Arfe Terrace es un precioso apartamento con terraza privada ubicado en pleno centro de Sevilla, en la calle Arfe, a unos metros de la Catedral y del Archivo de Indias. La zona del Arenal es una de las más exclusivas y caras de Sevilla; es completamente segura, muy animada, alegre y con numerosos bares, terrazas, restaurantes y pequeñas tiendas de comida.

Los apartamentos preciosos tanto el de la 1ª planta como el de la segunda. Estaba todo impecable, todo muy nuevo y decorado con gusto. Está en una zona inmejorable porque está muy céntrico y en zona en la que puedes salir a cenar y tomar algo, incluso de ocio nocturno.
La única pena son los sofás cama que aunque bonitos…, para dormir son incómodos dope de de para quien, en nuestro caso tenían que compartirlo 2 personas adultas.

Grand problème avec l´eau chaude on a dû prendre une douche froide à deux reprises. C´est un élément à prendre en considération très sérieusement. Aussi pour la terrasse réservée à l´appartement, elle n´est vraiment pas pratique puisque l´appartement se trouve au premier étage et la terrasse au troisième.. il faut le mentionner sur la description sur Booking comme ça les gens sauront à quoi s´attendre. Mais sinon tout était parfait 👍

La maison est propre et bien équipée, l´emplacement est parfait, tous les monuments sont autour de l´appartement, il y a tout ce qu il faut dans le quartier : restaurants, cafés, commerces... La communication avec le hôte était très rapide. Si vous avez une voiture n´hésitez pas à demander à l´hôte une réservation préalable dans le parking le plus proche, ça coûte 18.5€ par jour.

One of the bedrooms is located above a restaurant where they fill empty crates with bottles of drinks and rearrange tables. It makes so much noise that sleeping with the windows open is not possible. This really differs from normal city sounds.

Un bel appartement avec en petit plus la terrasse sur le toit avec vue sur la cathédrale. La communication via WhatsApp est très pratique. La cafetière à été grandement apprécié 🙂. Vous pouvez faire tout les monuments à pied et laisse la voiture dans un parking qui est à moins d1km
Le bruit. Vous ne pourrez pas dormir avant la fermeture des commerces et restaurant et le matin le réveil se fera au son des klaxons. Pas de double vitrage en 1 semaine de séjour à différends endroit de l´Andalousie on s´est pas fait au bruit 😅

Location is superb you can walk to many areas and good for hop on bus service and river.
The lock on the street door is difficult to open, slightly faulty and also the flat door lock is faulty. you cant lock it without using the key. No English speaking tv channels. No ice tray in freezer.

Situé au dessus d´un restaurant très très bruyant. Impossible de régler la douche... Résolu. Mauvais écoulement de la douche qui avait pour conséquence que l´eau s´écoulait dans la salle de bain.

Most things...., kitchen, decor, location, amenities, helpfulness of Paula the host...she had a technician to us within 30 minutes of arrival as the washing machine was not working! and having a fabulous roof terrace!
Beware of the shower base...it floods the bathroom very easily if you are not careful. Also sofabed was a little uncomfortable for two adults...would probably be fine for one or for children . Other than those minor issues, no complaints

The property is located in an ideal location a short distance from the major tourist sites, restaurants and pastelerias. The hand-over of the keys was uneventful and our host took time to explain the apartment as well as local tourist sites. With any issue, our host was extremely responsive and helpful. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 32 Calle Arfe, and would strongly recommend it.
There were minor maintenance issues about the flat, but they were not issues that detracted from our stay. Even though there were some minor issues with the maintenance of the flat, they would not sway us from staying at the flat in the future and we would still highly recommend 32 Calle Arfe.

La ubicación, fantástica. La limpieza, excelente. La cama muy cómoda. La terraza, aunque era enero y no la pudimos usar demasiado, con unas vistas espléndidas. La atención de la recepción.
El aire acondicionado, usado como calefacción, no calentaba mucho (esos días hacía frío en Sevilla, aunque parezca imposible). Pero lo compensaba los fantásticos edredones.

- La terrasse a un autre etage
Es bastante cómodo, pero muy ruidoso. El edificio tiene dos pisos y una terraza en lo alto y nos tocó el primer piso así que oíamos todo el ruido del piso de encima. Está en una calle de bares y aunque había mucho ruido en la calle no se duerme mal.
Grosse déception avec la terrasse apparaissant sur booking qui n’est en réalité pas privée. Il faut monter en haut de l’immeuble et éventuellement la partager. Les deux petits lits ne sont pas confortables.
Mieszkanie niestety za małe na 6 osób (maksymalnie 4 osoby). Taras znajduje się dwa piętra wyżej, co jest sporym utrudnieniem. Nie uwzględniono tego w opisie mieszkania.

The terrace was on a separate floor whereas when we booked it stated one bedroom had a balcony and one had a terrace! Also the beds in the second room squeaked - the frames need replacing

La cafetière italienne ! On aurait préféré une simple cafetière mais le personnel nous la changé le lendemain!! Très réactif !! La terrasse non accessible depuis l´appartement car sur le toit il aurait fallu le préciser dans l´annonce ... Les lits ne sont pas trop confortables ....idéal pour 4 personnes un peu juste pour 6 personnes, manque de rangement dans la 2ieme chambre.

When we visited the website it appeared that the terrace was apart of the apartment. In fact, it is 2 floors up which was somewhat disappointing. Our "host" was on time to meet our car but was clearly preoccupied and in a hurry to leave. Questions about food shopping and others we might have asked about the area and specifics about parking were left unaddressed. It should be noted that parking is a ten minute walk away. The beds were very soft and the pull out sofa was not long enough to sleep on comfortably.

Quando sono arrivata l’appartamento non corrispondeva alle foto viste durante la prenotazione. Avevo preso una appartamento con il terrazzo al piano ma al mio arrivo ho scoperto che era al terzo piano senza ascensore (due piani sopra il mio appartamento). Sporco, accumuli di polvere pop corn sui divani peli e capelli ovunque.

emplacement au cœur de la Ville ; appartement spacieux et lumineux dans un immeuble de 2 appartements ; sol marbre , plafond haut et bel aménagement intérieur ; ameublement soigné et de bon gout ; terrasse au 2° étage sympathique et privée .
attention ce n´est qu´une petite remarque : Literie de chambre de derrière assez "molle" ; Il manque une cafetière pour 6 (la cafetière italienne est trop petite ) et il manque un peu de vaisselle (seulement 3 tasses de café) Le linge fourni pour les 5 jours est suffisant coté toilette mais insuffisant coté cuisine .

Être situé dans une rue si centrale et en haute saison peut être perçu plus animé de la rue. En ce qui concerne la description de l´appartement, nous ne connaissons pas la raison de la description, mais celle-ci détaille clairement les caractéristiques de la terrasse. La seule chose qui ne soit pas mentionnée parce que Booking.com ne le permet pas, c´est que la terrasse privée de votre appartement est située sur le toit, à l´extérieur de l´appartement et non à l´intérieur. La habitación que da a la calle Arfe es muy pequeña. No tiene armario y no reúne condiciones para una pareja.
O sofá cama era pequeno e não foi confortável para dormirem duas pessoas. A água quente do chuveiro era insuficiente para todos tomarem banho. Nós tivemos que tomar banhos em horários alternados para tomar banhos quentes.
Excellent clean modern apartment situated in the historic part of the city with easy parking nearby and close to a tram stop.
Loved having our own apartment in such a great location! The terrace was a bonus for people watching. Great coffee and everything you need right downstairs!
Bed was a little uncomfy. Temp control...very chilly and couldn’t figure out how to adjust the units mounted toward the ceiling.
Roof terrace was very Nice. Kitchen was complete. Location Excellent. And they gave us excellent information about pick up and bagage drop off. The babage drop off came in handy because we flew Back in the evening.
Minor things like about leaking airconditioning. We have informed the owner about this. And for four people a little bit Small, but for price and location its ok.
We had an issue with the plumbing and hot water was leaking from a broken tap (this was fixed as soon as we reported the issue). The aircon was also leaking.
Tout était parfait : l´accueil, l´emplacement, le confort, l´équipement.... super logement! Sans oublier la terrasse! Comme sur la photo!
