Al entrar al dúplex se encuentra el salón de concepto abierto y cocina diáfana. El salón se compone de sofá, mesa de café y Smart TV. Por la distribución de ésta propiedad, destacan los dos balcones, con los que cuenta el salón, con vistas a la calle. La zona de la cocina está completamente dotada con todos los utensilios necesarios para su estancia, y a su vez, una zona de comedor.

El explotador de este alojamiento se obliga a prestar junto con el servicio de alojamiento, los siguientes servicios:

• Este establecimiento cuenta con un servicio propio de guarda y custodia de equipajes de lunes a viernes (excepto festivos), para clientes premium, con recogida por nuestro personal en el propio apartamento. Las tarifas son de 5€ por bulto. Sábados, Domingos o Festivos, pueden usar el servicio de otras empresas en locales habilitados para ello, a unos 5€ por maleta apróx.

Location is amazing and right by the cathedral. The apartment was quiet, clean and all updated. Plenty of space in bedrooms and bathrooms. 3rd floor terrace wa perfect for an outdoor coffee. Would 100% recommend. Managment company was so responsive - very impressed

El apartamento está nuevo, bien renovado, excelente ubicación, excelente ropa de cama y toallas. Cocina completisima, lavaplatos, lavadora, nevera combi integrada, horno, placa y microondas. Camas cómodas, ducha amplia, sillón muy cómodo, Butacas, sillas de comedor.... Es un apartamento precioso.
La climatizacion no funciona, hacia un frío terrible. En teoría lo arreglaron, pero la temperatura máxima que conseguimos fue 17,5 grados dentro de la casa. Andábamos envueltas en los edredones para resistir en el sofá, era muy incómodo. Es una pena. Se me cayó un cable y miré bajo la cama, estaba el suelo muy muy sucio.... Son cosas subsanables, cuando todo esté funcionando será un sitio fantástico para alojarse.

En cuanto a la climatización, le pedimos disculpas por los inconvenientes que experimentó durante su estancia. Aunque el sistema estaba funcionando correctamente, hubo un breve momento en el que se desajustó, lo que nos obligó a reiniciarlo. Lamentamos que, a pesar de la intervención de nuestro técnico y de haber dejado el sistema en perfecto funcionamiento, no haya sido suficiente para su comodidad. No obstante, nos gustaría confirmar que ahora el sistema funciona correctamente, garantizando así el confort de nuestros huéspedes.
También lamentamos que no encontrara todas las zonas tan limpias como esperaba. Revisaremos nuestros procedimientos de limpieza para asegurarnos de que todos los espacios se limpien a fondo en el futuro.
Apreciamos su comprensión y esperamos darle la bienvenida nuevamente cuando el apartamento esté completamente operativo y más cómodo para su estancia.

El mantenimiento, habia una puerta de la ducha atascada y no funcionaba el aire acondicionado de la parte de arriba y no es normal encontrarte el cubo de la fregona y el recogedor en el armario de la habitación, tendrian que tener un armario solo para la limpieza (sitio hay) Es muy inpersonal la entrega de llaves, no ves a nadie y los codigos de acceso son muy largos, si por casualidad te quedas sin bateria en el movil, te quedas fuera.
