En entrant dans l’appartement, nous trouvons un hall spacieux à partir duquel nous pouvons accéder à la cuisine, très lumineuse grâce à sa lucarne et entièrement équipée avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour des séjours courts et longs. Toujours à droite du hall, en descendant 3 marches, nous avons le salon, l’une des pièces les plus remarquables de l’appartement car il est mansardé et avec vue sur la cathédrale à travers chacune de ses fenêtres. Le salon, à la décoration moderne, différencie un salon avec un canapé et Smart TV et un coin repas, en plus d’avoir des toilettes.

The apartment requires some updates, including new beds, a new sofa, and additional kitchenware such as bowls, a cutting board, and more plates. Given the high cost and appealing appearance of the apartment, it´s disappointing that it has cheap, uncomfortable beds and a broken living room sofa.

Location right across the cathedral, easy walk to the Roman theater and Alcazaba, and close to many restaurants. It´s fantastic to enjoy the city centre with quick return to your appartment. Host met us at the appartment and was helpful and friendly. Apartment was clean and spacious. It was on the top floor with only skylight views outside, but overall bright, quiet and comfortable for a group.
The access to the front door is not on St Augustin, it´s on Calle Cister around the other side of the building. We weren´t advised and wound up waiting at the wrong door. In the 2nd bedroom there are twin beds, they are a thin mattress with a hard feel, not super comfortable. Basic bedding, couch in living room was old and stained and the furniture is basic but adequate for a short stay. Main bedroom has an adjoining shower which needs tiles repaired as the water leaks heavily and easily onto the floor. The other bathroom had a similar shower, with no issues.

The host made sure we knew some restaurant recommendations, shipping office location and all necessary details about the stay. Also had a few dishwasher Pods and washing machine pods for us…as well as coffee pods for the machine. Lots of room to spread out. Amazing location but we did have trouble getting a car service to pick us up. We had to drag our bags to a hotel of the Main Street where it was not a pedestrian only zone. Odd since the cab brought us right to the front door. A/C cooled like ours in the USA. Overall, enjoyed our stay very much.
Pillows were not great…handle off dishwasher. Location for car service wasn’t great…they would not *or could not) come to front door. Taxi was able to do that.

The apartment was lovely with excellent facilities Lovely Ivan was there to meet us as arranged. Location amazing
The twin beds were really uncomfortable, we could feel the springs, the window blind would not pull up or down and the drawer handles fell off. The lounge venetian blind was badly damaged and would not pull up or down spoiling the skylight view. The king size bed was fine. The single toilet seat was broken when we arrived and Ivan said he would get it fixed but didn´t also a kitchen cupboard rail fell off.. On the final day there was a cockroach in the cupboard under the sink, reported to caretaker.

Le réseau d´internet/wifi ne marchait pas pendant notre court séjour. Même si par les fenêtres de toi entre beaucoup de lumière, nous avons regretté la manque d´un balcon dans le séjour, ou des fenêtres a travers lesquelles pouvoir regarder la rue.

The apartment is very large and spacious. Perfect location, right next to the cathedral. There is an elevator in the building. To Carrefour Express or bakery about 5 minutes walk. There is air conditioning throughout the apartment, so you can set the temperature yourself. Very well equipped kitchen, nothing was missing. A big plus for coffee capsules, dishwasher or washing machine tablets, paper towels, dish cloths. Small things, but you can see that the host thinks about the guests. Towels, hair dryer and laundry, iron, ironing board. Even Netflix is. We had an apartment at the very top, quiet even on the weekend. Nice and smiling boy who greeted us. He provided all the information we needed about the area.
Very thin foam mattress in master bedroom. Uncomfortable.

Como está en el centro de la ciudad, el aparcamiento más cercano está un poco lejos y es caro, así que es recomendable no viajar con coche o encontrar un aparcamiento un poco lejos y coger un taxi.
