérieur de l´appartement.

La ubicación (centro Sevilla). Las camas son súper cómodas. Muy bien equipado (cocina, baño).
La calefacción del salón no funcionaba bien (nos alojamos en enero). El apartamento se encuentra en el centro, donde los fines de semana es algo ruidoso.

Estimada Teresa, sentimos mucho leer que su estancia no ha sido la deseada. Sobre la limpieza, le pedimos disculpas si no se encontraba completamente limpio. Es un aspecto muy importante para nosotros y en el que ponemos especial cuidado para que todo esté impoluto a la llegada de nuestros clientes, por lo que nos extraña mucho lo que nos indica (más aún lo de la ropa interior encontrada en los cajones) pero hablaremos con la limpiadora y tomaremos medidas para que no vuelva a ocurrir algo así. Sobre la entrega de llaves, normalmente nuestras compañeras esperan a los huéspedes puntualmente a la hora convenida con antelación, pero hay algunas contadas ocasiones en que ciertos retrasos sean inevitables por causas ajenas a nosotros. En su caso su estancia coincidía con el Puente, coincidiendo la mayoría de llegadas de nuestros clientes en horas muy próximas entre sí en todos nuestros desplazamientos, y estando la ciudad abarrotada, por lo que los desplazamientos entre un punto del centro a otro por parte de nuestras compañeras conllevaban más tiempo del habitual. A pesar de ello, le pedimos nuevamente disculpas por el retraso. Nos alegra saber que, al menos, la ubicación del apartamento fue de su agrado. Saludos
Si vas en fin de semana es bastante ruidoso ya que está en una calle con varios bares y pub´s, pero eso para nosotras no fué un inconveniente. Repetiríamos.
Die Straße ist etwas laut, da dort die Busse durchfahren Einige Möbel waren Defekt sowie eine Toilettenspülung (man hatte uns Angeboten diese während des Aufenthalts zu reparieren!).

The terrace is two floors upper thus it´s not really easy to access it.
Most importantly, beyond the bedrooms, where indeed you have 6 real beds, it is not equipped to accomadate 6 people. You have only 4 chairs around the dining table, and the terrace is not equipped for 6 people neither. .
