Casa stupenda, tre camere, ognuna con bagno autonomo, in un palazzo stupendo. Location centrale, qualunque posto era raggiungibile a piedi. Host gentilissimi che, contrariamente a quanto previsto, hanno accettato la nostra richiesta di spostare di qualche ora la partenza inviando le persone per le pulizie e per il ritiro delle chiavi per il check out, un pochino più tardi in base alle nostre esigenze.

Absolutely gorgeous apartment in the heart of the city. It’s a city-center haven of palacial vibes. The ceilings are at least 14 feet and everything inside the apartment was made to live in, not to rent. By this I mean everything is of top quality. It’s serenely quiet because there’s no street or neighbor noise. This is where we will stay every time we come to Sevilla . We loved it !

This place is way beyond a typical apartament - it’s gorgeous and on par with the finest design hotels. It’s a historic mansion in town, but everything seems new, including the convenient elevator (and the single flight of stairs are easy too.) I would recommend this place to the hardest-to-please guests. Check-in is was polite and easy.

Beautiful renovated flat in the center of Sevilla. Very clean and quiet. I love the taste of the owners. Everything went absolutely well. I hope we come back soon to that wonderful place. Thanks for all. Teresa

This place was very nicely decorated, if you have children you have to be careful with the house ornaments. The house is very spacious with 3 bedrooms and each bedroom has its own bathroom. It’s location is very central, it’s a short walk over to the Triana neighborhood. Also, located in the Alfama neighborhood near restaurants and transportation. On the last day we asked if we can check out at 12:30 instead of 11:00 and they allowed us to do this (this was very gracious). We really enjoyed our stay.!. The only downfalls were; at check in the property management person who gave us the keys told us we needed to be quiet since we had neighbors in the building so we felt kind of weird because the apt above is “supposedly” the owner’s, and they can see us walking around the apt since it had huge windows in the middle. Finally , there’s an elevator that takes you straight to your apt once you get past the 2 entry doors, but once there, the elevator opens to your flat w/o a key and you’re inside your apt. But the downfall to this is anyone going in and out of this building can very easily get into your apt. Without a key to the front door. This made us feel a little insecure. Also, the air conditioning didn’t work well. We told the property management company twice that it was hot, although they did respond immediately the problem was not resolved. On the last 2 nights we requested fans for the rooms and this made it a little better although we had the windows opened.

This is an amazing apartment in the perfect central location for everything in Seville. The apartment is very large with three big bedrooms each with its own bath , a large kitchen and a beautiful living room/dining room. The house is wonderful. The kitchen is fully functional but be aware that it doesn’t come with any essentials (oil, salt, sugar besides 2/3 snack size ones). It has a nice washer but no dryer - you can dry on a line- which is I would say the only thing that I wod have expected from such a luxurious place. The elevator brings you directly to the apartment! Everything is in perfect conditions. There is a small dspar for groceries around the corner and you can get a cab (if needed ) two minutes away in plaza Nueva. All the main monuments are less than ten minutes away by foot. This place is amazing and I couldn’t recommend it more.

Our stay at this apartment was great. The house is absolutely huge, way bigger than the photos suggest, and was more than enough room for four of us. The street is quiet, but is steps away from everything that you´d want to see or do in Seville. They were quite accommodating with the late check-in, since our flight in was significantly delayed, and we arrived at a late hour. It was a wonderful stay, and i´d absolutely stay again when in Seville.

So beautiful! Was very impressed at how but it was! We fell in love with the apartment! Was very clean and the location was perfect walking distance to restaurants, bars etc. Very quiet street which was perfect! I would definitely recommend it!

I would like to start off by saying that this apartment is very large and pretty, just as it seems in the photos. We did have a few issues though. After booking this home, we were told that the neighbors were elderly and had young kids and told us not to make any noise, have parties, or the police would be called. We then found out that the neighbors were in fact the owners of the home and they themselves had a very loud, late party on our last evening there. This would not have really been a problem if they had maybe told us they would be loud that night and we wouldn’t have been so tough on our own kids to not even play their music. The other issue with the party is that you are basically living in the same home as the host and there is an elevator that stops and opens into the rented apartment, which left us feeling like any party guest could come into our space while we were sleeping. Not a very comforting feeling! Before check-in, We had communicated with the check in person the time that we would arrive via email because we did not have phone service and she was not there. The owner of the home was called by her doorman but she made us wait outside on the curb for the agency. She did eventually let us use her phone but not without an attitude. We have stayed in many Airbnb’s and have probably never given a poor review but this time we felt there were some things that could be improved.
