Se trata de un fantástico apartamento ubicado en la calle Conde de Barajas, en pleno centro de Sevilla, a escasos metros de La Alameda y Plaza del Duque.
Al entrar en el apartamento nos encontramos con un precioso salón con una cocina anexa, totalmente equipada, una mesa-comedor con cuatro sillas, dos sillones, sofá cama y un gran balcón con vistas a la calle. A la izquierda de la cocina, un pequeño pasillo que nos dirige al dormitorio principal con una cama de matrimonio de 150x190, amplio armario y un baño completo en suite.

Muy céntrico para visitar Sevilla. Apto en buen estado, tal y como se ve en las fotos.
Echamos en falta un juego de sábanas extra, el peque vomitó la última noche y tuvimos que dormir sin sabanas. Apto muy pero que muy mal insonorizado. Se oían las conversaciones y los pasos de la gente de la calle, los coches y las motos parecía que entraban en la habitación, por no hablar de los camiones de limpieza. MAL PARA DESCANSAR.

El único fallo que encontramos, el cual ya habíamos leído de otros usuarios, es que las ventanas son viejas y apenas aíslan del ruido, suponemos que cambiar unas ventanas de un edificio antiguo debe ser complicado ( por la estética) pero deberían buscar algo para intentar aislar del frio y el ruido
