Great stay! Home was clean and comfortable. Decorated very nicely and functional. Location was perfect, we were so close to the Duomo and yet it was so peacful onece inside. Exept for a few stairs wich were a problem only because we had a todler and a stroller otherwise just a nice excercise :).

Location was great! Apartment was exactly what we needed; three bedrooms 3 baths. Scott was our contact, met us there and provided a lot of great links to local food, things to do and transportation tips.

Great stay! Home was very clean and the furnishing was quite beautiful. The hosts were extremely friendly and accommodated to our early check-in timing, even helped us make reservations for a restaurant :)

This is probably one of my favorite Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed at. Amazing location, beautiful modern decor, the most helpful host. We stayed here as a family of six with two toddlers. It couldn’t have been more perfect. Highly highly recommend!

We love this place. It has three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Location is conveniently located, close to Duomo, restaurants, gelato shops. Communication is great. Host is willing to let us get in before check-in time. If we will visit Florence again, will definitely want to stay here.

Really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was super clean, and had all the amenities that you would need for a short stay. Bedrooms were a generous size with lots of storage/hanging space, bedside tables and soft comfy beds. Extra blankets etc also stored in cupboards. 3 very large bathrooms all complete with 3 toilets. Very neat and tidy. Large dining table and lots of couch space. Lots of mood lighting throughout apartment. Good laundry and drying rack. There is two flights of stairs you must climb with your luggage to reach the apartment. About 50 steps in total. Check-in was super easy as guest services met us there at the apartment and showed us how everything worked in the apartment. ‘Sara’ was our guest service representative and she was A+++ She was friendly, very knowledgeable and gave us lots of fantastic suggestions for restaurants and places to see. She also provided a local map. Thanks Sara, you gave us a very warm welcome. We would definitely stay again. Great location.

Condo was centrally located and close to everything. Very walkable. There are 51 steps up to the condo so this is a lot for someone who may not be able to do steps with luggage. Nicely kept condo, great closet space, clean bathrooms. Would definitely stay again. There is a washer but no dryer so be sure that you recognize that you would need to line dry. Would recommend a stay here.

We had a great stay here! Scott was extremely responsive and even helped carry our luggage up the stairs.

This was the most amazing place out of all the places we stayed at. We did not need an Uber, We did not need a taxi and We did not need a vehicle. It was in the best location and we were able to walk to everything! I would definitely come back to visit anytime!

Newly renovated apartment in a very central area in old city. Clean, modern and comfortable. Air conditioning worked great in hot summer!!! Host Sara was wonderful, responded to questions and provided great suggestions. Overall a very pleasant stay.

We really enjoyed our stay and had an excellent experience. The apartment is very spacious and quite beautiful. It has 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. There is excellent airconditioning. The location is very quite yet very close to the center of Florence. The host was responsive and we greatly appreciated the early check-in. Supermarkets and bakery are close by as well as ample restaurants. We highly recommend this apartment

Everything was absolutely great: the first and later contacts with the host, the location, the overall apartment, the amenities, the look and feel, the flexibility! We´ve done this girls trip yearly for a pretty long time now and we visited a lot of places so far, mostly in Italy and France, but also Dubai, Turkey, etc. We are 5 ladies and we only take away from families 3-4 days, so it is difficult to find accommodation to suit all tastes & all interests and to feel comfortable and clean and, why not, a little posh. This is the first year when we found everything great, thank you!!

We were met at the apartment at the prearranged time and given a nice overview of the amenities. We were also given a list of recommended restaurants and bars in the area. The apartment was very clean and located on a street that didn’t have a lot of traffic. Very walkable to the Duomo and other historic sites. We really enjoyed our stay and would return.

We booked this flat for my partner, myself, and our moms when we recently visited Florence. Was the perfect setup for us with 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The unit is beautiful, clean, modern, very well appointed. Can´t beat the location - very central so we were able to walk everywhere. So many cute restuarants, coffee shops, grocery stores right outside your front door. Our host Scott was wonderful. He was waiting for us to drop our bags several hours before the unit was officially hours. He provided a ton of local food/drink recs and oriented us to the apartment and the building. Always immediately responsive via text and happy to answer any questions we had along the way. As others have mentioned, the apartment is located several stories up in a building with no elevator. There are lots of steps to get to the unit entrance. My partner´s mom is in her mid-70s and did really well, but I know the steps were a challenge for her.

We loved staying at Genteel Home in Florence! It was perfect for our family of 6. There was plenty of space for us to lounge and spread out after a long day walking around Florence. Communication leading up to our trip and checkin was wonderful. We were greeted at the apartment at checkin to help us get situated and oriented to the apartment. We were given so many wonderful recommendations for restaurants, gelato, and shops. The location is wonderful! The apartment is situated on a quiet street not far from the Duomo and Uffizi. Our stay was terrific! We will definitely stay again when we come back to visit Florence!

The apartment was beautiful and centrally located, minutes from the Duomo. We had everything we needed for our family including a crib and high chair for our baby. The beds and mattresses were super comfortable which I’m always worried about at an Airbnb. The place was perfect for our 4 day stay.

Amazing apartment in the heart of Florence ! We were 3 couples and the fact that the apartment had 3 rooms with its own bathroom for each one of them made it very comfortable and convenient ! Also the apartment is very modern and spacious ! I really recommend this place if you’re looking to visit Florence !

This apartment was truly perfect for our family of 4 (adult children). It is equipped perfectly. The location was wonderful for walking everywhere in Florence. Sara very nicely met us at the apartment, gave us some recommendations for restaurants and couldn´t have been kinder.
The ONLY thing to be aware of is that it is located on the 3rd floor, so some stairs to climb to get to the apartment.
