Appartement moderne et élégant avec trois chambres et trois salles de bain situé très près du centre-ville.
En entrant dans l’appartement, à gauche, nous trouvons un salon spacieux avec un canapé, une Smart TV, une table d’appoint, deux grandes fenêtres donnant sur l’avenue et une table à manger avec des chaises pour six personnes. Dans cet espace se trouve également la cuisine entièrement équipée.
A droite de l’entrée, on trouve la première chambre avec un lit simple de 1,10 x 1,90 m, télévision, chaise, armoire, salle de bain complète en suite avec douche et un petit balcon qui donne sur le patio intérieur du bâtiment. .
En revenant à l’entrée, nous trouvons un couloir qui distribue les autres pièces de l’appartement, en suivant celui-ci à droite, nous trouvons une salle de bain complète avec douche, la chambre suivante est également à droite et dispose d’un lit double de 1,35 x 1,90 m, télévision , armoire, bureau, chaise et une grande fenêtre qui donne beaucoup de lumière à cette pièce.
Au bout du couloir, nous trouvons la dernière salle de bain complète avec douche, à gauche de celle-ci se trouve l’autre chambre double avec télévision, fauteuil, armoire et lit double de 1,35 x 1,90 m.
L’appartement est très proche du centre de Florence, à quelques minutes à pied de la Basilique de Santa Maria Novella et des principales attractions touristiques de la ville. De plus, très près de l’appartement, nous trouvons un arrêt de tram, dont la ligne relie l’aéroport et la gare, rendant l’arrivée dans la ville rapide et confortable.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the broken shower door. A previous guest unfortunately damaged it, and we are in the process of having it replaced. In the meantime, we have informed our guests that the shower can still be used with a bit more care.
Fortunately, the apartment has three bathrooms with showers, and many of our guests prefer to use the other two, which are in perfect condition. We understand this is not ideal and appreciate your patience and understanding while we work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
