El apartamento tiene la disposición ideal para disfrutar de todas las comodidades: de 3 dormitorios, dos de ellos con cama individuales de 0.90*1.90 m, y el otro con cama de matrimonio de 1.50*1.90, tres baños completos con ducha, estando dos de ellos en suite en una de las habitaciones con dos camas y en la de cama de matrimonio, un salón muy luminoso con vistas a los Jardines y a la Plaza de Santa Cruz desde un acogedor balcón amueblado, y una moderna cocina completamente equipada.

El explotador de este alojamiento se obliga a prestar junto con el servicio de alojamiento, los siguientes servicios:
• Servicio de restauración cuya carta puede consultar aquí
• Este establecimiento cuenta con un servicio propio de guarda y custodia de equipajes de lunes a viernes (excepto festivos), para clientes premium, con recogida por nuestro personal en el propio apartamento. Las tarifas son de 5€ por bulto. Sábados, Domingos o Festivos, pueden usar el servicio de otras empresas en locales habilitados para ello, a unos 5€ por maleta apróx.

As our property is located in the heart of Sevilla, specifically in the Santa Cruz neighborhood, we understand that parking can be a challenge due to the central location. However, we´d like to highlight that the Cano y Cueto parking facility is conveniently situated just a quick 3-minute walk from Santa Teresa street. This parking option might provide a convenient solution for guests arriving by car.

Good location and clean.
The management staff couldnt speak english very well and were not very accomodating. Didnt let us keep the luggage to pick up later and made us empty the property and send us to another place to keep our luggage. There was no coffee for the machine, no detergent for the washing machine.

The master bedroom (the one with the double bed) is the smallest of the three and doesn´t have much space to store your belongings. The clothes horse is very small for a group of 6 people who need to do laundry while travelling. The air-conditioning units are controlled by a central console instead of separately in each bedroom, which can be inconvenient with a group of 6 people.

We have just returned from a week long stay, the flat’s location is perfect, a few minutes walk to the Cathedral, Alcazar and everything Seville has to offer. The flat itself was ideal and offered plenty of space for 4 adults. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped and all 3 bedrooms have en-suite facilities. We would not hesitate to re-book in the future. Fir your information - if you check-in after 10pm there is a 30Euro charge which increases to 50Euro after midnight.

De locatie was geweldig, aan een klein plein met parkje, midden in het oude centrum.
De keukenkastjes waren allemaal wat krakkemikkig en de hoeveelheid bestek en servies was beperkt voor 5 personen. De drie douches met elk een toilet waren niet echt goed schoon. De hoeveelheid handdoeken per persoon was voor drie nachten wat aan de krappe kant. De bedden waren hard maar dat is een kwestie van smaak.

We also recall that, despite our standard check-in time being at 15h, we agreed to meet you at 14h for check-in. Regarding the roof terrace, we apologize for any confusion. In every advertisement you can find the specific equipment and distribution of each apartment.

This apartment was everything I was hoping it to be. Located in Santa Cruz plaza, it’s far enough away to be quiet, especially at night, yet still so close to all you could want and need. The three bathrooms were perfect for my family and afforded everyone the privacy they need. The apartment was also light and airy. We really enjoyed our time there.

Nous avons apprécié l´appartement au plus haut point. Tout était prévu pour rendre notre séjour relax et sans souci pour profiter de la ville, malgré les grandes chaleurs. Air climatisé essentiel au retour de nos visites, des ascenseurs fonctionnels. Il y a l´équipement nécesssaire pour la lessive, faire la cuisine (café fourni) et relaxer dans un bel environnement décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Trois salles de bain pour nous quatre, grand luxe! Manuel nous a accueilli chaleureusement et donné beaucoup d´informations utiles à notre séjour, suggestions de restos, visites, épicerie, etc avec une carte bien utile. Propreté impeccable. J´y retournerais sans et je le recommanderai à des amis. Merci

+ L´accueil de Carmen, sympathique et enthousiaste La localisation de l´appartement, à 3 minutes de la cathédrale La vue de l´appartement, sur un petit square très sympa La propreté, la salle de bain / toilette par chambre, l´appartement refait avec goût et fonctionnel.
- Rien de bien méchant, peut-être un poil plus d´équipements en cuisine ?
+ Cet appartement est fabuleux ! Il est d´abord très bien placé. Il donne sur la place Santa Cruz qui est très jolie et qui fleure bon les orangers. C´est en plein coeur du quartier historique, devant les jardins Murillo. Tout est à bonne distance à pieds, nous n´avons pas utilisé la voiture de la semaine. Malgré cet emplacement central, c´est très calme ! L´appartement est très confortable, il y a tout le nécessaire pour passer un excellent séjour. Les lits sont très confortables, la décoration est très belle, tout est fait avec gout dans ce vieil immeuble rénové. Tout est dans le détail. L´accueil par Lola (qui nous attendait dans l´appartement) est chaleureux et elle explique tout ce qu´on peut faire à Séville. Ensuite Fatima a pris le relais par message afin de savoir si nous avions besoin de quoi que ce soit et si tout se passait bien. Une bouteille d´eau et des pâtisseries dans le frigo pour notre arrivée. Nous étions comme à la maison, et nous séjournerions à nouveau avec plaisir dans cet appartement.
Tout était parfait.

We had power outlets every single night and we only had the A/C turned on.

First of all I want to apologize for any inconvinience yu might suffer during your stay. It´s a pity you didn´t inform us about the power outlets you suffered, because we would have been able to solved it on the moment if we knew, but we didn´t know, as you didn´t mentioned and the rest of our guests on the same property didn´t have any trouble. Anyway, thanks to you comments, we have proceeded to check all the electricity equipment on the apartment and everything is working properly. We are happy to know you have enjoyed the great location of our apartment. Regards
