Es un apartamento duplex donde al entrar encontramos la cocina, independiente y totalmente equipada, el salón, amplio y muy confortable, con sofá-cama doble de 1,40 x 1,90 y un baño independiente. Desde el salón se accede también a un pequeño patio, fresco y con mucho encanto, totalmente privativo de la vivienda.

Nous avions réservé 2 logements pour 9. À notre arrivée nous apprenons que nous ne serons pas ensemble et que nous en avons été informé alors que pas du tout! De plus dans le logement de 6 personnes, il n’y a que 4 verres et aucun couteau, pas un seul saladier ni épluche légumes bref : l’équipement est vraiment mauvais, heureusement que nous n’y passions pas la semaine ! Dans le logement de 4 la literie de la chambre est inconfortable.

The apartment is not designed for 5, it has only 4 wine and water glasses, the sofa bed as the fifth bed is badly laid out. Patio cannot be used, serves as a storage room. Washing machine and sink stand out strangely from the cupboards, the sink mash has also sometimes leaked for inexplicable reasons. The shower on the upper floor cannot be used, cannot change to a shower, mold surfaces. We complained but then unfortunately the communication has broken off.

El 2do piso es de techo más bajo, y esta area esta construida de material liviano, que suena mucho el lugar cuando uno camina, se mueve. La terraza estaba con cosas de aseo y una gotera, no la pudimos utilizar. Hay que cuidar el agua caliente, no aguanta 5 duchas seguidas. Salió una cucaracha en el baño🫣 Así y todo, la ubicación es muy buena y por un par de días estos problemas no fueron terribles.

El sofá cama no era tan cómodo, muy blando el colchón y sonaba mucho, para niños es mas aconsejable que para adultos. El olor a humedad del baño de abajo, como es departamento interior y esta en primer piso tiene poca ventilación y muy poca luz natural, no podría vivir ahí pero como es para alojamiento y uno pasa mas de noche, estaba bien. Tener en cuenta que si tienes un check in tarde cobran una tarifa adicional después de las 21 hrs y más cara después de las 0:00 hrs

Lo mejor si ubicación sin duda. En pleno centro y a un paso de todo, vale Sierpes, Tetuán, El Salvador.
El sofá cama más incómodo que la medida. Además encima de la puerta de la entrada hay un tragaluz que cada vez que paga alguien por el portal se ilumina y resulta muy molesto para dormir.

Apartamento muy completo, con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días en Sevilla. La situación es inmejorable en 5m andando te plantas en la Giralda/Catedral, Sierpes, Guadalquivir. La atención al cliente de la gestión de los apartamentos es de 10, muy amables y atentos en todo, te facilitan un número de teléfono con WhatsApp para contactar las 24h y te hacen un cambio de sábanas y toallas a mitad de semana.
Por poner una pega, el sofá del salón que estéticamente queda perfecto, pero es algo incómodo ya que se hunde.

The door lock can be tricky to open for Americans who are not used to European locks. Make sure you ask the host to show you how to use the keys on both the apartment door and the main door to the building. The main building door had a very sticky lock which was troublesome.

Invitation to the local restaurant unusable, better don´t do that. Terrace also unusable. Anyway this didn´t impact on our stay at all.

WiFi did not work most of the time. It doesn´t work during the day and in the evening it is very slow or non-existent. The kitchen was poorly equipped. Very basic kitchen equipment, toaster is bad. No basic ingredients, no kitchen towels or cleaning products. The sofa bed is very uncomfortable as a bed that I don´t think it should be counted as a bed. We enjoyed our stay but if the above facilities were better it would have been 5 stars.

Proche du centre historique à pied et pas trop loin des commerces
Rien ne peut être amélioré dans le principal défaut de cet appartement qui est très sombre. Les photos sur internet sont trompeuses. Le faux jardin, la lumière déficiente. Aucune vue. La porte de la baie vitrée était cassée. Il ne faisait pas assez chaud, le chauffage ne marchait pas. Nous avons attendu la personne pour avoir les clés. Elle était gentille mais nous avions pris la précaution d´appeler 30 mn avant l´arrivée. Nous n´avons su qu´il s´agissait d´un rez-de-chaussée qu´après avoir payé. C´est malhonnête. Trop tard pour changer.
