Se trata de un bonito ático ubicado en un exclusivo e histórico edificio en el que llama la atención la altura de sus techos así como su preciosa y antigua escalera, típica de las casas históricas de Sevilla.
Al apartamento se accede desde su propia terraza privada, la cual está amueblada con mobiliario de jardín y es de uso exclusivo del apartamento. Al entrar en la vivienda accedemos a un coqueto y bonito salón, con mucha luz, amueblado de calidad y muy confortable, contando además con un sofá-cama de 1,50 x 1,90. A través del salón llegamos a la cocina, totalmente equipada con mobiliario de calidad y diversos elementos para cocinar.

El explotador de este alojamiento se obliga a prestar junto con el servicio de alojamiento, los siguientes servicios:

• Este establecimiento cuenta con un servicio propio de guarda y custodia de equipajes de lunes a viernes (excepto festivos), para clientes premium, con recogida por nuestro personal en el propio apartamento. Ma non crea disagio pesante. Ci sono le cialde per il caffè ma non c´è la macchina, sarebbe bello se ci fosse, per partire al top al mattino😊

It had an enclosed patio. The clothes washer was very modern as was the kitchen facilities. It was quiet and comfortable.
I was there in January. The heater ´just´ produced enough heat to warm the room at night if you left it running. The hot water never got really hot. You had to run the shower for quite a while before the water would get warm enough. Mostly I disliked that there was a Late Checkin Fee if you got there after 9 pm. I could understand the 12 midnight. As an owner of you are going to ´slough off´ responsibility to manage your property that you are offering to guests then make sure they will service the guests needs. I left from Tanger to get to Seville. The Spanish ferry was so delayed that i booked a ticket on another Spanish Ferry. It to was delayed ... but i had left enough time to just catch the train to Seville. The Renfe train just stopped along the route for 30 minutes. Just sat there. I had a 30 minute gap to switch trains in Córdoba which disappeared. I had to run between platforms and security in 3 mins to catch it. The point is that they were other later trains to Seville ... but because of the pending Late Fee it forced me run through the station. I did not have Euros cash to pay a required. When everything in Spain runs late except the Uber ... don´t put a time constraint on your guests!

It was in a good location opposite the bus station and supermarket and then a short walk to all the restaurants and attractions. The apartment was well equipped and clean
There was no view from the terrace, just another roof to look at. It felt cold and felt like it had been empty for a while so it took some time to warm up. The people in the apartment below us were very noisy! Not the apartments fault but you can here a lot of banging etc I think it would be better if they gave us the instructions to enter the apartment rather than waiting around for someone to meet us.

La ubicación está muy cerca de la estación y cerca de las principales atracciones, tiendas y restaurantes
We stayed at the studio with terrace. It was clean and nicely decorated. We had everything we need like rituals shampoo and shower gel, toaster, microwave, hair dryer. I liked the self check-in process. You don’t see someone in person, but they are really responsive via whatsapp. Location is great, it is located at the end of the one of the main streets. You can be at the city center in 10 mins by foot. There are markets and cafes near by.
Since it was the toppest floor, the room is damp. Even we were there at the begining of November the room got really hot at night. There were two air conditioners in the room but they were only blowing hot air, we couldn’t set them to cool mode. Since it wasn’t that bad I didn’t get in touch with the host maybe they could fix it if I did. One of the sunbeds was broken on the terrace when we arrived, we didn’t use them since it was November but it would be nice if it is fixed.

Lo staff è stato molto attento e gentile a consigliarci attrazioni e ristoranti/bar, suggerimenti che abbiamo seguito trovandoci molto soddisfatti. Al nostro arrivo la doccia era intasata, abbiamo avvisato lo staff che quasi immediatamente è intervenuto per risolvere il problema. Non poteva andarci meglio di così. The shower was clogged and the doors were complicated to get access to the apartment. In addition - the front door to the apartment regularly didn´t close properly which meant anyone could have walked in. That gave us anxiety when leaving for the day even if the area seemed relatively safe. Also - I know the photos were of a variety of apartments but it felt odd just how drastically different the photos were to the actual apartment. I wonder if there is a way for them to specify which room you are booking?
The apartment was beautiful and fitted with everything we could need for a short stay. The terrace was lovely. Air conditioning and wifi worked wonderfully. Would definitely recommend it to other travellers!

Es pequeño para cuatro personas, el colchón es incómodo y faltaban algunos elementos básicos como una escoba y estropajo

Check in: owner should find another way to give access to apartment like a keybox or door code Could do better in term of comfort in living room Storage very limited if you stay for several days. Should offer more furniture with storage space or drawers (like bedsides or bathroom cabinet) Guests need to know that access to apartment at second floor is not easy (steep stairs and no lift) Get hot water in the kitchen was very long and sometimes shower was not warm enough despite we did not overuse water

Selling a facility for potential 4 people, when it´s max for 2 people. Smell of sewage always present. No night privacy. Bathroom only and definitely allocated in a very wrong position. Once you open the sofa bed (very comfortable) you can no longer do anything, not even go out or enter the room Definitely not recommended if not for just 2 people. Price definitely very high also because there is no elevator. 2 floors with non-small steps, with a physical problem, even a minimum, it is definitely not functional.

Location is great. Property was clean and well organized. Fast wifi. Just be aware that flat is in the top floor in a building without lift

Buona posizione, alloggio arredato con stile e una splendida terrazza privata
Nell´appartamento c´era un odore non proprio gradevole (sembrava odore di spezie tipo cumino) e sicuramente il fatto di dover pagare 30 euro per il check-in dopo le 21 (c´era scritto anche nella descrizione ma era difficile da trovare)
