Quiet, clean, has all the requirements and is well furnished, modern and has a good location-

El piso amplio, cómodo y moderno, completamente equipado, la ubicación es inmejorable, puedes ir andando incluso al Alhambra, Albaicyn etc por que además disfrutas el paseo , hay mucho que ver por toda la zona, restaurantes, tiendas de souvenirs, la gran vía al frente con tiendas de marcas , la Catedral y la capilla Real está prácticamente al lado, y las vistas del piso fue un plus para nuestra estadía
Que no tuviese Parking , pero al final dejamos el coche parqueado cerca del piso y prácticamente no lo volvimos a usar

Fernando was great, met us, gave us the keys and suggestions for things to do. The electric kettle was burnt out, we let him know and asked for another but one didn[t turn up before we left. A couple of suggestions, soap dish in the 2nd bedroom shower, tea towels in the kitchen, salt and pepper and it took our very tech savvy 19 year old grandson over 30 mins to get the TV working and the movie we wanted. Remote needs checking, we changed batteries and that wasn´t the problem. Light in MBR closet would be useful. Minor problem, outside table very shaky, hard to keep the wine glass upright and not spilling!! Otherwise very good, loved the position.

Großartig Lage! Große Wohnung mit 2 Bädern. Sehr nette Kommunikation bei der Schlüsselübergabe und hilfreiche Tips für die Umgebung.
Es war alles wirklich super. Ganz kleine Kritikpunkte wären: Sofa hatte Risse im Kunstleder. Ein Stuhl ebenso. Das wirkt sich schon etwas auf den Gesamteindruck aus. Da Bett im 2. Schlafzimmer war für 2 Personen recht beengt.

Poor WiFi speed.
No pudimos dejar las maletas después de las 11, casualmente hay una consigna en la misma calle donde nos intentaron cobrar más , tuvimos que rellenar los impresos y guardar las maletas dentro de la taquillas y luego sacar las maletas nosotros mismos. Por supuesto nos preguntaron el nombre de las persona que nos lo había facilitado

Muchas gracias por su comentario. Lo cierto es que no guardamos ningún tipo de relación con la consigna de la que habla. Normalmente, si el apartamento está disponible dejamos a los clientes que permanezcan el tiempo que necesiten dado que no tenemos un lugar para dejar las maletas (puede ver un comentario más abajo donde un cliente nos agradece que le permitiéramos quedarse más tarde de las 11, la hora de salida). Desafortundamente, en el día de su salida teníamos una llegada de nuevos clientes y necesitábamos tiempo para limpiar el apartamento y prepararlo para la nueva entrada. No obstante, esperamos que a pesar de ello tuvieran buena estancia y pudieran disfrutar del apartamento y la ciudad. Fátima - responsable de calidad de Genteel Home

Con respecto a los aspectos los comentarios negativos que nos refiere, nos hubiera gustado que hubiera sido mas precisa, porque nuestra máxima es entregar los pisos en perfectas condiciones, y si nos lo hubiera dicho en el momento, hubiéramos arreglado lo que hubiera sido pertinente. Del aparcamiento, tal y como informamos en Booking,com, tenemos un acuerdo con un parking cercano, que es lo que ofrecemos a nuestros clientes, sentimos si la opción no fue conveniente para usted. The apartment is very central and you are in the heart of the city.
The only downside of this is that it is a bit noisy at night. And if you take a car, we would recommend to take a small car as the streets are very narrow and parking spaces are small.
In total, we had a fabulous week.
