We stayed with 4 people in the apartment. It´s more than spacious enough: there´s two bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a roof terrace and a large living room. The location is perfect: in the heart of the centre and in walking distance of the Alhambra. The roof terrace has a very nice jacuzzi but since it was already half filled the water didn´t seem very clean. Also one of the bathrooms smelled badly, would be nice if the owners could get this fixed. Also worth noting that the elevator opens directly in one of the bedrooms so there´s not a lot of space for privacy. Apart from that, would definitely recommend.

Perfect location to visit Granada and nearby towns.
Excellent location, in the dead center of the old town. The apartment seems to be new and pretty comfortable.
The first bedroom is right in front of the elevator. The layout is kind of strange. Might be better if the dining table is placed here and move the bed on the other side near the stairs going to the room upstairs.

Highly recommended and wished we had stayed longer.
Beautiful and tastefully decorated apartment, close to everything including a multi storey parking. Good choice of restaurants.
There was a smell in the bathroom near the living room, we assumed it was due to drainage of an old building.

Very enjoyable 3 days with friends
Stayed in the maisonette and it is in the perfect location. Decor is lovely and beds are very comfortable. Kitchen equipped with everything you need - could maybe have an extra kettle on the top floor in order to make a hot drink without disturbing the guests on the lower floor as the bedroom is right next to the kitchen. The hot tub is an added luxury which we used every night overlooking the cathedral. Excellent communication from the host throughout. Even though you’re in the centre, there is no noise from outside. Alhambra is only a 20-30 min walk away (uphill) but definitely worth it.

Overall we loved its location and the modern architecture of the apartment however paying attention to details and fixin
The location was the best part about this apartment. Had lots of room with three bedrooms.
Lots of broken items that even after we contacted the host many times were never fixed. They told us they were too busy with other problems and didn’t know when they could get to us. Here’s a summary of items: Broken safes Broken toilet paper holder Snot on walls in the bathroom No instructions on keyless entry Wrong Wi-Fi instructions Clogged sink in bathroom Broken drawer in bathroom No hooks in bathroom No instructions on the appliances Lots of wasted open space in the apartment but not enough space for clothes TV in wasted space with no way to sit and watch it. Salt and pepper shakers are empty Kitchen tap is very loose at the base and would bend when trying to turn on. They need to have proper instructions for all of their appliances and make sure that when we check in the host takes her time to shows us how the Wi-Fi works because she gave us the wrong information.

A lovely apartment and very central - the main bedroom is not very private (eg. the private lift opens directly into there) but the upstairs bedroom offers a lot more privacy. Would definitely recommend for someone wanting a central stay in Granada.

Perfecte accommodatie voor gezinnen.
We verbleven begin augustus voor 2 weken in de maisonnette. We werden hartelijk welkom geheten door Elvira, die ons leuke tips gaf voor bezienswaardigheden in Granada (o.a. Albaicín!) en ook vertelde waar we onze auto goedkoop konden parkeren. De accommodatie was precies zoals op de foto´s en voldeed volledig aan onze verwachtingen. Mooi, schoon en comfortabel. De jacuzzi was groot genoeg en een mooi pluspunt. Verder lag de accommodatie zeer gunstig, midden in het centrum en op loopafstand van leuke winkelstraten en eetgelegenheden.
In één van de badkamers beneden kwam af en toe een vieze geur, maar dat gebeurde slechts 2 of 3 keer tijdens ons verblijf.

Really lovely apartment in a fantastic location. I´ve been to Granada a number of times and this is the most central place I´ve stayed. Despite it being located in the hustle and bustle of things, it was really quiet and a relaxing spot.

Our family stayed 3 nights with 4 adults and 2 kids, including my elderly parents. Location is amazing, very convenient to explore the city and right in the center, yet very calm because well sound insulated. Beds were super comfortable, including the pull out sofa. We all had our own space, and enjoyed the jacuzzi in the evening after long walks in the city during the day! Very easy to check in and check out. Hosts super professional and responsive. Our caveats were however that the upstairs bedroom, which is very beautiful and private, does not have sun blocking blinds, so it gets a lot of sun as early as the sun rises- this meant my parents could not sleep at all in the morning. Hopefully this is something that can be modified. Secondly, there were smells coming from one of the downstairs bathrooms that made it impossible for us to use (it was very clean, but unfortunately smelled from the gutter). Despite this, I would come again and would highly recommend this property.

We were informed about the problem at 8:30 PM, which unfortunately made it challenging to arrange immediate assistance. However, we promptly dispatched a technician the following day, who confirmed that the jacuzzi was in perfect working order.
Regarding the issue with the smelly shower, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We wish we had been notified during your stay so that we could have addressed it promptly. Please know that we have a 24-hour team available to resolve any issues that may arise.

Very clean apartment in a fantastic location! It is right next to Plaza de Bib-Rambla and less than a 3 minute walk to the Cathedral and Royal Chapel. The duplex has an interesting layout - essentially the second floor is a separate apartment that has its own access by stairs. This was convenient for us as we were traveling in a group of 5 and the privacy was appreciated. Also the second floor has a hot tub which was wonderful! The check-in process was easy as the host was waiting for us at the building. The location of the apartment on a pedestrian street it is not accessible by car, but our Uber was able to drop us off close enough that we didn´t find it challenging. Some minor issues: the upstairs WiFi doesn´t cover the entire area (downstairs was great!). Additionally the downstairs bathroom showers could have used a shower curtain/better sealing. Both had water coming out onto the bathroom floors. However these were minor factors overall, we would definitely stay here again

Logement très bien placé dans le centre de Grenade avec une terrasse agréable. Une chose à avoir en tête: il s´agit de 2 appartements séparés qui sont reliés par un escalier ce qui peut être un avantage (si l´on souhaite de l´intimité) ou un inconvénient (si l´on est avec des jeunes enfants). Bonne communication avec les hotes et logement propre

Great location to stay in Granada center right by a Starbucks! And many local attractions and restaurants. Will be back soon again.
