Ensuite, il y a le salon, avec un canapé, un fauteuil, une table à manger pour 4 et une Smart TV.

All the rules and questions they send/ask you before coming are extremely off-putting. We had to be in contact with someone multiple times to arrange the check-in process and there is a fee for checking in past 9 PM. You’re also expected to take out your own trash.

Clean and tidy, nice decor. Great location in the quiet part of the old town, very safe, close to the beach. Good communication.
Tricky if you’re coming with a car, parking next door is not great for bigger vehicles and it is impossible to park in the whole old town otherwise - not the property’s fault.

Very comfortable for families and within walking distance of many sites. We drove into Cadiz and the parking structure is very close by. Beds and bedding were comfortable, the A/C worked well (we traveled in August) and the kitchen was fully equipped.
The hosts were very insistent on narrowing down our arrival time and we were not on a tight schedule. It made me feel like I had to rush to meet THEIR timeline. Once we got there they were very nice and explained everything thoroughly.

Las almohadas un poco duras y la cocina algo estrecha; la puerta de la nevera habría que cambiarla de lado para aprovechar mejor el espacio. No nos gusta esto que está tan de moda que hagan a los huéspedes sacar la basura. Ojo con las reservas de booking, estábamos seguros de haber reservado el alojamiento con terraza en el techo, en cambio teníamos vista al interior del edificio sin balcones.
