Al entrar en la casa encuentras un hall de entrada y unas escaleras que conducen a la planta principal. Justo al subir las escaleras llegamos a un precioso salón, con una zona de comedor y una zona de sofás (con sofá-cama doble) y televisión, ambas conectadas con una increíble terraza privada que tiene la Playa y el mar justo debajo.

El explotador de este alojamiento se obliga a prestar junto con el servicio de alojamiento, los siguientes servicios:
• Servicio de recepción y custodia de equipajes. De lunes a viernes de 10:00h a 15:00h. Incluido en el precio.
• Limpieza periódica semanal y cambio de ropa de cama, y baño obligatoriamente en estancias superiores a 6 noches. Incluida en el precio.

Close to the beach beds were comfortable
Check in was confusing and horrible. Property had water bugs and access was difficult and confusing communication with property which resulted in 50 extra euros. There was absolutely no parking anywhere. Closest location was 3/4 mile away. Having to use bug spray to kill the water bugs daily made us very sick. We’re told to keep doors closed which defeated the purpose of facing beach and terrace.

El departamento es increíblemente confortable, solo estuvimos 3 noches pero nos hubiéramos quedado mucho mas de haber sido posible por nuestro itinerario. Bajas y encontras la oferta gastronómica que quieras solo caminando por el costado del mar en una zona preciosa, tranquila y alejada del centro turístico. En el departamento todo funciona perfectamente, tiene todo lo necesario para hacer de la estadía un placer, las vistas, las camas, los servicios, los espacios comunes son ideales pero la terraza cubierta fue para nosotros el mejor espacio de la casa donde compartimos desayunos, almuerzos, cenas o simplemente estar y ver el mar. Como si esto fuera poco, la ultima mañana pudimos ver pasar una manada de delfines... fue soñado! Recomiendo este lugar y sé que volveré en cuanto me sea posible. ESPECTACULAR.
Solo que el acceso es con tres pequeñas escaleras de no mas de 7 escalones por tramo, para subir y bajar con las maletas no es de lo mas cómodo pero no es imposible sería solo un comentario a tener en cuenta. Aunque cuando las subís encontras un hermoso lugar y eso suma. Su valor es considerable pero lo vale.

Apartment is built above a restaurant/bar right on the beach. It is recently remodeled, clean, well laid out at and was very confortable for my wife and I along with two college-aged teens. Its a locals kind of place - not a lot of tourist, but everyone was welcoming. There is a store nearby for groceries or you can walk for miles on the boardwalk taking your pick of where to eat. Downside - The house didn´t come with much in the way of toiletries. No soap or shampoo. Also, for a property on the beach, we would expect beach chairs, beach towels etc. We had to go by them. Manager said they used to provide them, but they were taken frequently. I think thats a cost of renting a beach house. That said, the propery is great and the manager was very nice and accomodating.

Our host, Gema, was great and greeted us on arrival. She was very helpful about the apartment and the neighborhood, as she is a true Malaga local. The apartment is amazing; resembling a boat floating on water. The view from the flat is indescribably beautiful. The flat is situated right in the first row to all the nightlife. Everything is just outside.
Because of its closeness to the nightlife; it is literally on top of one of the late-night bars, sleep can become an issue if you are a light sleeper. On the other hand, if you enjoy the happy voices of the people downstairs, all is good.

Thank you very much for taking your time to give us your feedback regarding your stay. We are glad to hear that you enjoyed the views of the apartment due to its unbeatable location. We do our best to ensure that the noise levels always stay within the sensible limits ,but sometimes it is impossible to guarantee this, as the property is located in one of the liveliest areas. Anyway we do not get these kind of comments usuall although as you can check all the majority of the guests highlight the closeness to the beach, restaurants and cafes. We also appreciate your comments regarding the equipment of the apartment. It will be checked carefully in order to update it and be able to offer the most comfortable stay for our guests. Once again, many thanks for your help to get to know the points where we can still improve and we truly hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back to our apartment. Merci pour ton commentaire Sébastien. Nous aimons savoir que vous avez apprécié votre séjour dans notre appartement. Sur ce que vous nous avez dit à propos des problèmes de bruit, nous sommes désolés si cela a été ennuyeux. La zone centrale où se trouve notre appartement, entourée de bars et de restaurants, a beaucoup de vie, et si vous etes habitué à dormir avec les fenêtres ouvertes, cela peut être ennuyeux, mais si vous fermez les fenêtres, il n´y a pas de bruit à l´intérieur de l´appartement. Nous espérons que vous avez aimé Malaga.

We are sorry we weren´t able to offer you a late chek out but this is only possible if we don´t have guests arriving the same day, what unfortunately was what happened on your check out day, so we had to prepare the apartment to have it ready for our next guests.
