De tudo, apartamento imaculado num condomínio fechado com localização excelente. A piscina no rooftop é essencial para uma estadia no pico do verão. Não tem estacionamento mas é possível com um pouco de sorte e paciência estacionar nas ruas travessas e paralelas. Há um mercadona a 3 min a pé e o centro de Sevilha é só atravessar a ponte. Dos melhores alojamentos onde estivemos.
Compreendo o facto de não se poder fumar em qualquer área do condomínio mas creio que no terraço era possível fazer uma mini-zona para fumadores. De qualquer forma não afetou uma estadia maravilhosa.

Nunca nos limpiaron el departamento y no hay agua cliente , avisamos a recepción y nos dijeron que solo hay para 20 personas y que teníamos que esperar 20 0 30 min , esperamos 3 días y nunca hubo agua caliente , eso pésimo ya que hace mucho frío .

Hartelijke ontvangst door Andrea die aan de receptie zat. Zeer vriendelijk personeel, steeds bereid om te helpen. Appartement is modern en warm aangekleed. Zeer goede bedden en het zwembad op het dak alsook de tafels met uitzicht op de oude stad waar we konden aperitieven / eten waren zeer aangenaam. Oude stad is op 400m (de brug over). Supermarkt op 300m en restaurants naast de deur maar de beste tapasbars zijn in de oude stad!
