Nice bright apartment.
A little dust on the floor, but everything else was clean. Inconvenient check-in - you have to be in touch with the manager so that he will come and open the door. It would be more convenient to have an automatic lock.

A nice stay in a perfect location
The location of the appartment is perfect, just a short walk from the main attractions and in a quiet neighbourhood. It´s clean, very lovely atmosphere, little cute terrace. We especially loved the coffee already provided. Thank you for a great stay.
We visited in the beginning of december, and it was a bit chilly in the mornings. The AC, which could provide heating, needs to be cleaned, since together with the hot air a bad smell also blows out of the machine. We preferred lower temperature to the bad odour.

The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city and within walking distance of all the major attractions. I loved being able to easily explore the city and discover hidden gems. The apartment itself was beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. It felt like a home away from home. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and helpful, providing great tips and recommendations for things to do and places to eat. Overall, I couldn´t have asked for a better experience. Thank you for making my trip to Malaga so memorable!

This apartment is beautiful. With a balcony that has a nice view of the ocean, combined with the spaciousness of the place, this apartment was one of our favorites to stay at. However, the service was terrible. Our train timings got changed and ended up arriving to the apartment at 22:00PM. After a long day of travel, all we wanted to do was eat and rest. However, instead we were subjected to an hour long check in and had to pay 30 euros on top of what we already paid. Our passports were scanned, we were forced to sign contracts that were ONLY in Spanish, and when we asked if there was a copy for us, the owner looked shocked and said no. Instead I had to use Google Translate to figure out what we signed. None of terms were explained to us at all. Furthermore, the apartment was not ready for us. We let the host know that we had no clothing line clips, and had very little detergent, and her response was rude. Moreover, the door handle is close to falling off. Love the place, not host

Firstly, regarding the late check-in fee, as per our company policy, an additional charge applies for check-ins after a certain hour. This information is clearly communicated during the booking process to ensure transparency. We regret that it may have been overlooked at the time of your reservation.
Secondly, concerning the check-in procedures, it is standard in the tourism and hospitality industry for guests to provide identification and sign a contract upon arrival. This protocol ensures compliance with legal regulations and security measures. While the contracts are primarily in Spanish, as per local requirements, we understand the importance of clarity and will make sure to offer a translated version upon request to enhance guest comfort.
In regard to the amenities, we always provide our guests with a welcome pack that includes basic supplies such as detergent. We are sorry if this was insufficient for your needs, and we will work on improving communication with our team to ensure our guests feel supported during their stay.
Finally, we have taken note of your comment about the door handle and have informed our maintenance team to address the issue immediately.

Spotless with quality furniture & beds. Location perfect. A few hundred metres to the city centre but loads of lovely bars and restaurants beside the apartment. The promenade around the marina just a few hundred metres in the other direction.

La llegada ha sido muy flexible, nos han dejado entrar antes de la hora estipulada. En cuanto a la ubicación, decoración del piso de 10. Unas vistas increíbles y cerca de la playa y restaurantes. Lo malo es que desde el primer momento que entramos por el portal, olía muy fuerte a cloaca y a podrido. En nuestra primera noche, nos encontramos con una cucharacha de tamaño considerable, avisamos en el primer momento a la agencia, para ver si había alguna solución y por lo menos dormir bien la segunda noche, no sirvió de mucho. Y ya el resto del viaje, no fue agradable en el sentido de dormir y descansar. Además la nevera no enfriaba no pudimos comprar nada del super.

Très bon séjour, l’emplacement de l’appartement permettait d’être proche à pied de tout le nécessaire (restaurants, magasins d’alimentation, parking..) et du centre historique, ainsi que la promenade maritime. Top !!

The place itself is clean, nice and in a convenient location- there is a nearby luggage storage, good restaurant and walkable distance to center. The place feels safe and it’s as per photo and very spacious and quiet at night. However this place is managed by third party agency and it is very difficult to communicate at times and not very flexible like a landlord would be. You have to pay a late check in fee to a place you have already paid for the day which I find it strange because I have never had this with other airbnbs. The check in process itself was inconvenient because of communication issues with agency. There were 3 of us but not enough toilet paper, shower gels and no change of sheets for 5 days. There was bad odour in the entrance hall like a bad drain smell which is very unpleasant to walk past everyday.

Erg goed, erg schoon, een paar dagen voor aankomst kregen we een whats-app bericht met de vraag hoe laat we aan zouden komen. We mochten eerder in het appartement zodat we de koffers alvast kwijt konden. We hebben alleen maar goede woorden voor de accommodatie. Ofwel voor herhaling vatbaar!

We had a wonderful stay in this pristine apartment, which is within easy walking distance of the old town. There were some lovely tapas places nearby, and a good supermarket. The neighbourhood felt safe and the street was quiet despite being close to the centre. The apartment itself is great, with super air conditioning and a powerful shower. Rocio met us at the apartment for a very smooth and friendly check in and gave us some great local recommendations. We also appreciated the cleaning of the apartment mid way through our stay. Check out was easy, just confirming to Rocio when we would be leaving. We would not hesitiate to stay again when we return to Malaga!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen und trotzdem ruhig. Es war alles sehr sauber und wir wurden sehr freundlich Empfangen. Auch als wir uns versehentlich ausgeschlossen haben wurde uns trotz später Stunde sehr schnell und sehr freundlich geholfen. Ich kann die Unterkunft zu 100 Prozent empfehlen und bedanke mich für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Piso maravilloso, muy luminoso, magníficamente decorado, a estrenar, limpísimo, espléndida ubicación, el único "pero" es que se sentía mal olor a alcantarilla tanto en el portal del edificio como en el apartamento. El primer día lo sentimos mucho, el segundo bastante menos, no sabemos si será un tema puntual o permanente, aún así, lo recomendamos por las ventajas citadas y porque el segundo día sólo se sentía un poco.
