Precioso apartamento de 3 dormitorios en el casco antiguo de Sevilla, cerca de la Alameda de Hércules y el río Guadalquivir. Este apartamento se encuentra en una segunda planta de un moderno edificio con decoración típica andaluza, a la que es posible acceder por escaleras o ascensor.

Apartamento en una zona tranquila y no muy alejada del centro, en unos 20 minutos andando estás en las calles principales. Camas cómodas, dos baños con ducha y apartamento con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días. El comedor-cocina es amplio y teníamos café, azúcar, aceite y agua que nos habían dejado los anfitriones, además de dos toallas por persona y alguna más para las manos. Casa recién reformada con mucho gusto y baños muy limpios. Hay una parada de autobús urbano justo al lado y en menos de 10 minutos puedes llegar a delante de la torre del oro.
Las habitaciones y los baños aunque suficientes son más bien pequeños, justo caben las camas y las mesitas. Pero eso no impide que hayamos estado cómodas. Tienen un servicio de 24 horas de atención telefónica por si te surge alguna necesidad, que afortunadamente no tuvimos que usar. La parte superior de los cabezales de las camas podrían haber estado un poco más limpia.

was advertised as having a parking nearby. There is no parking nearby. Had to try to find a spot on a busy street (hit or miss as you drive until you see a spot, then have to walk back with bags to the apt..., and with the bags to the car); can´t park even for 2 minutes in front of the building as the street is narrow and there are cars behind you. One of the bathrooms had a nasty sewage smell (they even put a air freshener that made it worse), probably because of the clogged sink drain. This issue should have been disclosed by host at check but was not. Also, there was a leaking water heater, which had a bowl underneath to collect dripping water. Discovered this upon return to the apartment one night late with water on the floor. Had to clean that up/deal with that.

Lo mejor la ubicación y que estaba bastante nuevo,en un barrio tranquilo, bien comunicado por una parada de autobús muy cercana. Cerca de establecimientos como panaderías,supers,farmacias y varios restaurantes. Piso no demasiado grande pero con todo lo necesario,aunque las maletas por falta de espacio tienes que meterlas en el armario.
No estaba del todo limpio, por lo que vi creo que se hizo una limpieza superficial,debajo de las camas y de los muebles las pelusas eran considerables y en el baño había pelos y los espejos no estaban del todo limpios.

We loved the location. A 3 minute walk to the river where we went every day. Loved being in a neighborhood and shopping and going to local places. And not far to walk to town either.
We loved the apartment. Did quite a bit of cooking there. The one room faces the inner stairwell and it could be noisy in the middle of the night at times.

Letti scomodi sopratutto i cuscini, cucina poco attrezzata, per il prezzo che si paga potrebbero mettere una macchina del caffè. Impossibile trovare un parcheggio nelle vicinanze e i parcheggi a pagamento sono molto cari.

la escalera comunitaria en ocasiones huele mal. está un poco alejado del centro. El precio un poco elevado si tenemos en cuenta la ubicación
