We absolutely loved our stay at Genteel Home Via Della Spada. The place couldn’t be more convenient for seeing all that Florence has to offer on foot. It is right in the middle of the city but doesn’t command excessive rates that you’d find for hotels in the same area. The apartment itself is absolutely stunning, spotlessly clean and has everything that you need to enjoy your stay. The location also makes it very easy to find food and shops.
There’s really not anything not to like about the place. It’s absolutely faultless!

The place was located in a central location. Very clean and spacious for travelling family. Bathroom and kitchen were stocked with all the needs. Sara was very helpful with assisting with local Parking nearby meeting us at the parking garage on arrival and walking us over to the apartment.

The process was easy and the experience we had was amazing,
S´il faut trouver un défaut, je dirais qu´une chambre donne sur la rue et est donc un peu plus bruyante malgré le double vitrage. Cette même chambre est également plus éclairée la nuit car il y a un réverbère juste en face et les volets ne sont pas pleinement occultants.

The location was the most perfect spot. Very close to everything but still had authentic Florentine feel. Communication was always returned within hours. The property was gorgeous and I would definitely stay here again.

had a fuse go out a few times that had to be reset and it’s in second floor with no elevator. suggest they get someone to help with bags nexts time
