This is a beautiful apartment. You can tell the owner lived here and put a lot of thought into making it a comfortable usable space. Rooms were large and super comfy. Great living area and kitchen. Location couldn’t have been better. Easy walking distance to everything in Sevilla. I was annoyed by the amount of messages asking me for the exact arrival time and then having to wait anyway in front of the building for the host to arrive to check us in. Self check-in in the future would be better.

Appartamento molto bello, spazioso e comodo per sei adulti come io e i miei amici, fondamentale i due bagni, pulito e con tutti i servizi necessari per un’ottima vacanza, Wi-Fi molto potente, molto bella anche la cucina. Non era presente il congelatore, sarebbero stati utili le tazzine da caffèe forse qualche asciugamani in più. Molto silenzioso in una palazzina in centro a Siviglia nella zona pedonale comodo per raggiungere tutti i posti della città. Consigliato

Apartment was spacious and neat in the center of the city located on one of the big shopping streets. Walking distance everywhere. Easy to check in and out.

The home was well appointed and very clean. Conveniently located for shopping, dining and sightseeing. Inma met us for an early arrival and was pleasant, readily available and very informative. We wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend this apartment to friends.

The apartment was very clean and very central. All main tourist attractions were within walking distances. Kitchen well stocked with utensils. lounge has plenty of sofa’s.

We had a fabulous time at Seville and our stay at the apartment was great, despite the fact the air conditioner was set at 25 degrees. The whole apartment was very warm as the outdoor heat was 41 degrees. I would advise to have the central air conditioning turn down alittle lower.

The apartments were beautiful and very clean. Our hosts were helpful and very nice. The location couldn’t have been better! The area is walkable and safe, with plenty of restaurants, stores. All the important landmarks are at a walkable distance. We highly review it.

The place was very clean and beautiful! The interior design was very homey and warm. The location was so close to stepping into restaurants and shops. The bedrooms were extremely quiet. Everything was above and beyond expectation! Thank you for the cold water!

Adoramos a Casa, muito bem situada. Limpa e Arrumada. Hóspedes disponíveis e simpáticos. Fomos um grupo familiar com bebés. A cozinha estava bem equipada e a casa muito espaçosa. Esperamos voltar em breve

We went to Seville for a family weekend break. We were blessed with fantastic weather all the time we stayed. This topped off the amazing and brilliantly appointed apartment, in a very central location in the stunningly beautiful Seville. We couldn’t recommend Silvia’s apartment more highly. It is exceptional.

Nous avons passé 4 nuit en famille dans ce logement (2 adultes et 2 enfants de 10 et 16 ans). Il est extrêmement bien situé pour visiter Séville à pieds. Il est dans une zone commerçante piétonne, sans aucun bar ou restaurant au pied de l’immeuble ce qui assure une bonne tranquillité. L’appartement est fidèle à la description et aux photos, très bonne isolation phonique avec l’extérieur et les autres appartements de l’immeuble. Desservi par un ascenseur, il est très lumineux. Literie de qualité. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

appartement très qualitatif et confortable. correspondant à tout point de vue avec les photos. nous avons passé quatre jours magnifiques ou nous avons pu faire tout à pieds tellement l´appartement est proche de tout. seul petit bémol, la climatisation est un peu bruyante mais nous avons bien géré en éteignant celle-ci la nuit. expérience à renouveler !

Appartement tres bien situé, on peut tout faire à pied on est arrivé plutot, l´hote nous attendait , tres bon acceuil . tres bel appartement refait à neuf, rien a dire , cuisine tres bien equipée, belles chambres spacieuses , propre, exactement comme sur les photos . j´y reviendrai .

We had a wonderful stay at Sylvia’s. We found the location to be excellent. It is an easy walk to the major sites and close to shops, grocery stores and restaurants. We really appreciated the comprehensive information provided about the apartment and the local area. The apartment was very clean and as beautiful as the photos. The kitchen was well appointed and we stayed in for a number of meals, including Christmas lunch. There was a little bit of noise from the street at night but we didn’t find this to be a problem. We also really appreciated the mid week clean/change of linen. Any questions we had were answered very quickly. We could not fault the responsiveness of our hosts. Due to the location of the apartment in a pedestrian only area, it is a short walk with baggage to the front door. We didn’t find this to be a problem, but just something to be aware of. We cannot recommend this apartment more highly. We had a very special family Christmas in Seville.

The apartment is in a great location with shops and food just steps away. My family enjoyed our stay here.

El piso está en pleno centro de Sevilla. Amplió, espacioso y muy bien equipado Calle peatonal. Lo único a tener en cuenta es que hay 4 escalones antes de coger el ascensor Repetiríamos sin duda

Amazing location, beautiful space - really lovely. Would definitely go back to this apartment if we were in Sevilla again. For anyone with accessibility issues or alot of luggage, taxis cannot go right to the front door. There is a 5-7 minute walk (with luggage) to get to the space. However the location is incredible and this was not a problem for us.

What a beautiful property! We enjoyed every moment of being here. Location was great and the rooms were very spacious. Would return and recommebt to our friends and family!

Apartamento super bem localizado, mesmo no centro da cidade, poucos minutos a pé dos principais locais. O apartamento tem ótimas condições e estava super limpo. Infelizmente tivemos lá 2 noites sem ar condicionado, com 35 graus na rua e sem terem conseguido resolver o tema nesse periodo.

El departamento increíble, súper buen ubicado. Definitivamente regresamos y la atención súper bien. NOS ENCANTO
