Warm water deed het niet helaas. Hierover heb ik ze bericht waarop ze zeiden dat het was geregeld. Vervolgens laten weten dat die het nog steeds niet deed maar dit werd genegeerd.

- the apartment literally didn´t have any supplies including toilet paper, washing detergent, dishwashing tablets and to a family staying for 5 nights, this wasn´t the best experience - we got calls late at night for two consecutive nights that the neighbours complained about noise while we were simply watching TV in the apartment - the whole "get free pickup at the airport" jig is a scam from booking.com. don´t sell stuff you can´t quality control!!

Sin embargo, lamentamos que haya experimentado alguna molestia con el ruido. Tenga en cuenta que, dependiendo de la ubicación y la época del año, es posible que algunos ruidos externos sean más notorios. Aun así, apreciamos su comentario y revisaremos la insonorización de la propiedad para realizar cualquier mejora que se considere necesaria.
En cuanto al champú y el gel, lamentamos que la cantidad no haya sido suficiente. Aunque ofrecemos estos ítems como cortesía para la llegada del huésped, tomaremos nota de su observación y revisaremos nuestros procedimientos para garantizar que los productos sean adecuados y suficientes para todas las estancias.

Did not have adequate towels. Ran out of toilet paper in two days. They didn’t have cream/milk for coffee service nor any extras edibles. Generally the short term rentals have a few food items which is a very nice treat when arriving. Smaller bedroom does not have air condition vents.

In regard to the amenities, we provide a welcome pack with essentials such as toilet paper, basic toiletries, and coffee for our guests´ arrival. However, as indicated in our listing, once these initial supplies run out, guests are responsible for replenishing them, including food items or additional necessities.
We would also like to clarify that both bedrooms feature balconies facing the street, as shown in the property description and photographs. This allows for natural light and ventilation, which we hope contributed to your overall comfort during your stay.
