Pajaritos II un espacio relajante, fresco y soleado todo el día, desde donde disfrutar de una inolvidable estancia en Sevilla.
Al entrar damos directamente a un precioso salón, despejado y diáfano, en el que hay un sofá-cama, TV de plasma, etc. Unido al salón encontramos una preciosa cocina integrada, con muebles de calidad, completamente equipada con todo lo necesario. Siguiendo el pasillo damos con los dormitorios, uno de ellos con cama de matrimonio y un baño en suite, y el otro con dos camas individuales, ambas con mucha luz natural. El otro baño es de acceso independiente.

The apartment was clean, cozy, friendly staff, location was great.
One of the heaters in the bed room did not work. The staff tried fixing it but required a part that was not available on a weekend. They provided us with extra blankets so it worked out. Management was kind and gave us a gift bag for the inconvenience which was very thoughtful and appreciated.

Our apartment is located in the center of the historic center of Seville, where many of the streets are pedestrian and very narrow. The shower units didn´t work properly. One of the showers kept overflowing into the bathroom within a minute, so it was nearly unusable. The oven in kitchenette didn´t turn on at all. Next door neighbour played the guitar until midnight. Another neighbour blasted rap music during siesta time.

Great location, very central. Nice clean flat.
The washing machine wasn´t working. We raised this with them several times, but it wasn´t fixed during our stay. Disappointing as that was one of the key elements of booking this place.

Well placed flat. Different to the description during reservation. Laking space and charis (sold as a 4 to 6 person facility, but only 2 chairs and a small table). Quite clean, well equiped though.

Everything that follows is really on the order of detail because everything was very very good. The coffee cups were not very clean (and no dishwasher) and some equipment was functional but not great, in particular the hair dryer which is broken and must be held correctly for it to start. .

Ubicación, silencioso, muy buena distribución del piso, dos duchas, tiene todo lo necesario, el personal responde rápidamente cualquier pregunta. Repetiría sin dudarlo.
Todo es bueno. Por poner algo, la empresa que gestiona se orienta a larga estancia y no a fines turísticos, con lo que algunas cosas se han de entender en ese contexto, no es un BnB. La cocina es pequeña si se quiere cocinar de verdad.

La ubicación es magnífica
La limpieza no estaba como esperábamos. La tapicería del sofá sucia, la alfombra del salón para llevar a la tintorería, no había ni una botella de agua en la nevera o en el apartamento, el sofá cama a pesar de que nos aseguraron que la bajera estaba en el apartamento tuvimos que dormir sin ella una noche porque efectivamente no estaba. Las calidades de los materiales son regulares a pesar de que está todo muy nuevo, la primera noche no pudimos dormir hasta las 01:30 porque se oía toda la conversación o discusión de los vecinos como si estuvieran dentro de nuestra casa.

L´emplacement central, à 5 min de la cathédrale et en même temps suffisamment en retrait des rues touristiques et passantes. La qualité, les équipements et la propreté de l´appartement. L´accueil à l´arrivée et la disponibilité de l´agence. Le restaurant conseillé était délicieux !
Les murs entre les appartements sont un peu fins... à bon entendeur... La cloche voisine pourrait gêner certains (même si ça n´a pas été notre cas). Le WiFi ne fonctionnait pas malgré l´intervention à distance de techniciens.

Emplacement hyper centre, chambres lumineuses, lits confortables (sauf le canapé lit moins confortable), décoration, équipements modernes. Restaurants proches et très bien : Paco Pepe Bar et Cantina Mexicana. Supermarché "Más" a 150m. Très pratique. A deux pas de la place Ajuntamiento très animée et magnifique.
Appartement au calme de la nuit Sévillane, mais quelques bruits ponctuels des cloches de l´église toute proche, et du couloir de l´immeuble qui résonne lorsque le voisinage entre/sort et qu´on entend depuis le canapé du salon (si quelqu´un dort dans le canapé lit). Porte d´entrée mal insonorisée. Mais globalement pas très gênant, car passages pas très fréquents lors de notre semaine de séjour.

El parking, en booking decía que tenía parking pero es mentira, ya que está a 2 km y cuesta el doble de lo indicado cuando reservamos.

Pas de parking à proximité
The bedrooms/bathrooms were clean and comfortable Ideal central location.
It was up 3 flights of stairs and the lift did not always work and we got stuck once. I and my 80 year old mother in law used the stairs which was not easy.

Mancanza bidet, mancanza piani o mensole di appoggio specialmente nei bagni.
Kitchen was a little small but it wasn´t a big problem as we ate out. Well equipped.
Fatima from the property management was super helpful. She came to meet us at the car as we were having a difficult time finding the apartment inside the old town.
Given it´s a 2 bedroom apartment which means you could have up to 4 people staying inside of it, it´d be great if there are more than 2 dining room chairs. The kettle could be replaced as the handle gets super hot and it would be great if a proper coffee machine is also available in the apartment.

Thank for you review Jennifer, it always help us to improve and become better hosts. About the chairs, on the closet in the hall before the bedrooms, there are 3 more chairs for the dinning table. Thank you also for let us know about the kettle, althoug we checked and it was perfectly working without incidents, we have changed just in case it happends agian, and we also checked and there was a italian coffee maker at the apartment that maybe you didn´t see it. De accommodatie was midden in het ouden centrum van Sevilla. Vandaar uit zijn de bezienswaardigheden goed te belopen. De accommodatie is erg schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. De ontvangst was erg vriendelijk; uitleg en rondleiding door het appartement. Verder kregen we tips voor het verblijf in Sevilla. Het is echt een aanrader om bij Genteel Home een accommodatie te boeken. Wij zouden het zo weer doen.

Lo peor es tener el check out tan temprano. (11:00 a.m). Durante un viaje de ocio, tener que abandonar el alojamiento tan pronto es un gran inconveniente. Al tratarse de un apartamento, esperas éste tipo de comodidades a diferencia de un hotel. Las 11:00 de la mañana es muy mala hora para tener que salir con maletas. Limita mucho el viaje.

Nos alegra saber que les ha gustado el apartamento en todos los aspectos, especialmente por su céntrica ubicación y el magnífico estado de sus instalaciones. Sobre la hora del check out, entendemos que a veces es necesario salir un poco más tarde, y nosotros lo concedemos siempre que la disponibilidad nos lo permite. Sin embargo, piense que a diferencia de un hotel, usted estuvo alojada en un apartamento de 65m2, por lo que necesitamos unas horas para limpiar y preparar el apartamento para que los siguientes clientes puedan disponer del mismo a partir de las 15h, hora del check in. En cualquier caso, esperamos que haya podido disfrutar de su estancia. Saludos
Nos costo encontrar la calle
a lot of small things were missed - soap and shampoo, soap/shampoo shelves in shower the 2 persons dinner table in the 2 bedroom apartment?? It seems one of remote control for A/C was lost and the remain one was introduced as a ´shared´ remote control... what is it?
It could be nice if the hosts can visit the apartment atleast once in every 2nd day to refill stuffs like toilet paper and clear the garbage basket as we did not know where to throw the rubbish.

Se nos hizo una penalizacion de 30 euros por llegar despues de media noche, fue algo de lo que no nos dimos cuenta hasta que llego la confirmacion de reserva.

Lamentamos su disconformidad sobre el suplemento por late check in, pero viene claramente especificado en la web antes de realizar la reserva y al momento de realizarla, se le vuelve a notificar mediante un correo de confirmación. Como indicamos, nuestro horario de entrada habitual es de 15h a 21h, debiendo despalzarse una compañera exclusivamente para atenderles fuera de su horario de trabajo después de esta hora una compañera nuestra, de ahí el suplemento que se indica. Además, como podrá comprobar, el suplemento es de 30 euros si la entrada es de 21 a 00h, siendo después de medianoche de 50 euros, por lo que nuestra compañera tuvo el detalle de cobrarles menos de lo indicado. Esperamos sepan entenderlo y que a pesar de ello hayan podido disfrutar de su estancia en Sevilla. Saludos
