El apartamento Contratación es un apartamento de lujo con muebles de diseño ideal para quien desee una estancia muy especial en Sevilla.
Se trata de un apartamento compuesto por dos dormitorios, ambos con dos camas individuales. El primero de ellos es accesible desde el salón y se compone de una pequeña salita privada con sofá-cama individual, el dormitorio con dos camas individuales un baño completo. El segundo dormitorio es muy amplio y tiene igualmente el baño completo y en suite. El salón del apartamento es grande, espacioso, bien decorado y tiene dos balcones exteriores que pueden considerarse dos pequeñas terrazas pues es posible sentarse a leer, a comer o a disfrutar de una copa de vino viendo la histórica Plaza de la Contratación. La cocina, aunque la salida de ventilación que tiene es a través del salón, es espaciosa, amplia, moderna y está totalmente equipada.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property in Sevilla. It is a wonderful apartment, with modern appliances and amenities, and also a beautiful classical design in the main living room. We stayed with our 2 kids and one grand-parent and we had a lot of room for lots of us. Of the 5 properties we stayed in our travel, this was the best. I highly recommend.

The apartment requires renovation, as the furniture, bathroom accessories, and kitchen appliances are all worn out. Although the apartment is meant to accommodate 4+ people, we only found one wine glass, two coffee cups, and other insufficient items. Additionally, while complimentary coffee capsules were provided, there was no coffee machine available to use them. The cleanliness was acceptable In general, but the overall feeling was less than satisfactory, For example, we found unwashed dishes in the dishwasher when we arrived. Based on the location, apartment layout, and friendly staff, the price we paid offers fair value.

I would definitely recommend for families. Space for kids to run around. Location was perfect, short walk from all monuments and historic sites, right in the centre, perfect for evening and night strolls around the old town. Spacious Kitchen, lounge and bedrooms. We asked for more toilet papers, dropped off quickly. Towels changed 2-3 days into our stay and someone came around for cleaning. It is right in the town centre and in a peaceful plaza. I think its a plus, other plazas around are very noisy.
Must not forget its an apartment and not hotel. For late arrivals after 9pm we paid €30 to collect the keys. I think this extortionate amount to collect the keys. We had an issue with air conditioning system in one of the rooms. As highlighted by others in reviews. It was reported, an engineer came and rectified it, it wasn’t perfect but manageable. The smell issue is real, we stayed long enough to figure out that it is specific to one side and most probably from common sewer just outside the bedroom and definitely needs addressing. At times it was unpleasant. We had to buy air freshener and spray perfumes to get rid of it every couple hours. Lounge furniture needs attention. Overall look is great but may be a thorough steam/clean. More attention required on cleanliness, it was cleaned once during our stay of 6 days. After Vacuum it felt the same. Small details for example no tea bags, kitchen tissue towels ran out not replaced, no sugar etc.

Everything falls apart, the curtains, the plugs, the bathrooms are filthy with mini pipe flies (poorly cleaned). Lots of lamps not working. Bad general smell in the apartment. Funny fragrance diffuser that smells strong and I ended up hanging out on the balcony.

L’appartamento è pazzesco! È bellissimo, arredato con gusto e molto spazioso e funzionale. Noi eravamo in 3 e siamo state comodissime, ma anche fino a 5 si sarebbe stati altrettanto comodi. Struttura pulita, gestita davvero bene: la ragazza disponibile e molto gentile, posizione ottimale davvero perfetta per raggiungere il centro in pochissimo (è proprio dietro la piazza con Cattedrale e Palazzo reale Alcazar). Zona tranquilla e piena di bar e ristoranti. Prezzo ottimo per la qualità. Se tornassi a Siviglia tornerei qui e lo consiglierei!

Would have liked the hosts, Genteel Home, to provide free luggage storage facilities before/after check in which we have had on previous visits to Seville and their apartments in other cities.
El traslado desde y hacia el aeropuerto funcionó sin problemas y además tuvimos siempre el apoyo del equipo de Genteel-Home.
No tenemos ninguna queja, recomendamos el departamento fuertemente.

El olor del lavavajillas era muy desagradable. No tiene acceso con coche particular para dejar y recoger el equipaje. El aparcamiento concertado esta lejos del alojamiento.

구글에 같은 이름의 숙박시설이 한블럭 차이에 있어서 보내준 주소를 제대로 안보고 잘못된 장소에서 1시간 가까이 기다렸는데. 주소를 잘못 안건 내실수이지만, 중간에 전화를 제대로 안 받아서 다른 장소인지 모른채 마냥 기다릴수 밖에 없었다. 하수도 냄새가 많이 나서 좀 힘듦. 주방에 물을 흘려서 닦다가 너무 더러워서 오자마자 온 집안 청소를 다시했다.

Великолепная квартира в историческом доме рядом с Севильским Алькасаом. Теплая, отлично оборудованная, в тихом месте, окнами на уютную площадь. В шаговой доступности отличные рестораны. Заселение прошло быстро, очень дружелюбнаая Лола дала нам рекомендации по местам, достойным посещения. Удобные кровати, чистота, уют. Спальни разделены гостиной и длинным коридором, получаются практически 2 квартиры в одной и 2 ванных комнаты это просто подарок!

The location, layout and décor of this 2 master bedroom 2nd floor apartment w/lift was perfect for us. The 2 balconies overlook a sunny attractive quiet square with several small cafes and grocery stores with convenient access to main avenues for tram or taxis. Comfortable beds, large showers, bright inviting living room and modern kitchen. Because both flat screen TV’s were recessed in the wall, we were unable to connect to English-speaking programs, in spite of having the appropriate HDMI cable. The wifi was inconsistent as well. Otherwise, the apartment was outstanding. We highly recommend the apartment, but have doubts about communication with the transfer people.
