We loved our stay here! The property is in a fantastic location with lots of great tapas bars, restaurants and shops nearby. We weren’t disturbed by any noise despite it being a popular area. The bed and pillows were so comfortable and the apartment was beautifully decorated.
It is slightly awkward getting into the shower as it’s right next to the bidet, and it would have been great if some laundry powder was provided.

The apartment is right at the center of Granada on the main shopping street, right next to the Cathedral. Super convenient for visiting all the attractions, eat, and shopping by just walking! Check-in was very easy. They texted us on WhatsApp couple of days before the arrival date. We made an appointment, and meet the lady in front of the apartment to receive the key. There was an elevator to our room on the 3rd floor, so we didn´t have to carry our big luggage up the stairs. The room was very clean, comfy, and beautifully decorated. We could hear noises of the crowd from the street, but closing the window helped reducing most of the noises, so no problem for us. They also gave us very good info of restaurants, attractions, and etc. Easy check-out by just leaving the key on the table and go. Will stay here again next time definitely!
It was a bit uncomfortable for me to get in and out of the shower area because the bidet obstructed the way, but that was understandable as the bathroom was not very large. The pillow covers could be changed to something more modern to match with the overall decoration of the apartment.

Location was perfect, very central in a busy part of town, but on a side street making it fairly quiet at night. Beautiful interior decor, feels like the hosts put a lot of effort into this apartment. Communication with host was also great prior and during our stay.
The bed is a bit small for 2 tall people like us, but we managed. Otherwise, no complaints.

Värdarna som lämnade över nycklarna var mycket trevliga och informativa. Härligt välkomnande! Fräscht och rent boende med utmärkt centralt läge. Skön säng i sovrummet och välutrustat kök. lagom stort badrum. Dessutom stort vardagsrum med plats för matbord och sittgrupp.
Planlösningen var lite märklig med ett långsmalt kök i mitten av lägenheten, ett sovrum precis vid hallen och en lite tillkrånglad entré till duschkabinen i badrummet. Bäddsoffan i vardagsrummet var ganska hård. Lite fler diskmaskinstabletter kunde boendet ha tillhandahållit (vi använde de som fanns och diskade för hand under resten av tiden).

The apartment was clean, tidy, and its location was perfect. It was close to the shops, restaurants and attractions. The amenities were great. Having said that the equipment was extensive and modern, there was a working assumption that all your washing up from meals would be done in a dishwasher; hand-washing equipment was rather basic or non-existent. This was a bit irritating since the simple extra bits needed are very simple and cheap; just drying cloths and a draining rack. We don´t have a dishwasher at home and frankly see no need for one. In the end we only had breakfasts in the appartment since we couldn´t be bothered with the washing-up hassle. Whoever designed the bathroom layout needs a course on logistics and functionality! The bidet was placed so close to the shower door that there was only 20cm space to squeeze between them, and there seemed no logical reason why they were so close; the bidet could easily have been located a lot further away. We are small people so goodness only knows how generously-proportioned humans would manage to get in and out of the shower. Our particular appartment had a double bed but it was located against a wall so not ideal for one of the occupants! So a couple of silly and un-necessary problems marring an otherwise excellent appartment.

Beautifully decorated, with a great street view and fully furnished as an apartment would be. Really appreciated being able to do laundry in the middle of our trip! Had a great introduction of the stay and visit by Elvida, who was very friendly and met us to check-in. There was also a lift, so luggage-lifting wasn’t an issue. Sound-proofed windows worked perfectly!
Toiletries were missing but Elvida was able to accommodate and provide them. Bed was a little too soft for our preference. Toilet is a slightly cramped due to the presence of the bidet, but we managed.

We were disappointed that we were not able to store our luggage after check out. Other apartments we stayed in Spain stored it in their management office. We had to run around to find a locker place with hours that would suit us (some would open only at 10 am. Our excursion was in jeopardy (we barely made it in time). It was very inconvenient and stressful for us! We also asked the person who met us at the apartment to recommend some restaurants, he said he would text the names- and he never did.

El dpto está publicado como si tuviera una habitación pero es una cama en el pasillo. Perdimos 2 hs en sacar a nuestro hijo del baño porque la cerradura no funcionaba y no recibimos disculpa alguna de los propietarios.

Als je twijfelt, zou ik toch nog even doorzoeken. Er waren een aantal tegenvallers. Ten eerste lagen er veel zwarte haren in het appartement en zaten er vlekken op de kussens op de bank. Daarnaast was er maar één wc-rol voor de drie dagen dat wij hier waren. Natuurlijk is het een appartement, maar iets meer service zou wel wenselijk zijn, zeker bij een kort verblijf (net als bijvoorbeeld zeep in de keuken). In steden als Sevilla en Córdoba kregen wij deze service wel bij appartementen die we daar boekten. Wanneer je dit aankaart, wordt er geen oplossing geboden (terwijl er wel dagelijks schoonmaak rondloopt in het gebouw). Met iets meer service (volgens mij zijn dit de kosten niet), zouden gasten veel tevredener zijn. Verder is er geen aparte slaapkamer. Het bed staat in de hal tussen de keuken en badkamer in, in tegenstelling tot wat er op de foto´s staat. Achteraf hadden we liever iets verder buiten het centrum in een hotel geslapen waar we makkelijker konden parkeren en bijvoorbeeld ook konden genieten van het zwembad. Als je wel gaat, neem dan niet de parkeergarage waarmee deze accommodatie samenwerkt. Die is zeer moeilijk bereikbaar (je rijdt al snel, via Google Maps, via allerlei straten waar je niet door mag) en ondanks de deal duurder dan bijvoorbeeld Parking Puerta Real.

I found it unfortunate they offered a coffee machine in the apartment but no coffee pods for use. If you want to have the windows open at night whilst sleeping it can be noisy from the street.

En la web todos están definidos como apartamentos, cuando algunos teniendo el mimo precio son estudios. Yo sin saberlo cogí un estudio y ha sido bastante incómodo porque la cama estaba en un pasillo al lado de la puerta. Entraba frío y ruido de la gente que se ponía a hablar en el descansillo. De verdad que una pena porque de haber elegido otro apartamento, la experiencia habría sido excepcional.

Gracias por sus comentarios e impresiones sobre su estancia. Los apartamentos Zacatín se encuentran localizados en el mismo edificio y es por esto que aparecen como única propiedad. En la página principal aparece un mix de fotos de todos nuestros apartamentos. Una vez el huésped selecciona las fechas en las que desea reservar aparecen los apartamentos disponibles y es aquí, haciendo click en el nombre del mismo donde aparecen las fotos y características de cada uno de los apartamentos. Debido al formato estándar de booking.com no podemos añadir toda la información que deseamos, pero en una de las fotos del apartamento se ve como la cama de la habitación se encuentra en el pasillo.

Ubicación perfecta en el corazón de la ciudad, con todo tipo de tiendas y restaurantes cerca. Alojamiento super nuevo y equipado, todo limpio, muy cómodo y silencioso a pesar de ser céntrico.
El parking es complicado, el alojamiento está en una zona rodeada de calles restringidas al tráfico (solo para residentes). Hay que pagar parking o zona azul.

La ubicación
No tenía calefacción en el baño, no funcionaba el secador de pelo y el agua de la ducha salía caliente únicamente al primero o segundo que se duchara en cuanto entraba el tercero ya no tenía.
El apartamento es una auténtica monada, pero la ubicación es lo mejor, todo está cerca y es muy cómoda la estancia .. Y aunque está en pleno centro, por las noches no hay ruido. El servicio es inmejorable , Elvira contesta al momento y te soluciona lo que necesites y Montse también es muy agradable.

In particolar modo la posizione e la cura nel dettaglio dell´appartamento, l´arredamento scelto con cura e gusto. Il bagno con bidet.
Avrebbe potuto, visto l´alta qualità dell´arredamento, mettere a disposizione degli ospiti una macchina per fare il caffè, qualche bottiglia d´acqua, te...all´arrivo in appartamento. Scarsa la quantità di doccia schiuma...C´erano due pezzi già aperti, noi eravamo in quattro. La tv nel lato notte non funzionava. Una mappa della città con qualche consiglio su dove mangiare bene per esempio.
Insuficiente aislamiento acústico. Zona muy concurrida de noche. Sofá cama mejorable aunque suficiente para niños.
