Appartement moderne et élégant de deux chambres et deux salles de bains avec une charmante terrasse privée, situé dans un immeuble de nouvelle construction à seulement cinq minutes à pied de la plage et à trois minutes de la pittoresque vieille ville d’Estepona.

En entrant dans l’appartement, vous trouverez un salon spacieux et lumineux avec une cuisine intégrée équipée de tous les ustensiles nécessaires, ainsi qu’un coin salon meublé de canapés confortables, une Smart TV et une table d’appoint, parfait pour vos moments de loisir. La terrasse privée offre de belles vues sur l’avenue Juan Carlos I. Du salon, vous accédez aux deux chambres. À droite, vous trouverez la première chambre avec deux lits de 90 cm x 2 m, de grands placards et une salle de bain principale avec douche dans le couloir. La deuxième chambre, avec salle de bain complète avec douche en suite, offre un lit de 150 cm x 2 m et des placards encastrés.

L’appartement dispose d’une piscine commune sur le toit, d’où l’on jouit d’une vue magnifique.

Cet appartement est le choix idéal pour ceux qui cherchent à se déconnecter et à savourer des vacances inoubliables dans la ville exclusive d’Estepona. Vous serez à quelques minutes à pied du charmant vieux quartier, de la plage et de la promenade. De plus, vous disposez d’une grande variété de supermarchés, magasins, restaurants et bars à tapas.

My review
The location was super. The property is very secure. There are good bathrooms and a lovely shower. Theres a lovely rooftop pool and a well equipped kitchen.
The carpet in the living rm was dirty. The sofas were uncomfortable. The bedding in the ensuite was worn. The plants on the veranda were in poor condition. The entrance gate to the building just below the property bangs loudly as it closes. The babies high chair took 2 days to arrive and it didn´t have straps when it came. The cot was asse mbled incorrectly.

All stay was great. It is new apartment so few minor improvements would make guests stay more homely. Full length mirrors in the bedrooms. A shelve or two in the shower and please keep those plants on the balcony watered. :)

El apartamento está muy céntrico y a unos pocos minutos de la playa. Las instalaciones, junto con la limpieza son excelentes. El apartamento cuenta con todo lo necesario. El personal amable y encantadores todos. Nos ha encantado TODO.

Fantastisk lägenhet! Alla bekvämligheter man kan tänka sig, precis i hjärtat av staden. Pool och gångavstånd till havet. Mataffären mittemot och små lokala restauranger inom ett kvarter.

Firstly, check in was a nightmare. The ad says check in from 3pm, so you’d assume if you’re there for 3pm then you should be able to check in at 3pm. No, we were told it wouldn’t be possible before 5pm - after we had actually landed, and then she didn’t arrive until 6pm, not a great start when you’ve been up since 5:30am and it’s 29 degrees, this is despite me attempted to communicate multiple times days before arrival with host for smooth easy check-in. Instructions were vague and unhelpful especially regarding parking,. The other shock was that previous people commented on how quiet apartment is. It is on the 1st floor overlooking what is probably the busiest road into and out of Estepona, the noise was so loud that we often couldn’t here each other speaking on the balcony. Also, the main entrance into the entire block is directly below the master bedroom. It is a heavy metal gate, which bangs loudly all day and most of the evening.. not relaxing! Kettle leaking, bulbs out en-suite

A truly wonderful space in a superb location, so safe & a very handy 7-8 minutes walk away from everything Estepona has to offer. The supermarket is literally a stone´s throw away. Will definitely return here, gracias - Norman
