Our only issue is with my agency. Their process to book is cumbersome and they do not have a phone number to call when there is an issue. Also the staff is slow in responding to emails which makes for a nervous experience when dealing with property in a foreign country. They need to improve their communication process for booking property.

No recibimos quejas de limpieza durante ese periodo. La cafetera americana se cambio por una nespresso, el mismo día que me comentaron que les parecia pequeña.
