It is a beautiful apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, interior, located in one of the most exclusive places in Florence. The building is located in Pitti Square, just in front of the Palace with the same name.
Upon entering the apartment we find the living room, small but comfortable, with Smart TV, dining table with capacity for 4 people and a sofa. The hall acts as a distributor. Through there you can access a beautiful and independent kitchen, a complete bathroom with shower and the main room, with a double bed of 1.50 x 1.90 m, Smart TV and a complete bathroom en suite with shower.

Really nothing except the sound from the pipes/fans in the kitchen and the AC in the bedroom. Since it has two AC units, we usually leave the living room unit on but the bedroom one off when sleeping. Otherwise it always sounds like a storm is going on somewhere from the unit in the bedroom. It did not bother us though since the room is not that hot.

An amazing location in the heart of Florence but far enough from the touristic buzz. We loved the apartment so much and were lucky enough to meet the hosts. Our hosts gave us some wonderful recommendations to eat and sight see and we enjoyed them all. We felt right at home in the apartment. It was clean and tidy and had two fabulous bathrooms. En una zona con algunos puntos de interes y muchos lugares para comer. el anfitrión es super amable, se mostró super receptivo a todos nuestros mensajes y nos dio indicaciones de lugares muy buenos a donde ir el lugar es enorme y esta muy bien equipado el baño de la habitacion en suite tiene doble ducha edificio super silencioso, gran lugar para descansar kit de bienvenida con shampoo/acondicionador/jabon con olores muy muy ricos
salia un poco de olor de la ducha despues de varias horas sin usarse, si bien no afecto a nuestra estadia le avisamos al anfitrion por si pasaba en futuras ocasiones!

The host was impatient and unhelpful. When we couldn’t find the apartment (note is is 22 but it looks like 99 on the number even our local taxi was confused) she was grumpy and rude, marching down and telling me off in the street. She works on assumed knowledge of Florence (like where to take out the rubbish) and was unhelpful when asked a few questions (we soon gave up). Note there was one roll of toilet paper for a five day stay and no other toiletries so don’t forget to BYO

Loved the location! It was right in Piazza Pitti and literally 200 m walk from Il Ponte Vecchio. I would go running every morning along the river to breathtaking views. Unforgettable! The appartment was cozy, nicely decorated. It is not a "view from the window" kinda appartment, because you mostly see rooftops from the windows, but honestly who needs a view, when you are located in the middle of one of the most famous views in the world! All the ammenities were there. The bathrooms were renovated and modern. I was there with my husband and my two daughters (age 10 and 13) and the whole appartment was spacious enough for all of us. We didn´t get to use all ammenities and appliances because we mostly ate out, but I could see that the appartment can be also great for longers stays. The guests, Chiara and Rosalba were really nice and their response to a small issue with the heater was extremely quick. As I said the location is amazing. You have plenty of restaurants around, just 300 m away there´s a supermarket (Conad) and right before crossing the road to enter Ponte Vecchio, stop in the morning (it opens at 8:20) for the best croissants at Ginos Bakery.
I had a small issue with the heater in the first day, but the guests solved it pretty quick and other than that, I did not have any other problem. It was all great.

Location, finished to a high quality.
Being told that could not arrive till 3 hours after checkin and then not clean and told it would be ready at 9 pm (6hrs after checkin). pictures in email don’t match the flat.
