En cuanto a la ausencia de ascensor, nos gustaría resaltar que esta información está claramente indicada en la descripción del apartamento antes de la reserva. Además, las características arquitectónicas y el valor histórico del edificio preservan el patrimonio de la zona, por lo que la instalación de un ascensor no está permitida. Respecto a las escaleras, lamentamos que no fueran completamente de su agrado. Dada la naturaleza histórica del edificio, su diseño está adaptado a las características únicas del mismo. No obstante, queremos asegurarle que cumple con todos los requisitos de seguridad establecidos, garantizando el confort de nuestros huéspedes.
En cuanto al ruido, aunque la zona es generalmente tranquila, es cierto que en ciertas épocas del año o debido a celebraciones locales, el ruido puede ser más notorio. No obstante, revisaremos el sistema de insonorización para asegurarnos de que minimice de manera efectiva el ruido exterior.

La pulizia poteva essere più accurata. Soprattutto della camera da letto. Diciamo che, anche nella pulizia infrasettimanale, l´attenzione è stata soprattutto alla pulizia del bagno. Guardando sotto al letto c´erano batuffoli di polvere e abbiamo dovuto spegnere l´aria condizionata, nonostante il caldo, perché il getto d´aria muoveva la polvere depositata sulle travi di legno del soffitto. In salotto c´erano delle lampadine fulminate, questo ha reso l´illuminazione un po´ scarsa. Consiglierei una piantana, sia per il salotto che, soprattutto, per la camera da letto. Quest´ultima, non avendo lampade a soffitto ma solo due abatjour, ha illuminazione davvero molto scarsa. Le padelle erano davvero troppo usurate, con graffi sull´antiaderente molto evidenti. Basterebbe qualche accorgimento in più e sarebbe tutto perfetto☺️

Extremly loud due to a bar right opposite from the flat with outdoor seating (Thursday and Friday nights) in the evenings. Impossible to open the window to get some fresh air in the evenings (but loud even with closed window). As someone who values quiet environments and fresh air (not AC), this was a dealbreaker for me. I will make sure to check maps for bars going forward :) Pre-check-in process inefficient - I was asked to fill in an online form and then in person again at check-in to add basic info about the reservation. This is the same info that booking collects - unsure why this process needs to be repeated.

Die Lage in Málaga Soho ist super zentral, man ist zu Fuß schnell am Hafen und in der Innenstadt und es gibt eine riesige Auswahl an Cafés und Restaurants in nächster Umgebung. Die Unterkunft war sauber und gut ausgestattet und die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief sehr gut.
Von unserem Apartment aus hat man auf ein Parkhaus geschaut, was nicht so schön war. Deshalb und wegen des Brauhauses gegenüber war es immer sehr laut.

Alloggio super centrale ma posizionato in una strada secondaria, quindi era abbastanza silenzioso. L´appartamento era molto pulito, ben organizzato e dotato di tutto il necessario.
Avendo mangiato spesso a casa, abbiamo solo trovato un po scomodi gli sgabelli della cucina, un pó troppo alti. Questo vuole essere più un suggerimento che una lamentela.

Excellent location, close to train station, old town and sea front. Vibrant area with bars and restaurants. Very well equipped, with everything you could possibly need - nice touch to have salt, oil and coffee provided.
I found the internal stairs rather steep and with no handrail at the top, as I have aging knees, I had to take great care.

Beautiful apartment in central area. A little bit noisy.
We had a poor experience in Malaga. Upon arrival we found home filthy and it took 1.30 hours before someone came to clean. When they came it took only 30 minutes to clean the whole apartment. Because of the bad service I asked for a compensation (either a late check out or a discount.) I sent 4 messages and I tried to call but, customer service did not answered to my request until 21.30. When they came back to me they told me they don’t care and prefer negative reviews instead of happy clients. Also the flat is on two levels with a not safe stairwell (narrow and with no handrail). Kitchen is decently equipped with toaster, blender, and basic tableware but no dishwasher. Common areas L where very dirty and needs to be fixed as you can see from photos.

the property was central, few minutes away from town.
it was on a very noisy street with a bar right across the street keeping us awake till the early hours of the morning everyday. From the sofa-bed it felt that you were in the middle of the bar! No windows on the main floor, just a balcony door. For safety reasons with children in the house we could not have a balcony door full swing open… so the house was very stuffy. The stairs to access the main room and bathroom are very narrow and steep. few times my children slipped on them. Downstairs, once the sofa bed is open there is no space to sit and eat. luggage had to stay on the level too due to the unfriendly stairs.

Lägenheterna i etage är inte lämpliga om man reser med barn eller äldre. Informationsbladet i lägenheterna hade ingen information om var man kan slänga sopor. Städutrustning saknas. Det centrala läget med en restaurang/bar direkt utanför sovrumsfönstret kräver att man inte är lättstörd

De herrie , wij hadden een appartement pal tegenover een groot restaurant , herrie tot één uur ‘s nachts is geen uitzondering . Wij dachten een kamer met terras te hebben geboekt , dat bleek niet het geval . Er werd geantwoord dat dat wel vaker voorkomt bij booking. Com .

Dos pisos por escalera con valijas es muy complicado. Eramos 4 y no recuperaba el termo tanque nos duchábamos con agua fría .esta frente a un bar muy animado pero hasta la madrugada que dificulta dormir

Estimada Macarena, gracias por su comentario. Entendemos que el acceso con muchas maletas puede ser más incómodo, ya que los apartamentos se encuentran en un edificio sin ascensor, y por ello lo tenemos indicado y usted podr´´a haberlo visto antes de reservar que el edificio no cuenta con ascensor, los apartamentos están situados en una planta alta, y el acceso es únicamente mediante escaleras. Por otro lado, los apartamentos cuentan con termos eléctricos con capacidad acorde a la ocupación del apartamento, pero es posible que ante duchas continuadas o prolongadas puede que se haya agotado la capacidad y necesite de algún tiempo para volver a recargarse. Sentimos mucho que su descanso no haya sido satisfactorio, quizá se debiera a algo puntual ya que por lo general suele ser muy tranquilo y por ello la puntuación que tenemos en ubicación es muy alta. Sentimos que su estancia no haya cumplido con sus expectativas y esperamos poder mejorarlo en otra ocasión. Saludos

I loved the modern style of the apartments. The loft room in our apartment was so cool - the wood beams, spaciousness in the room and in the bathroom and the little touches (artwork, little planters, coffee/biscuits).
The only issue I would have about the apartments would be the stairs (which isn´t really the apartments). Personally I didn´t find them a problem but there was a few of our group who were a bit wary.
We thought we were getting 2 bedrooms but got only one and aroll out lounge se we ended up booking another room

Nous sommes surpris par votre commentaire et votre plainte, puisque vous avez réservé l´appartement en duplex d´une chambre, donc l´existence d´escaliers ne devrait pas être un problème ou une surprise à votre arrivée. De plus, les photos de l´appartement montrent clairement les escaliers et la manière dont ils se trouvent. En tout cas, nous sommes heureux que l´emplacement de l´appartement a été satisfaisant pour vous. Salutations
Het appartement is erg goed gelegen in een leuke buurt, zowel de stad als het strand zijn vlakbij. Het is netjes en leuk ingericht. Host Belinda doet dit super, via Whatsapp is ze erg makkelijk bereikbaar.
Dit appartement is groot genoeg voor 2 personen. Voor 4 is het echt te krap. Een tafel en stoelen ontbreken.

Todo el alojamiento está cuidado al detalle. Su ubicación es inmejorable. La atención en todo momento de Rocío y Belinda, sinceramente como en casa. Volveremos en breve!
Es un espacio para dormir cuatro personas, pero no para convivir cuatro personas. El armario muy pequeño, y el apartamento muy incómodo por la escalera.
