Este loft con terraza privada se encuentra localizado en la planta ático de un edificio completamente reformado en el centro de Sevilla, en la Plaza San Francisco, frente al ayuntamiento de la ciudad. Al entrar, es recibido por un distribuidor con un llamativo techo de vidrio que permite la entrada de luz natural desde la terraza privada, complementado por un toldo automático para asegurar su privacidad y confort, y en la parte izquierda encontrará el baño completamente equipado.

El explotador de este alojamiento se obliga a prestar junto con el servicio de alojamiento, los siguientes servicios:
• Servicio de restauración cuya carta puede consultar aquí
• Este establecimiento cuenta con un servicio propio de guarda y custodia de equipajes de lunes a viernes (excepto festivos), para clientes premium, con recogida por nuestro personal en el propio apartamento. Las tarifas son de 5€ por bulto. Sábados, Domingos o Festivos, pueden usar el servicio de otras empresas en locales habilitados para ello, a unos 5€ por maleta apróx.

I loved the athmospere of the room, spacious and clean. They answered all my questions in minutes, very helpful crew. The location was also very good walking distance to almost everywhere. Totally fell in love with the terrace

A beautiful apartment and a home away from home. Has kitchen, washing machine, iron. All luxury’s when you’ve been in hotels for weeks.
Was a little difficult getting in. Was told a code would be sent to me but wasn’t and I had to ring them to request this as no-one responded to my messages via booking.com.

L´appartamento è luminoso e restaurato di recente (è tutto nuovissimo), ha una bella terrazza all´ultimo piano comune a tutti gli ospiti. La posizione è centralissima, a due passi dalla cattedrale. Temperatura all´interno perfetta, nonostante l´alta temperatura esterna, non abbiamo nemmeno acceso l´aria condizionata. Il letto è molto comodo
Il rumore per strada di notte, soprattutto il sabato sera, nonostante gli infissi nuovi. Ci sono un paio di bar proprio sotto, con i tavolini fuori, dove le persone si sono fermate almeno fino alle 2.
