Bel appartement récemment rénové et décoré dans les moindres détails situé dans l’un des quartiers les plus exclusifs de la Costa del Sol, le Golden Mile, et avec un cadre idyllique.

Il est situé dans une urbanisation calme et bien entretenue avec un service de surveillance 24h / 24. De plus, il dispose d’une piscine ouverte toute l’année et d’un garage couvert

L’appartement en lui-même est très lumineux et dispose d’un beau salon, d’une grande terrasse, d’une cuisine parfaitement équipée et de deux chambres doubles avec deux salles de bains.

La première chambre a deux lits de 90 cm x 200 cm. La seconde a un lit de 150 cm x 200 cm.

La terrasse est l’une des parties les plus agréables de la maison, avec une orientation sud-sud-est et équipée d’un salon, d’une autre salle à manger et de beaux hamacs où vous pourrez profiter du merveilleux moment que la côte de Soleil.

La maison idéale pour se déconnecter et profiter des meilleures vacances dans l’un des quartiers les plus exclusifs.

Très près de la maison, nous pouvons trouver les meilleurs restaurants et boîtes de nuit de la Costa del Sol.

La plage et la promenade se trouvent à 5 minutes en voiture.

Я уже читала негативные отзывы о том, что фото не соответствуют , думала что все устранили, но нет.. если вы приблизите фото, то поймете что это фотошоп. На самом деле вся мебель нуждается в серьезной химчистке, абсолютно вся, неприятно сидеть, все очень грязное. Изголовья кровати воняли. Из канализации в туалете тоже отвратительно пахло. Так же в доме идет ремонт и по ощущениям это не скоро закончится. В спальне слышно как смывают унитаз в квартире наверху, это неприятно Из плюсов: красивый вид, комфортное постельное белье и на улице тихо ночью.

Très bel environnement pour cet appartement aux prestations de qualité. Dommage qu un voisin a décidé de faire la fête avec sa musique sur sa terrasse de 18h à 3h du matin. Mais nous reviendrons avec plaisir, parking privé, piscine commune et poste de sécurité.

Stay for 10 days in March:4-14! Location is perfect, good parking for car, security, the view from terrace outstanding, pool area perfect, but could be updated for apartment! 3 min drive till beach!! For me, 7 from 10!! Could be cleaner!!! Bed is ok, pillows good!

Not worth money they ask for it. Maybe 10 years ago. It’s an old complex, I wish I could share the real pictures. This place needs proper clean up. Web cobs hanging from the ceiling ; Used visibly dirty spare pillows in cupboards; Mold in the shower?!? Come on! We left early. There are so many better options in that area.

We had a wonderful stay in Marbella. Rocío´s apartment is very conveniently located, just of the golden mile, and allowed us to realize our plan of golfing and relaxing in the after season on the costa del sol. We enjoyed the great spacious terrace both for breakfast and during the day thanks to the great weather we luckily had. The view from the terrace is stunning onto gardens and palm trees and the surroundings are very quiet. The whole complex is guarded by manned security at the entrance 24/7 and we never felt any discomfort during our stay. We will definitely consider booking this hidden gem for our next golfing excursion in the region.

Such a beautiful apartment, even better than the photos, and the perfect size for five of us on a girls trip. The sofa bed is really comfortable and is around the size of a double bed. The pool is absolutely huge and we had it to ourselves most of the time as it’s a very quiet and relaxed complex. The only thing I would say is that it wouldn’t be suitable for a group looking to be loud, as it’s an older retirement style complex and we were aware we needed to be mindful of this. Really great communication from Rocio’s team, and we loved all the recommendations they provided us - would definitely stay again!

Goed maar laat je gasten nog een paar uur na hun verblijft op het terrein .

Onze vlucht was in de late namiddag en moesten om 11h uit onze kamer wat normaal is . Maar moesten ook het terrein verlaten om 11h dus mochten absoluut niet meer op het terrein parkeren of nog een paar uurtjes aan het zwembad liggen terwijl er niemand was.

Er was teveel lawaai - het appartement is zeer slecht geisoleerd en de slaapkamers liggen boven de garage dus je hoort het lawaai telkens een auto of moto binnenrijdt. Het appartement is afgeleefd en moet wat opgefrist worden. Het is wel zeer goed gelegen en het zwembad is proper en groot en heeft een prachtig uitzicht.

The condo was clean and spacious. We enjoyed sitting on the patio for drinks and to take in the view. Great restaurant at the bottom of the hill made it convenient to grab lunch or dinner. Grocery stores close by and a 5-10 drive to the beach.

Our only issue is with my agency. Their process to book is cumbersome and they do not have a phone number to call when there is an issue. Also the staff is slow in responding to emails which makes for a nervous experience when dealing with property in a foreign country. They need to improve their communication process for booking property.

Good place with large balcony and beautiful view. The apartment is well decorated and nice but there was a weird smell especially in the main bedroom The area is quite and close to puerto banus plus security are available 24/7. The person we dealt with was nice and helpful, although she was a bit late for check in we had to stay and wait after a long trip.

It´s a nice apartment with a lovely view from the balcony but there are a few niggles that let this place down. The boiler makes a constant squeak every time you use hot water, the sofas are uncomfortable to sit on and there are some missing kitchen tools that should be addressed. We enjoyed our stay but the apartment needs a little love to bring it up to the price we paid.

Great check in and attentive host. Lovely apartment which was spacious and clean. My recommendation would be rent a car if you plan to stay here. Otherwise you will need taxis to move around. Would return!

Rocio is a great host, her place is spacious, clean and located in a tranquil area. The terrace view is stunning and we had a chance to relax during our stay. The pool is also great ( even in October )! Overall, highly recommend it!!

Flat is ok. Best 3 things: 1. big terasse, 2. fast & good communication with begoña (host), 3. clean; 3 not so good things: 1. location (nothing around, on a hill ((no bikes can be used)), need definetely a car), 2. a bit industrial look and feel (seems to be a investment object, has industrial atmosphere, "led-coldlighstyle", isolation: you can hear every fart from neighbours), 3. a kitchen you dont want to cook in (pans desolate status etc.). Too expensive for what you get in total...would not go again.

Nice urbanisation. Good location. Perfect terrace for sunny mornings and day long sunshine. The best thing is privacy. Nobody can see You from front building or street. Would recommend and come back again.

Bel appartement, bien situé, meublé et décoré avec goût, agréable et fonctionnel, lits très confortables, grande terrasse avec dégagement et bien équipée, garage avec accès facile. Begoña a été très serviable et réactive. Seul désagrément l’appartement est mal insonorisé. Je peux certainement le recommander.

Wonderful place, fresh, clean and stylish. The furniture is modern. The terrace is big and has a lovely free view. The garage has an easy access. The walls are not very well soundproofed, but in total a great apartment!

Estimados Ann y Tom, que sorpresa vuestro mensaje! Pensé que la estancia durante las dos semanas que habéis disfrutado el apartamento habría sido de vuestro agrado. No recibimos quejas de limpieza durante ese periodo. La cafetera americana se cambio por una nespresso, el mismo día que me comentaron que les parecia pequeña.
