La habitación principal cuenta con una cama de matrimonio y baño en suite, ofreciendo privacidad y comodidad. La segunda habitación está equipada con dos camas individuales, ideal para huéspedes o familiares.
El apartamento también dispone de un exclusivo patio privado, equipado con mobiliario de exterior y una zona ajardinada, perfecta para relajarse o disfrutar al aire libre. This Seville APARTMENT is absolutely perfect! Prime location steps from the Cathedral & Alcázar. The warm, thoughtful host provided authentic local tips. Rooms brim with Andalusian charm, featuring a terrace overlooking a citrus-filled courtyard. Mornings brought birdsong and continental breakfasts – every detail was delightful and memorable!

Cet appartement étant nouveau je suis la première à laisser un commentaire donc je commence par les points positifs: Bonne situation ( meme si il est en face d’une école donc réveillé par les cris des enfants le matin ce n’est pas très gênant mais cela doit être signalé) appartement très joliment meublés,literie très confortable et très propre Les points négatifs : Pas d’accueil,l’agence nous envoie juste le code par sms,on arrive seuls dans un appartement froid aucune explication sur le fonctionnement des appareils (eau froide qui chauffe très très lentement) la plaque vitrocéramique défectueuse Et le pire des cafards (3)dans la salle de douche qui sortent quand vous vous douchez Et la sortie idem on claque la porte et on part sans voir personne Bref c’est la 1 ère fois que je loue par l’intermédiaire d’une agence et c’est la dernière car l’esprit Airbnb n’est vraiment pas représenté

That said, we find it difficult to understand how this could be perceived as a lack of support, especially given that we provide a dedicated customer service team available 24 hours a day. This team is here precisely to assist our guests and promptly resolve any questions or issues that may arise, including help with the use of appliances. Had we been made aware of these concerns during your stay, we would have taken immediate steps to address them and ensure that your experience was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

With regard to the presence of insects, we sincerely regret any inconvenience this may have caused. Please note that our company performs regular pest control to prevent the appearance of unwanted insects in our apartments. However, external factors such as weather conditions, particularly extreme heat or humidity, can occasionally contribute to their presence. We apologize once again and assure you that we have taken note of your comments in order to review the situation and further reinforce our preventive measures.

We are sorry that your overall impression of the stay was not more positive. Nonetheless, we hope you will consider giving us another opportunity in the future to provide you with a smoother and more enjoyable experience.

We enjoyed the apartment immensely during our three week stay. Beautifully furnished, immaculate, comfortable, and convenient to everything, it exceeded our expectations. We only used the master bedroom for sleeping so it was extremely quiet in the mornings despite it being directly across from a school and only one block from the river. Right across the street there is a a fabulous flamenco show almost every night and several wonderful restaurants and cafes (mostly frequented by locals) on Calle Pureza. We felt like locals by the end of our stay. We had several rainy , cool days so we were only able to use the patio a few times but made frequent use of the fireplace. Highly recommended for the aesthetics, location, and the hospitality of the Genteel Homes team.

We loved our February month long stay in this beautiful modern apartment on a quiet street in Triana, a six minute walk from the fabulous mercado and Triana´s main drag, and a ten minute walk over the charming bridge to Seville. Lovely riverfront one block east. Lots of restaurants and cafes catering to locals around the corner. A ceramic painting storefront, bike rental, and Flamenco performances a few doors down. And impromptu dances by locals to live music in some bars. Joyful noises from a primary school across the street before school and at recess. Lots of lively, crowded processions on the street leading up to Lent. The host´s managers made great recommendations, were responsive, and provided information on appliances in English. Replenished toiletries, changed sheets and towels and cleaned bathrooms every 5 days but dusting would have been appreciated. The main rear bedroom was quiet but the bedroom on the street was quite noisy. Gorgeous garden but too chilly to use in Feb.
