La ubicacion muy buena.
no había productos para la ducha, no había productos de limpieza. la puerta de la ducha estaba rota y la vitroceramica no funcionaba hasta que se bajaron los brakes. tenía muchas escaleras, lo que nos dificulto porque íbamos con niños pequeños.

Respecto a la puerta de la ducha y la vitrocerámica, sentimos cualquier inconveniente que esto haya podido ocasionar. Agradecemos que nos lo haya comunicado, ya que esto nos permite supervisar estos detalles y realizar las mejoras necesarias. Al mismo tiempo, nos entristece no haber sido informados durante su estancia, ya que nuestro equipo hubiera estado encantado de asistirle y resolver cualquier problema en la medida de lo posible.
En cuanto a las escaleras, lamentamos si estas representaron una incomodidad, especialmente viajando con niños pequeños. Aunque mostramos la presencia de ascensor y también escaleras en el anuncio, comprendemos que pueda haber resultado incómodo en su caso.
Agradecemos nuevamente sus observaciones, ya que nos ayudan a mejorar constantemente. Esperamos tener la oportunidad de recibirlo nuevamente y ofrecerle una experiencia más satisfactoria.
