The reception was not up to the task at all and the person in charge of welcoming us was in a hurry to leave with his children! The site mentions parking but we wanted to prevent access to our 2eme car. In addition, the guard was disrespectful and prevented us from access to the parking even though it was included in the rental. The person in charge of welcoming us was only accessible via WhatsApp and only in writing. Instead of finding us solutions, she preferred to give us lessons in ethics.

On the other hand, about parking spot, we are very sorry for the misunderstanding experienced upon your arrival at our apartment. As per the details of the reservation, the accommodation is designed to provide one parking space for each reservation. While our staff endeavoured to accommodate your second vehicle within the premises but we were constrained by the establishment´s policies, which restrict the entry of an additional car. Despite this, our team member was able to grant a few courtesy hours for the parking of your second vehicle to facilitating your arrival and luggage unloading process for you.
