Tranquilo y agradable estudio con encanto ubicado en un edificio recién rehabilitado, en pleno centro de Granada. Con vistas a calle Zacatín, en la zona más comercial e histórica de la ciudad, situación privilegiada cercano a los monumentos más relevantes de la ciudad.

Se trata de un amplio estudio con un agradable salón con balcones tradicionales, desde los cuales se puede contemplar la emblemática calle Zacatín y su conexión con plaza Bib Rambla. Este salón dispone de un sofá-cama compuesto por 2 camas individuales de 0,90 cm, un sillón y una mesa de comedor para 4 comensales.

La cocina está equipada con todo lo necesario para su estancia incluido lavadora y secadora.

Este amplio estudio cuenta con una cama de matrimonio de 135 cm, una Smart TV, un cuarto de baño completo con ducha y bidé.
El inmueble cuenta con calefacción y aire acondicionado en todas las estancias lo que sin duda hace que la confortabilidad sea muy alta.

La privilegiada ubicación del estudio le permitirá disfrutar de la ciudad y de todos los atractivos turísticos del centro. Sin duda, una elección inmejorable para conocer los encantos que ofrece la ciudad.

Great location, extremely helpful staff, comfortable space, amazing facilities.
The location was great. Right next to some amazing food options, walking distance from Alhambra and city centre. The place was clean, and comfortable. The kitchenette with oven etc was perfect for us as we were there for about 3-nights. Beautifully decorated place that made the few hours we stayed in amazing. The staff who helped us check is was so friendly and helped us with all the necessary instructions to make our stay comfortable.

Fantastic spot to stay in Granada with beautiful views and loads of charm.
The property is stunning! It´s in a great location in the city center and within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and sites. It was quiet at night, the bed was comfortable, and there was an elevator (convenient for luggage). My family rented a unit in the same building (the attic) and it was amazing! They had views of the cathedral at night and the Alhambra. Would happily stay there again.
I wish I hadn´t needed to meet with someone for check-in to receive the keys, however, they were accommodating with the meeting time and even let me check in early.

El apartamento se encuentra en pleno centro de Granada, a dos calles de la Catedral, lo que permite que puedas desplazarte sin necesidad de vehículo. Tienes a tu alcance todos los servicios necesarios (restaurantes, farmacias, supermercado...) El apartamento es limpio y cómodo, fuimos 4 adultos y un bebé, y no notamos falta de espacio. El sofá cama es cómodo. El único "handicap" que podría tener es el ruido, pero es normal ya que se encuentra en pleno centro, pero compensa por las facilidades de la ubicación. Repetiríamos.

A lovely place in a great location. Walking distance to most of the main attractions of Granada and only steps away from the Catedral , shops and restaurants. The apartment was as described , clean and had al the amenities we needed. I recommend this place 100%. Host was very responsive.

A great place to stay - centrally located very close to all main attractions and bus stops. Very clean apartment and has a beautiful balcony. They stored our luggage for us which was so helpful and always replied promptly.

You will not find a better located apartment for your stay in Granada! Truly smack in the middle of everything, perfectly walkable to all the sites + delicious restaurants/cafes. Truly the location is unbeatable. The apartment itself was lovely, the perfect size for two people. Being on a busy street it can be a little noisy but with the windows shut it stays pretty quiet so you can still rest after a long day of exploring beautiful Granada. Would stay there again!

Excellent location, tidy apartment, small bed.
Location was excellent, central to Cathedral/downtown and not far from Alhambra. Host kindly met us on site and made arrival as easy as possible. Living area of flat was bright and roomy.
The bed was too small (we are both tall) - a double (not a queen) crammed into a corridor-type space next to the kitchen. Generally the flat, while fine, did not quite live up to the photos - it was bright and clean but smaller than it seemed online.

太喜欢格拉纳达了!住的很舒心,位置便利,大部分景点就靠步行,周边餐厅可选择的也很多,步行几分钟就能到。提前告知工作人员大概到的时间,非常感谢等我们到晚上十点(房主提前告知了晚上九点后到需要另付,可以理解,毕竟工作人员加班了)介绍的非常仔细,墙上也贴了很多家电怎么使用的讲解,还有一些路线介绍。卫生做的很好很干净,设施也挺全的。白天打开阳台门看着街道别有一番风味~ 因为床就在门旁边,早上有人打扫难免会弄出声音,所以睡眠质量不好的人慎选(我们睡得很好,每天累的倒头就睡哈哈)

Great place, really enjoyed the apartment, easy check in and instructions.
The property was clean and had all the amenities you required. Lovely living room and kitchen allowing you to relax and stay in after a long day of exploring.
Not necessarily the property but the noise from other guests can be heard and was difficult to sleep on occasions. Outside noise settled around 2am but depends on if you get noisy guests from the apartment opposite.

Location was great, directly in the center. Nicely decorated spacious room.
Just as an improvement suggestion, it would be nice to have some coffee, sugar, salt and oil in the room. We didn´t plan to cook but could be useful for those who wanna cook to have the basics. We could really use coffee in the morning though :)

Cudo! Trudno wyobrazić sobie lepszą lokalizację - tuż przy Katedrze, ze wszystkimi wielkimi atrakcjami Grenady w zasięgu 20-minutowego spaceru. Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa - służąca poradami gdzie zjeść, jak się dostać we wskazane miejsce, a nawet którymi ulicami pobiegać. Mieszkanie komfortowe, przemyślane i kompletnie wyposażone (nie zapomniano również o instrukcjach obsługi sprzętów, które można pobrać przy pomocy kodów QR). Na ścianach gustowne i dyskretne podpowiedzi turystyczne. Wzorcowy przykład zorientowanej na klienta oferty, która powoduje, że chcesz wrócić.

poco espacio para cuatro personas, tienes que hacer las camas del sofá cama (no dejan ni los edredones con su funda) la tv no funcionaba, cortan aire caliente por la noche y si lo enciendes sale aire frío.

Lamentamos no haber sido informados acerca del problema con la televisión ya que nos habría permitido tomar medidas inmediatas para encontrar una solución. Excellent location with accessible elevator, two private entrances and easy to find. The place is more than walkable from the nearest vehicle street and is close to everything. Restaurants, Alhambra, shops and a block away from the Cathedral. We didn’t even carry bags around while goinf out because it was so easy to just come back to the apartment to drop things off or pick things up. The apartment was very clean, neatly arranged and with plenty of A/C. It can be a bit noisy at times if you leave the windows open due to the highly busy shopping street and at night garbage and delivery trucks will make a pass but it doesn’t bother unless you have the windows open. You have access to balcony, linens, closet space, fridge, TV and plenty of space to relax after sightseeing. Bathroom provides everything although it is a tight space and might be difficult for some to get in and out of the shower to to the crammed space inside. Everything though was perfect and we enjoyed our five night stay

The location was good
This is not a 1 bed flat. It is a studio. There is no bedroom, the bed is in the entrance hall behind the front door. I don’t know how this place had such a good rating. The balcony is not a balcony.. it is a Juliette. The flat was around €160 for the night but €210 was taken from my account. Shen I checked on booking. com there was an extra €52 (tax) in small print which I hadn’t noticed. Booking.com should make this extra payment clearer . The payment was not tax but cleaning?? When we booked into the apartment it was not clean. The bathroom was dirty with black hairs in the shower and sink. My wife went to put some rubbish in the bin and it was full from the previous client…. It stunk (goodness knows how long it had been there). When we complained to the host they apologised and said they would refund us the cleaning money (I have the message confirming this).That was 2weeks ago and now they are ignoring my WhatsApp. Verity disappointed with this place. Owe will not stay again and I wouldn’t recommend it

Robero´s place was exactly as described, centrally located, easy to access, and clean. It is in the central commercial district, not far from the Cathedral, and within walking distance from many other sites. It is on a walk-only street. The manager was nice as he met us to exchange the keys. It was a great hub for our stay in Granada.

El departamento está decorado muy bien y la ubicación es excelente! Lo único es que no me pareció cómoda fue la cocina ya que no hay mucho espacio para cocinar cómodamente. Como nosotros viajamos con un bebé y necesitábamos cocinar bastante fue algo incómodo. Es un departamento ideal para dos personas, sin niños.

This place was excellent! Perfect location to get around Granada, the longest walk is uphill to Alhambra- but even that is quick and standard for Granada (I would rather not stay on any of the intense hills for day to day activities). It is on a busy street, but the beautiful balcony window/doors hide the noise very well. I love that the street was not accessible by car- it’s an easy 1-2 minute walk to the street for a taxi. Best part is that the host/rep waits outside for you to make it easier to find, welcomes you to the space, and gives you a ton of local recommendations. He was also very available for any questions we had. My only caution to future guests is the shower, as the shower door doesn’t block water from getting on the tile floor and you need to be careful about slipping (we threw a second towel down), but it has no impact on your overall stay or time in Granada. Ease of access to the Arab Baths makes the shower moot :) Will stay here again!

Tener que estar informando a una persona de mi hora esacta de llegada en varias ocasiones y después de tanta información tuvimos que esperar en la puerta con muchisimo frio a que llegara la chica. Que se retrasó en la hora que habiamos quedado. Tener descuento en parking, ya que el apartamento no cuenta con el, entendiendo que se encontraba en zona centro de la ciudad, esta bien, pero tener que estar despendiendo de una persona para que nos de los tickets a las 12 de la noche, no es de agradrado.

El apartamento está muy céntrico y bien ubicado, calle peatonal. Es muy bonito, limpieza adecuada.
La ubicación del apartamento era ideal. El apartamento muy bonito, limpio y bien decorado.
No me gustó que la habitación de matrimonio no estuviera separada de la cocina por ningún tabique. Y para mi, le faltaban dos cosas: manteles y trapos de cocina y secamanos. Por lo demás, todo perfecto.

Just as pictured, very modern and well designed unit with two balcony windows looking over the street. Well maintained and equipped (could just add some basics to the kitchen like salt, pepper, olive oil) and fantastic location! However, as others have noted, it is very central so definitely quite loud at weekend nights, and a bit noisy but much less so on weekdays. Bring ear plugs! Otherwise an easy and great stay.

Muy bien situado para poder ir a cualquiera de los barrios de Granada. La decoracion es muy agradable. Se ve muy nuevo todo.

La localización no podría ser mejor. El piso es precioso, tiene todo lo necesario y más. Súper limpio y, a pesar de estar en pleno centro, muy tranquilo. Los anfitriones nos recomendaron sitios y fueron súper amables, nos hicieron sentir como en casa. Repetiríamos sin duda.

Excelente...
Guste de la atención del personal, de la comodidad del apartamento, decoración y toda la accesibilidad y comodidades disponibles para nuestra estadia.
No gusté de la central del aire acondicionando, por dos dias estubo a 28 grados dentro del apartamento, estando incómodop ara dormir. De verdad que no contacte con el personal que administrava todo eso porque nis horários de vuelta al apartamento eran muy tarde, pero se resolvio en el momento d ela salida.

Apartamento muy acogedor
La ubicación, el apartamento estaba muy bien. Era muy acogedor
Lo que menos me gustó es que no se puede entrar con el coche para dejar las maletas y para colmo no hay ningún parking cerca. Tuvimos que coger un taxi para poder llegar al apartamento
