El apartamento Galera II, situado en el prestigioso barrio del Arenal, es un coqueto apartamento perfecto para una cómoda estancia en Sevilla.
Al acceder al apartamento encontramos a la derecha uno de los dormitorios, con dos camas individuales, exterior y muy luminoso. Dispone de un baño completo en suite. A la izquierda disponemos de un pequeño patio con césped, una mesa y sillas. Es el lugar perfecto para disfrutar del desayuno o tomar una copa de vino.

El explotador de este alojamiento se obliga a prestar junto con el servicio de alojamiento, los siguientes servicios:
• Servicio de restauración cuya carta puede consultar aquí
• Este establecimiento cuenta con un servicio propio de guarda y custodia de equipajes de lunes a viernes (excepto festivos), para clientes premium, con recogida por nuestro personal en el propio apartamento. Las tarifas son de 5€ por bulto. Sábados, Domingos o Festivos, pueden usar el servicio de otras empresas en locales habilitados para ello, a unos 5€ por maleta apróx.

Par contre le seul côté négatif et qui peut gâcher les vacances si vous venez vous reposer c´est le bruit !! C´est un ancien immeuble avec de veille fenêtre et porte donc pas d´insonorisation !!porte qui claque ,bruit des voisins du dessus ,rue passante donc bruyante , l´appartement mériterait d´un bon coup de rafraîchissement.c´est le seul (gros) bémol sinon j´aurais mis 10/10

Toplocatie, dichtbij het centrum, de belangrijkste bezienswaardigheden en ook snel aan de rivier en de wijk Triana. Comfortabele bedden, goeie douche.
Ramen waren enkel glas. De straat op zich is rustig, maar de occasionele auto of feestvierders die ´s nachts babbelend door de straat wandelen, hoor je wel heel goed. Lichte slapers raad ik dus oordoppen aan.

The apartment is very well located for all the major sites, in a buzzy area called Arenal, with good restaurants and bars nearby. The showers are good and the beds very comfy.
The website is confusing. I thought I had booked an apartment with outdoor space, as shown in the photos but I think those only apply to the top floor flat (I thought it might at least be a communal area). We only got a small inner lightwell, with wet astroturf and 2 chairs/small table squeezed in. Air but no sunlight and we tried it but didn´t use it. I wouldn´t class this as outdoor space! The apartment is old and, although characterful, the windows and doors were single-glazed and didn´t close well (we got a maintenance man in one day to open two for us which were warped). As a result, the apartment was very noisy. It´s on a cobbled street and you heard all the noise from late night revellers, cars and scooters. Also, the soundproofing between floors is poor. We heard footfalls and furniture moving from the flat above. This was worsened by the fact that they came home at 4.30am, then 1.30am, then 12.30am all 7 nights. Our sleep was very distrubed. I wear earplugs at night but was still woken constantly. The internet didn´t work when we arrived. We texted twice and called and finally got a response. The maintennace man came the next day and fixed it. One shower head also didn´t work and was fixed after 2 days. But this all added to make the stay less pleasant than it could have been.

The apartment is very well-equipped, nicely furnished and is very centrally located.
Great location, apartment close to the center and clubs. It takes 20-30 minutes from the airport by taxi. There is air conditioning in all rooms and each bedroom has a private bathroom.

the photos are deceiving- looks like a super spacious bright place. in reality it’s crammed, old looking, noisy apartment. we chose an apartment with terrace and paid extra for that and they didn’t tell us that the terrace is actually detached from the apartment and 4 floors up. you hear everything from your neighbors or whoever enters the building. we were so disappointed that we wanted to check out immediately but they weren’t responding to our messages. after they claimed they refunded us terrace cost which we never received. overall NOT worth the money at all.

Tal y como indica la descripción, el apartamento cuenta con una terraza privada y tiene acceso independiente y está ubicada en la segunda planta del edificio. Estimado Alberto, En primer lugar, nos gustaría agradecerle que eligiera nuestro apartamento para sus vacaciones en Sevilla y por la opinión que compartió, estamos encantados de saber que disfrutó de su estancia. Sin embargo, queremos pedirle disculpas si hubo algún malentendido en el proceso de check in. Tal y como se le informa previa su llegada, todos los check in se realizan personalmente para que el huésped se sienta bienvenido y acompañado en todo momento. Aquellos check in en los que su llegada son a partir de una hora determinada, conllevan un gasto adicional que se detalla y explica mediante email después de confirmar su reserva. Someone welcomed us when we arrive and she was super nice. She told us about the property and the city in detail. The house was nice, clean and big and comfortable enough for our family (two rooms). The decoration was nice. Location was nice. The parking lot was 150 meter away, it was a public parking space but it was easy to park. Lokasyon iyiydi. Bizi karşılayan kişi de çok tatlıydı ve bize çok yardımcı oldu. Odamız güzel döşenmiş, rahat ve temizdi. Park yeri 150 metre uzağındaydı odamızın, halka açık park alanıydı ama gayet kolaydı park etmek.
There was an extra cleaning fee, which we did not realise during online reservation, 48 euros. Ekstra temizlik ücreti alındı, bunu rezarvasyon yaparken fark etmemiştik, 48 euros.
Met at property with full explanation of all facilities and local attractions. Loved it.
Hot water system I think was storage, so not always hot, but we worked it out.

No lift, stairs and luggage is not a good combination. More stairs takes you to interesting outdoors terrace.

Very nice welcome by one of the Genteel staff. Good location. Prompt response from management when toilet would not flush. A tradesperson was sent straight away and it was fixed by the time we returned to the apartment.
The roof terrace is two floors up from the apartment (36 steps!). This should be clearer in the description as it was really not ideal given I was travelling with my parents. The apartment is not quite as slick as it looks in the photos - e.g. scruffy rug, towel rail hanging off wall, curtain rail falling off wall when trying to draw the curtains.

Noise made by people using stairs to enter other apartments, especially at night.

Al secondo giorno si sono formati tanti moscerini in un bagno.
Très bel appartement rénové avec goût, climatisation dans chaque pièce et salles de bains attenantes à chaque chambre. L´appartement est très bien situé près du centre ville et des restaurants. Une terrasse privative en rooftop à 2 étages au dessus de l´appart. La petite cour anglaise à coté de la cuisine pour les petits déj. en extérieur...
Rien, tout était parfait.
Everything was awesome!
The apartment was fully equipped with the basics and when the kettle didn´t work on our first morning the proprietors quickly addressed the issue and replaced it with a new one.
It would have been nice if a few basic provisions such as water and milk had been left in the fridge as the shops were closed by the time we checked into the apartment in the evening.

Nous sommes désolés pour le désagrément causé par les coupures d’électricité, mais cela était dû à un problème inhabituel de la compagnie d’électricité de la région, indépendante de notre volonté. Nous vérifierons le signal Wi-Fi et informerons la société afin qu’elle puisse être résolue. Sur la lettre de crédit, comme il a été expliqué, votre réservation était déjà payée à l´avance (vous avez payé l´agence), mais nous la demandons simplement pour garantir tout dommage éventuel ou dommage, car l´agence ne nous fournit pas votre carte de crédit et uniquement responsable du montant lié à la réservation et non des dommages éventuels. Nous sommes heureux de savoir que vous avez apprécié votre séjour à Séville. Salutations

It didn’t look like the photos at all, very basic accommodation. Wi-Fi was utterly useless. Some heaters didn’t work. “Parking available” in a very expensive, very difficult car park 5 minutes walk away.

If you had any problems with the Wi-Fi, we would have liked you to have informed us of this in order to notify the company or find another solution. As for parking, you can clearly see that there is public parking available nearby, which you was previously informed of the distance to the apartment and the special price of 7€/day we have agreed with them, and that you asked us to reserve a place knowing these details. We are happy to know that, at least, you liked the central location, cleanliness and high comfort, and the terrace. Regards
Достаточно прохладно, существующие кондиционеры нагнетают тепло ОЧЕНЬ МЕДЛЕННО. Когда заехали (в 15:00), температура в номере была 16 градусов. Только под утро стало немного комфортнее (+23). Не нашли утюг. Бочка горячей воды заканчивается, когда одновременно моются в обоих санузлах аккурат под смывание моющего средства.
Toilet was was not working in one bathroom, informed management, we came back to the apartment in the evening, still same problem called again the lady on call Valeria, took the time to come, confirmed the problem, and said plumber is not answering the phone so cannot be fixed. A big inconvenience. Asked her if we can store the luggage since we had a late flight, she advised us to go Bell hop and they are open late, we drag our luggage there only to find out they close at 6 pm. The staff of Genteel cannot be giving misguided information and causing inconvenience.

Dear Nirupama, we would like to say in the first place that you made a reservation for 2 people in an apartment that has a maximum capacity of up to 4 people. However, 5 people were lodged illegally and without sufficient beds. You called to our colleague Valeria because the vater´s cistern did not work, and the "problem" was that you had locked the water key. After that, you kept calling my colleague during all the weekend with no real problems, demanding that we pick up your bags and keep them and transport them, which our colleague also accepted and went to your apartment on Sunday exclusively for this. All your requests were made to our staff in a very rude and aggressive way, treating us at all times really badly. That is why we would not recommend you as a guest to any lodgement. Our goal is always to try to help our clients as much as possible and make them feel at home, but with guests like you it is exhausting and unhelpful. Even so, we will continue working to improve and offer the best service to our guests, and luckily, they are usually respectful and educated people. Regards.
No washing up liquid though there was both washing machine tablets and dish washer tablets. Right now building noises from the upstairs apartment.
Situation géographique excellente, a 2 minutes à pied des Arènes.
55m2 pour 4 peut vous paraître petit, mais il est tellement bien structuré et aménagé que les pièces sont très agréables.
Nous y avons séjourné à 4 et nous ne nous sommes jamais sentis à l´étroit !
Je recommande vivement cet appartement !
De plus la gentille demoiselle qui nous a accueilli nous avait fait de précieuses recommandations de restaurants ! Merci !!!
