The location of the apartment was exceptional, right at the height of the arrows. We had a market right across the street with everything needed for breakfast. The house is large and the rooms are quite comfortable. Everything clean and well decorated. The sympathy of the landlord also stood out.

Excellent property right in the heart of Seville. It is right next to Plaza de la Encarnación. 5-10 minute walk to most of the popular attractions. Very comfortable beds, super clean linens, well equipped kitchen and very clean toilets. Lots of restaurants and supermarkets within a 5 minute walk. We really appreciate the fact that Paula from the property waited for us to check us in when we were a bit late than the mentioned check in time. Also the google location would drop you right in front of plaza de la encarnacion so it was very helpful that Paula was there to guide us to the building.

Ubicación, comodidad, decoración y limpieza.
Vecinos del piso superior ruidosos y tener que tirar la basura al acabar la estancia, lo cual, teniendo en cuenta que en el centro de Sevilla no hay contenedores (ni si quiera en la dirección indicada por la propiedad), resultó una odisea.

"El apartamento tenía un olor ""extraño"" que no nos dimos cuenta si provenía de la tubería interna o del edificio. No fue muy agradable cuando entramos a la casa.

Petit loupé au départ ; quand nous sommes arrivés le soir fatigués par le voyage, nous étions 7 et seulement 6 lits avaient été préparés. Cela a crée assez vite une crispation. La jeune femme qui nous a reçus a passé 6 ou 7 coups de fil à son contact pour savoir comment faire ; elle a appris que le canapé faisait office de lit d´appoint. Elle nous a proposé de faire le lit pour refuser ensuite de le faire en disant qu´elle n´était pas "femme de ménage". Bref, accueil au début bon qui a été ensuite très moyen. Et ensuite une fois que ma mère et moi avons fait le lit, elle est partie très rapidement en disant tout juste au revoir.

Bien que nous laissions toujours la literie dans le placard, nous ne la laissons généralement pas préparée au cas où les clients préfèrent utiliser le canapé pendant la journée et souhaitent le préparer comme un lit la nuit. Nous nous en excusons et nous travaillerons car cela ne se reproduira plus. Nous espérons que, mis à part cela, vous avez apprécié votre séjour à Séville et nous sommes heureux de savoir qu’autrement, vous avez aimé l’appartement. Salutations

Convenient to all areas of Seville. Market around the corner and had lots of great restaurants nearby. Roomy for 3 teenagers and parents. Exceptionally clean. 3 bathrooms which was a bonus !!! Very safe and comfortable.
Master bedroom window sits in front of a bustling area and window seal didn’t prevent noise. Bring ear plugs.

Desde la habitacion principal se escuchaba mucho la calle pero bueno es algo normal, lo peor que lo tienes que dejar pronto pero bueno, estaba bastante bien en general.

Estimada Jimena, gracias por su comentario. Nos alegra saber que les ha gustado el apartamento, especialmente por su confort y elegante decoración. Sentimos que no pudiera dejar el apartamento más tarde de las 11h (hora de salida) pero ese día teníamos otra reserva y necesitábamos tiempo para limpiar y preparar todo el apartamento para que los siguientes clientes pudieran disponer también de él a partir de las 15h. Esperamos que a pesar de ello hayan disfrutado de su estancia. Saludos
The location was really good and next to a very well known land mark which made it easy for figuring out your location. Lots of restaurants, bars and churches to explore. The host was very nice and helped us find everything we needed (even a hospital for my wife). Would highly recommend the GREEN Seville "hop on hop off" tour , its done locally by a company in Seville and if you do it for two consecutive days its much cheaper then the more popular RED hop on hop off (that is everywhere).
We where on the second floor (if i remember correctly) so we were level with the monument next door. We came to found out it was a popular night time hang out for the local teenagers so... it got a bit noise but it wasn´t to bad. The rooms closer to the front door didn´t have this issue.

La plaza es ruidosa, aunque el apartamento está bien insonorizado y solo un dormitorio da al exterior. No es nada fácil encontrar los contenedores de basura.
- Le bruit de gamins de 12/15 ans le vendredi et le samedi soir jusqu’à 23h.
It was way too noisy between midnight and 4pm. The two bedrooms to the backyard were fine, however, the bedroom facing the square was so loud with disco music and laughter all night long. We are a family of six and finally had to squeeze in all six of us into the two bedrooms in the back part as the third bedroom was unusable.

was advertised with parking - there is no parking! only public parking facilities two were offered with discount if booked. I sent two emails requesting booking at one of the carparks -no reply to both, we parked at one that they had listed but received no discount. No bottle opener, or tea towels
El apartamento estaba genial, tal y como se ve en las fotos, muy cómodo y agradable. Estaba localizado muy cerca de todos los lugares turísticos, así que en general la estancia fue muy buena.

Chambre parentale donnant sur la place de la Encarnación bruyante le week-end. Trop petite cafetière italienne pour le petit déjeuner (2/3 tasses Max).
Isolatie van het appartement heel slecht. Vooral het geluid van de parkeerdeur, was erg vervelend. Bij ieder opening en sluiting hoor je 3 minuten lang gekraak geluid, was erg moeilijk om te slapen of s’ochtends uit te kunnen slapen.

Never before have we had any complaints from another guest about something similar, so what is the noise that prevented you resting. Even so, we are sorry what happened in your stay. Also, if you had informed us of this problem during your stay (and not now after your departure) we could have looked for a solution. Regards
