La cocina es moderna, y totalmente equipada, y está integrada en el salón, que además cuenta con un sofá-cama doble de 1,40 x 2,00, y unos cómodos sillones.

El explotador de este alojamiento se obliga a prestar junto con el servicio de alojamiento, los siguientes servicios:
• Servicio de restauración cuya carta puede consultar aquí
• Este establecimiento cuenta con un servicio propio de guarda y custodia de equipajes de lunes a viernes (excepto festivos), para clientes premium, con recogida por nuestro personal en el propio apartamento. Las tarifas son de 5€ por bulto. Sábados, Domingos o Festivos, pueden usar el servicio de otras empresas en locales habilitados para ello, a unos 5€ por maleta apróx.

Apartamento excelente e em conformidade com as fotos. Bem equipado com o necessário para se fazer as refeições em casa. Localização excelente, perto das principais atrações e de restaurantes e supermercados. Comunicação excelente com a equipe, sempre muito atenciosos e prestativos por todas as mídias (booking e whatsapp). A experiencia com a acomodação, junto com a cidade, que por si só já é fantástica, tornou a viagem inesquecível.
Alguns pontos da limpeza como abaixo da cama e armários com sujeira acumulada. Mas diante da excelente experiência não tem nenhuma importância.

Super apartment in great location, 10 min walk to main area`s of interest, very modern, all you need is in the apartment, comfy beds, good strong WiFi very quite at night for sleeping, we stayed here for 8 nights and could not have been happier, would highly recommend staying here if coming to Seville, the customer service staff were very friendly good with contact and meeting to let us in and show us everything. There is a fantastic Tapas restaurant, Dos Mayo just at the top of the street in the square with amazing food and reasonable and helpful staff

Die zentrale Lage, dadurch alles fußläufig erreichbar, die hellen geräumigen Zimmer, die tolle Ausstattung, alles sauber, alles was man braucht findet man in der Nähe.

Para quem viaja de carro é difícil encontrar estacionamento (o que existe perto é o do El Corte Inglês e é muito caro). Quando chegámos, foi-nos sugerido um, muito em conta, mas longe do alojamento (mais ou menos 15 minutos a pé). O apartamento não foi limpo durante o tempo que permanecemos em Sevilha (3 noites) e, por isso deveria haver, pelo menos, uma vassoura e uma pá.

A dining table would have been nice, our apartment only had a breakfast bar, with bar chairs that were way too high for it. Also the curtains needs changing, as they only cover part of the windows (seems like they shrunk from washing).

Location was really great. The apartment was really nice. We really enjoyed the small details like coffee capsules, olive oil, salt, … at our disposal. Our host was really nice.
There were no coffee cups. We had to drink coffee in milk mugs that were too big. There was no place to let the recently washed dishes to dry. There were no clothes pegs. The curtains were too small. As such, in the morning, we woke up too early due to sunlight entering the room. We could have used some help to unload the car or for someone to tell us where we could temporarily park the car to unload.

An excellent location, within easy walk of the sights and shops. Authentic Seville not a tourist-dominated area; good local bars and restaurants nearby. Modern, well furnished apartment. One ensuite with toilet and shower plus one bathroom from hallway. Quiet at night. Good value.

Hot water too hot.
the property was well equipped location was good in the commercial area 15 minutes walk to the old city
the smell in the property in the kitchen and bathrooms. curtains in both bedrooms didn’t cover the windows properly despite that we called the property manager the very same day we arrived for the problem to get fix the property management didn’t do anything about it during the 3 days we were there not even a phone call.

Comfortable beds, great location.
They provided pressed coffee but no machine to use, curtains in the bedrooms weren’t fit for the size, floor was a bit dirty. Area was quite loud so a bit difficult to sleep.

Nice, quite please close to city center. comfortable beds.
Spacious apartment, elevator, five minutes from restaurants, supermarkets, shopping streets and museums. PERFECT !

O apto está novo. 2 bons quartos com sacada e cama de casal. Os banheiros são bons com chuveiros ótimos. Cozinha moderna e integrada com uma sala pequena mas boa. A localização é ótima perto da Plaza de Hércules (10 min a pé), El corte Inglês (5 min a pé) onde pode se pegar o BUS Turismo E onde fica a Garagem Publica para deixar o carro.
O local não permite parar o carro nem para descarregar as malas. se vc estiver em família com crianças e 6 malas pode ser um problema. O local para estacionar é 5 min a pé mas precisa faze reserva na oficina do estacionamento Público. Os anfitriões fazem. reserva mas você tem que ir lá confirmar.

Mattress in the main room is really bad. Myself and my wife couldn’t sleep properly and wake up in the morning with pain in the back due to the big holes that creates in the middle. Unacceptable.

Malheureusement le patio (terrasse) du rez de chaussée résonne beaucoup lorsqu’il y a des gens qui occupent cet appartement. Cela devient très bruyant.

Los apartamentos son muy limpios y la disposición del salón y los cuartos de baño está muy bien ideada. Además el balconcito en las habitaciones le da un extra.
Al estar situado en calles algo estrechas no es muy luminoso, pero es lo que tiene estar en el centro

El servicio de entrega de llaves posterior a las 21h cobra 30 euros. Deberían tener un método como una caja de código para la entrega y ser así más flexibles. A partir de las 23 son 50 eur!!!

Todo, era lo mas parecido a estar en tu casa, todas las comodidades que te puedes imaginar, el apartamento estaba inmaculado, inclusive nos dejaron entrar antes de la hora. 👍
No puedo decir que algo no me gusto, solamente y no es culpa del alojamiento, es que la calle estaba en obras y te ensuciabas de tierra y era complicado llevar las maletas
The apt is centrally located but the road is being renovated and its not accesible to pedestrians or car do i had to take my luggages with 3 kids thru the dust. Horrible experience. The host took long to comr rvrn though i advise her of my arrival

The cleanliness and location. The swift response to fix the blocked shower. The quiet neighbourhood. The lift was a godsend for us after climbing innumerable flights of stairs in our travel.
A small hitch with the plumbing ie.clogged shower drain. No fire escape route. Otherwise a pleasant stay.

Tiene todas las comodidades necesarias y la ubicacion es perfecta, además cerca está el restaurante dos de mayo al Final de la calle donde se come calidad precio impresionante.
La chica que nos atendió no nos Informó bien de lo del Parking de la Concordia (el corte inglés) hay que ir a hablar con el chico de allí el primer día que llegas para pagar y que te dé una tarjeta para sacar el coche del parking las veces que se quiera, también si no se viene muy justo se puede buscar sitio por los alrededores. No recomiendan ir hasta el apartamento con el coche porque las calles son estrechas pero un poco más delante del Apartamento se puede dejar el encima de la acera con los intermitentes para solo dejar las cosas. Ellos te recomiendan que vayas directamente al parking!!

O ar condicionado era de difícil regulagem, a água quente através de aquecedores era insuficiente para suportar banho de 4 pessoas.
El resto súper bien. Habitaciones amplias, cómodas y prácticamente a estrenar. El salón amplio y luminoso. Y la terraza muy acogedora. Y la localización muy buena. Muy céntrico y barrio tranquilo.
