Great location, beach view, walking distance to everything

This place worked out well for our family of 5 adults. The location is just across the street from the beach and easy access to many restaurants in the area. The train station is only a 25 minute walk from here. We enjoyed awesome sunsets over the ocean from the balcony.

Amazing stay!! Susana helped us with check-in on behalf of Silvia - she was extremely helpful and made our check-in and stay simply lovely. The flat is right by the water - beautiful and serene, inside out. Highly recommend it.

Lift fast. View. If you like walking it’s easy to get to the old town & the new. Comfortable.
No corkscrew! Barking dog downstairs woke me a few times. It was stormy & windy when we stayed unfortunately so we didn’t get to enjoy the lovely beachside location that much. 15 mins on bus into old town.

This is a fabulous apartment. Right on the beach (playa Victoria), with a balcony directly looking out onto the sea. It’s located in a lovely neighbourhood, with great bars, cafes and bars in easy walking distance. Cádiz old town is a short walk or even shorter taxi ride away. I wish we could have stayed longer because it really was perfect. Everything in the apartment itself was immaculate and well thought out. 3 great sized double bedrooms and 2 spacious bathrooms. Even the smell, of clean linen, was just wonderful! The stand out is the location. The dual aspect windows of the living room will take your breath away! Many thanks also to Susana, who met us early so that we could drop off our bags early and head straight down to the beach!

Cadiz is a wonderful, walkable city. Many good restaurants to choose.

The pillows were a little hard, not comfortable to sleep.

The flat in Cadiz was perfect for a 5 day break in this lovely city. The apartment is brilliantly located, directly opposite a lively sandy beach with sun beds and a friendly chiringuito. The apartment itself was bigger and lighter than we had expected and it was super comfy for a family of five to relax in the evenings. There were some lovely touches, including beach chairs, body board, football, bat & ball etc that could be used on the beach. The check in process was fantastic with Susana, she was responsive and friendly when we met her with loads of good suggestions for eating out and things to do: One tiny issue is that the power can cut out if too many things are being used together, especially if you have the air con on continuously. So be careful not to overload! Discoveries and tips from us: the coffee bar downstairs does gorgeous coffee and toast, the next chiringuito along is a must book, the walk into Cadiz is c 30mins, Benuido downstairs is lovely for long lunches

Really comfortable apartment and close to the beach and old town
Beautiful apartment , really clean and had everything we needed. Aircon was superb and the hosts were so helpful . We were a family of 4 and one toddler and it was plenty of room with two bathrooms. Location was excellent , right on the beach and good access to bars and restaurants and the old town .

The apartment was great! More than big enough for our family of four, well furnished, and beautifully light overlooking the ocean, we loved our stay. Having the beach and a number of cafés right on the doorstep was lovely, whilst the old town is an easy stroll (or bus ride) away. A great place from which to enjoy Cádiz, we highly recommend.

Wonderful location and amazing views of beach! The apartment was well equipped with everything to make staying there such a pleasure. Sylvia was great at communicating and so helpful with providing lots of local resources. Look forward to returning!

This was a very nice apartment in a great location. Right on the ocean and a lovely 1/2-hour walk along the water to the center of Cádiz. Check-in was in person, communication was very easy, the place was clean, comfortable, quiet and nicely furnished. Highly recommended!

Very well located apartment. View on the ocean from living room and balcony is breathtaking. Apartment is exceptionally clean and furniture in excellent condition. We had to cut our stay in half however as the apartment above was going into heavy construction. It would have been better to have been warned. If the construction is over (in a few weeks/months) , this apartment is perfect.

Very nice apartment with wonderful view. A few minutes walk from the Center. The communication with the host was perfect. We come back again.

We only wish we could have stayed longer!! We were 5 guests in total and felt we had plenty of space with everything we needed. Check in was super clear with helpful tips and then we got loads of local recommendations.

Three couples enjoyed this condo for 2 nights in September 2023. It is very modern with a great "beachy" decor. We loved the location, as it was off the beaten tourist path a bit. Please note that their picture makes it appear that it is right on the beach, but there is actually a road between it and the beach. Not that this mattered, but I just think it should be disclosed. There is a bike and jogging path between the road and the beach, and it is a great place to people watch. There is a beach bar right across the street and numerous restaurants just a few minutes´ walk to choose from. You can also rent chairs on the beach with umbrellas. We had rented a 9 passenger Mercedes Vito van and weren´t certain it would fit in the condo´s single parking spot in the basement garage. It was a "tight fit", but it did fit! There is a grocery store a 5-minute walk away. We walked into Old town Cadiz. It is a flat easy walk. I think it took about 40 minutes. We took taxis back to the condo for only 5 Euros. The only thing I think that could be better is maybe a few more "essential items" provided. BUT....that is me being picky. We would definitely rent this condo again and would happily recommend it to others. Thank you, Javier and Susana, for the great communication through the WhatsApp. That process worked really well!! I will definitely recommend this place, the view from the balcony is breathtaking.

Fabulous location overlooking the beach! Very comfortable apartment and beds. Light and airy and delightful! We had a wonderful stay and would definitely rent it again. Convenient to great restaurants, old town and the cathedral. Walk to everywhere! The garage was a plus though tricky to park in the designated spot (we managed) - small car is a plus!

Super nice apartment, with very good space, clean, with basically everything we needed to have a super and comfy stay. The beach is just there, super good view, 5 stars sunset, near good restaurants and supermarkets. Javier was super helpful and clear talking with us. The only thing we regret was to stay just a couple of days.

El departamento es super moderno y cuenta con todos los electrodomésticos para poder cocinar y estar tranquilo. La vista es directa al mar, hermoso!! La ubicación es muy buena, abajo hay unos restaurantes muy bueno y sino a pocas cuadras hay varios más. La Av. principal está a dos cuadras por ende hay mucha disponibilidad de supermercados y tiendas

El apartamento es una maravilla. Todo nuevo , ideal, con todos los detalles necesarios. Las vistas son espectaculares. La ubicación perfecta. Los anfitriones son súper amables, pendientes en todo momento, ayudándonos , dándonos las indicaciones oportunas, haciéndolo todo muy fácil. Todo de 10. Sin duda volveremos.

Hicimos un viaje en familia, el apartamento estaba super lindo, la vista es hermosa, tiene un balcón muy agradable con vita al mar, las habitaciones super lindas, baños aseados, Silvia estuvo muy atenta a todos nuestros requerimientos, a nuestra llegada. Encuentras muchos restaurantes y sitios para tapas y cerveza. El apartamento superó nuestras expectativas, relación calidad y precio super. Gracias por la hospitalidad.
