All arrivo i condizionatori avevano tutti le pile scariche , per cui la prima notte non hanno funzionato, ma il giorno successivo ci hanno cambiato le pietre. Una delle due serrature era difettosa e per due sere abbiamo faticato ad entrare in casa... la seconda sera dalle 22.10 alle 23.00 fuori a cercare di entrare. Regarding the laundry, we do provide drying racks to address this concern. Additionally, we appreciate your understanding about the presence of ants during this time of the year. Sevilla´s climate can lead to such occurrences during summer, although this isn´t typical for the rest of the year.

Location was exceptional. Quieter at night, but lively during the day. Minutes from everything. The apartment itself is beautiful, full of character, and nicely laid out -- perfect for two couples. The fact that sheets and towels were changed half-way through our 10-day stay was appreciated.

Lovely, traditional apartment located in a quiet street but not far from bars, restaurants and supermarkets. Really comfy beds and a nice lounge area. Showers were great and the welcome box of doughnuts was a nice touch. Lola was a really helpful host during check-in.

Estimado huésped, gracias por su comentario. Sentimos que a su llegada la casa estuviera fría. Es una casa situada a nivel de calle y en estas fechas hace mucho frío en Sevilla, por lo que es normal que a su llegada la casa estuviera fría y tardara un poco en calentarse. Estamos confundidos en que tardara 12 horas ya que cuenta con varios aparatos de aire acondicionado/calefacción y en menos de una hora debería estar el ambiente caldeado, y hemos revisado las máquinas y funcionan perfectamente. Igualmente, comprenda que siempre solicitamos que los clientes nos informen con antelación de su hora de llegada, ya que necesitamos conocerla para organizarnos y que alguien de nuestro personal se desplace a recibirles. Si, como en su caso, no nos informa de su hora de llegada con antelación, puede que nuestras compañeras estén recibiendo a esa misma hora a otros clientes que sí informaron de su hora de llegada y necesitemos unos minutos para desplazarse a su apartamento. Nos alegra saber que, al menos, la ubicación fuera de su agrado. Saludos
The smell of the house (Moisture and mildew) was annoying as there is no air circulation also the insects. Also the internal windows didn´t have insects net so most of the time the window is closed
There was a musty smell during our visit, possibly due to recent heavy rains and/or having been closed up. Running the air conditioner helped. Some areas of the apartment are quite dark.

La mesa de la cocina es muy pequeñita y no entran más de 2 personas. De hecho sólo hay 2 banquetas . DECEPCIONANTE.

No creemos que el apartamento Corral del Rey sea oscuro, aunque entendemos que es una apreciación subjetiva. Creemos que la continuidad de estos días de lluvia unidos a que el apartamento es un bajo han podido darle la sensación de oscuridad; sin embargo creemos que si visitara el apartamento en otra época del año comprobará que tiene luz natural.
